This place had some good food!! The waiter was super chill. Protein banana smoothie was awesome. Chicken and waffles were good. Breakfast taco was good also. My brother liked his burger and the fondue dip. We were stuffed and fully satisfied

Service: Good (Friendly, attentive, and gave suggestions). TOTALLY SAVED THE DAY! Ambience: Relaxing, Clean (Even the restrooms), Tropical Vibes when eating outdoors Food: Eggs Benedict was good but could be better (too simple for the cost)... Smoked Salmon was amazing, taste and portion for the SIDE SMOKED SALMON that I ordered was perfect!!! French Toast may have been slightly burnt and a little too dry, WAS SUPER SUPER EXTRA SWEET and I also thought that as sweet as it was, that I wouldn't even dare to dip it in the syrup... (Also too simple for the cost) For both plates I not only thought the food wasn't worth it's price because of the portion and and taste, but moreover ESPECIALLY being served on paper and plastic plates. The ambience of a beautiful and comfortable day eating outside without too many people around totally saved the FOOD. Complimentary Tortilla Chips with Salsa were good and seemed freshly made. Both Mimosas were interesting, tasty, and very refreshing!!! Totally recommend!!! I don't mean to sound so negative, but just giving some honest opinions. Price: Maybe a little too much, but you gotta remember we're paying for being steps from a beach. Note: They added an 18% Service Charge (maybe 15%?). The waiter totally deserved it. As a smoker, the Outdoor seating was very convenient for me to walk on the sidewalk right in front of my table/bar table.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. Three of us dined here. We got seated pretty quickly but the waitress wasn't the most friendly. Probably because she knew she was going to get tipped regardless. 18% gratuity was automatically added in.. Why for 3ppl? I ordered the sliders and one drink. My bill was almost $50. I was underwhelmed and still hungry.

Such a disappointment! The reason for the one star is I feel like we were baited and switched. I ordered the pork plate which came with two sides. Sides were limited on the menu. I ordered rice and beans and onion rings as my two sides. Our server did not inform us that onion rings would be an additional price and I was charged for a specialty steak platter which was almost $6 more than the pork plate! If I had known I would’ve been charged for steak, I would have ordered steak. When we questioned her, she said the additional charge was for the 5 onion rings I received. They also advertised a fried chicken side for an additional $2. However, they claimed they did not have fried chicken and could substitute grilled chicken. Once the bill came, we saw the grilled chicken was almost double the price of the fried. Due to the incorrect menu prices, I would not recommend or return. Food was actually great other than it being cold. We had decent service.

I went to PR on a girl's trip and we went to Kabanas twice. The 1st day, there were 7 of us present and the next time we went all 11 of us were there. The food service was fairly fast considering the size of our group. The drinks are good and the food is delicious. My top picks are the empanadas and the mahi mahi fish tacos. And OMG, the rice and beans. How can something so simple be so good. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. No complaints at all. The service was stellar. Friendly staff. Our last visit we met the manager and he was awesome. Great hospitality. You have to make a point to eat and drink here if you vist San Juan.

The food here is incredible. Everything from breakfast to dinner nothing we got here was bad or even mediocre. The nachos are out of this world with fresh fried potato chips and the tacos!!! The tacos are incredible they come lightly fried with i believe parmesan cheese which gives them a unique twist. We ate most of our meals here while in condado.

The steak burger was good! Just slightly overcooked. The falafel on my salad was a little dry but still good. The flavors work well. They just need to tweak cooking time or storage. Maybe it's because we came late at night. Prices are good. And, the open-air patio is nice.

We visited here twice during our vacation. Great food and really friendly service. We tried the edamame, smoked salmon spring rolls, falafel nachos, guacamole, breakfast tacos, burger, waffles, avocado toast. $2 tacos on Tuesday. $5 mixed drinks on Wednesday (mojitos, margs). Clean. I’d recommend.
