I gave Kabane a second shot yesterday, there is no argument, their coffee is great. Yesterday the service was great as well, however there are some strange rules (like other comments mention) which creates a weird vibe. If you're just going for the coffee: definitely do it. If you're expecting a great service/flexibility skit it

Don't know why such a low rating on maps. Brilliant super-speciality coffee shop, plenty of extraordinary coffee lots in the freezer, interesting selection of beans on the shelf. They also have a good selection of Chinese tea, which is rare in Europe. Once they ran out of ‘interesting’ cold brew, and poured me a ‘regular’ one, and it was one of the best cold brew I've ever tried. Also, both times I went there, I had a lovely coffee talk with the owner, and he provided me with a tiny-piny magazine with a list of the best coffee shops in Paris. Product is 10/10, service is superb. Don't complain, just ask about your coffee. Also, besides the extraordinary lots, they have just a regular espresso, and the price is comparable to other speciality coffee shops in the city. Hope to visit it again!

Amazing experience! The owner was super kind with us. He took his time to prepare the coffee and it was delicious! My son had a filtered coffee(one of a kind) and I had a “crème”! The chocolate cookie was super tasty (he made them himself). The ambience is super cozy and the details are worth a view!! I read a cute book to practice my French! It is a must go!!

come with an open mind. it might be a quirky experience, but the coffee was sublime. everything about this place is filled with personality and the craft is mesmerizing. one of my best, certainly the most authentic, experiences in paris. highly recommend for coffee lovers

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please avoid! The place looks nicely decorated so I went in and wanted to see if i would like to have a seat. The man stopped me like no YOU CAN NOT GO THERE! I said but how am i suppossef to know if i like the place if you dont let me in?! He kept being crazy rude and telling me its not a museum. Im like i get that but i would like to see the place inside before I decide to take a seat. He was ridiculously irreasonable and despite its nice design I left. I see the place has 3 stars only. I understand why

Honestly, I think this is the best coziest and calmest coffee shop in Paris. A wonderful list of varieties of filter coffee. Very friendly staff and calm music. I have been hunting for such a place for my reading I think I found my spot. Bref, it is a beautiful place that is worth visiting at least once.

This place was a hidden gem that we stumbled upon. Delighted to have stopped by. We ordered a drip coffee for 2 (€14) and a cookie. The staff member explained the process of fermentation to us and described the difference between the coffees we ordered. Mikado, the café’s dog was an added bonus!

Having found this place after a yoga class in the neighbourhood, I was delighted to be transported into a cozy cocoon of peace 😇🙏🏼 I was able to enjoy a wonderful moment with a beautiful interior around me, high ceilings and a lot of natural light even on a gloomy day 😍 For once, it was a place that wasn't completely packed like other cafés in Paris, where you're sitting shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you. The ceramics that the coffee is served in are beautiful, you just have to be aware of the fact that the prices correspond to the quality of the products that you're buying 😊
