I would never recommend this hostel. I paid for 2 nights to enjoy the holiday. I lost money/and a day. As upon my return one of the people placed in the room was severely ill. I asked to change rooms. They said their were none. They said the only option was to check-out until 4pm. Yet, it was 3am. Everything was closed for New Year's and it was raining. I was forced to checkout, lose money, etc. as it was a health hazard. Unprofessional to say the least.

Very convenient location next to St Pancras. Only affordable option for a private room and such a central location being next to King's Cross St. Pancras. Room is clean. Ground floor has a café and they offer reasonable food and drinks for guests, lots of guests use this area for working or video calls. Check out the view from the room!

1.Location was good , near all modes of transport around King's Cross area.2. My 5 beded room was reasonably comfortable, bed matress has seen better days & neeeds changing.3. Breakfast needs a BIG rethink in terms of quality & offerings4. Common area very common... even the dinning area is very so so so common.

Across the road from King's Cross and St Pancras. Quiet, spotless and safe with friendly reception. An eating and hang out area and the room had warm bedding, lockers and a bathroom. Very useful. Very comfortable and cheap. No kitchen but you can buy snacks and drinks. There's fast food outlets, pubs, shops and restaurants on the same road.

Great location, staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Food is good, and the breakfast deal is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious enough, and there are lockers for each bed. Cleanliness isn't perfect, but it was good enough. Definitely recommended for traveling alone. I felt safe and comfortable!

Female room #404, bed #4 had bed bug, got bitten. Room itself was spacious with 5 beds but the en-suite bathroom did not work. The room had a bad smell. The carpet was damp and dirty. Bunk beds made sound whenever someone made any movement. Uncomfortable small mattress. The room was stuffy and hot. Bad ventilation. In addition, two women snored non-stop. Next day moved to mixed room #203 with 6 beds. The room itself was so much smaller. The room had the same bad damp smell. Bad ventilation and dirty carpet. Majority of the men snored non-stop and banged on the door loudly throughout the evening. Impossible to sleep. All bunk beds from this hostel made squeaking noises. This hostel attract mainly mature guests. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Paid £30-35 for a bed. Definitely not worth it even though location was convenient but impossible to sleep at night. Luggage storage £4 per suitcase per day

Very basic. Well located. But FAR too noisy because of this, horns & traffic all through the night. Got no sleep. Duvets lovely & warm. Towel hire £3, nowhere to dry hands in bathroom & no shelving/hooks. Bedside light was dead. Strip light for the rest of the dorm. Check in staff could have been a little more welcoming. .

Stayed here because I was catching an early morning train as the location is right across from the underground/St Pancras International station. A no- frills hotel. Noisy to the point of obnoxious. Walls are thin, and the street noisy is crazy busy with sirens going off throughout the night. I needed to purchase earplugs from the front desk. The shower was small with drain being clogged so my shower was extremely short. For heat, they put a portable space heater in my room which on high, barely kept me warm. Probably would spend a few pounds more and stay somewhere else.
