"Make your first detour to Kabinett & Kammer in Andes, the sort of vintage store where you can find a perfectly restored antique wardrobe and a taxidermied raccoon to go with it."

Although I have not yet visited the shop as I’m in Canada, my interactions with Sean via Social Media have been super friendly and helpful! I absolutely ADORE his book and carry it as well in my shop. He has extraordinary taste and style. Awesome and hope to visit the shop one day!!!

Sean's store is one of my favorite in the world. Beautifully curated, fair prices, and super helpful service. Worth the trip from literally anywhere.

So many beautiful finds! Gary Graham's amazing fashion store is attached. You can easily spend an hour browsing.

The live visit is even better than the book at Sean Scherer’s beautifully curated antique store. Make sure to pick up a copy of Sean’s book and he will sign it for you!

Yelp
Incredible taste and a great eye. Both Gary and Sean are extremely talented. The antiques are well edited and the women's clothing is exquisite from the fabric to the design.

Yelp
Cool place with some cool finds in a sleepy town, but shoddy service. Word of warning: when I visited the store, a nice but bumbling man behind the counter clearly had difficulty ringing up every single customer (didn't know prices, couldn't figure out the calculator, had difficulty bagging). He told us that he was the owners right-hand man. It was sort of cute and endearing UNTIL I got home and realized he didn't put something in my bag that I paid for (and spent time helping him add to my tab). I wrote the owner, or the email address tied to the owner on the site, with no response. Be very careful if you buy anything that all of your purchases are with you and rung up correctly.

Yelp
Oddities, artifacts and antiques! So many cool and amazing things in this store that it's hard to describe. You might find a taxidermied turkey or a curio full of curiosities. A definite must-visit. And be sure to check out the art gallery in the back of the store.

Yelp
A quirky, delightful store run by people with exquisite taste. You can buy notebooks, prints, lamps, mirrors, and all kinds of other things. Prices are reasonable---and the man who runs the store is both friendly and helpful.
