I am being generous with the 3 stars. I've heard so many good things about this place so naturally I was excited to check it out myself. Sadly it was a disappointing visit. The Flat White that I ordered was average at best. The sandwich - Croque Monsieur - was quite bad. I've ordered this sandwich many times all over the world and this version was the worst. This could be due to them making it with a toaster oven? Maybe? When it was time to pay they told me it was better if I paid in cash because it's better for them. And- they told me to leave a 10% tip. I'm American so tipping is ingrained in our culture. Being "told" about tipping... 😂. Overall, just not a good customer experience.

Delicious options for breakfast and pastries. Tried the bagel with eggs and bacon, simply delicious. Got a cinnamon roll and it was super fresh and warm 😋 Definitely going again next time in Prague. Kudos to the nice friendly waiter the got our order. Very agile and smiling. Wish you guys success!

Had a few XL latte's here. Drinks were good and the staff were very friendly. Not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about as I had zero issues with the staff (Prague seems to have an issue with fake reviews). I would recommend here if you want a nice cafe to go to.

A very delicious breakfast (Francine's breakfast). The customer service was first-class. A definite recommendation for this café :)

Very sad that I need to write it here, but it’s not first time I am visiting this place. 1. Food is tasty, but not an exclusive- for me overpriced 2. Amazing coffee, but why you have discount paper 10th coffee is free if you don’t want to put stamps. 3. I truly don’t know why stuff is so unhappy, they talk to customers like they making a favour to us to being served by them. 4. Lemonade- is citron lemonade means it’s need to be sour and acid? I even can’t drinking it. I wanted to say something but stuff looks very not happy so I was afraid even to make any noise. Is it right to feel coffee shop or restaurant like this? I don’t want make a conflict but maybe you need to be more kind and watch how you cooking and give service.

My personal favourite breakfast spot in this area. Average pricing, good food, good services. Seating area is nice and clean, looks good too. Outdoor seating available

We visited with a group of four. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the coffee was excellent. However, the English breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially the sausages, which had an unusual aftertaste. What really bothered me was the dirty cutlery; I had to polish it myself and even asked for a clean set. Waiting time about 30 minutes. For Prague, I found the prices to be a bit too high for the overall experience.

I give Café Francin 4 out of 5 stars. The service was quick, but I had to take off one star because the Croque Monsieur was cold inside. The cheese was hard and cold, when it should have been melted. Overall, the sandwich tasted good, but it would have been much better if it was warm all the way through. Instead, I received a dish that was warm on the outside but straight from the fridge on the inside. The pickled vegetables were very tasty, and the lemonade was good, though not very sweet. It was very hot and stuffy inside, to the point where I had to sit in a t-shirt, even though it was only 9°C outside in October. Overall, I recommend this place, but I can't give it a full 5 stars.

Yelp
I am fortunate enough to have this place literally across the street from my apartment! But for all of you who do not live close, this place is still worth going to (unless maybe you are going from across town, then you will find similar places closer to you I am sure). Anyways - I was looking forward to trying this café/bistro out. I really enjoyed the interior (TBH I am a sucker for places with neat interior) and the service was super sweet! I ordered smoothie which was a little bitty overpriced considering how small the portion was but my friends ordered cakes which were delicious! If you are looking for a place to work at with your laptop - this one is a good choice too! They have free wifi but I do not believe they have power plugs for you to use. Overall I was pleased with this place!

Yelp
This small local bistro at Malesice area has a lot to offer. The retro interior with modern elements is very well set and combined, the staff is very polite and helpful. The coffee was ok (I am not a coffee expert so I can't really tell), but the gluten free cakes and the pancakes are awesome! I go to coffee places to have coffee And work, so having access to charging slot is important. This place unfortunately doesn't have them. But if you come with fully charged tech, you are good to go!
