Kafec Brno Úvoz

Little café on Úvoz selling coffee, waffles and wine too. I had their matcha latte with lactose free milk, it was done just right (extra hot and creamy) 🍵 I’m looking forward to trying their gluten free pancake selection next time, they do both sweet & savoury options. They also have non-alcoholic negroni etc for those interested! The waiter was really helpful with all our questions, thank you! 😊

Great place for a brunch, a smaller meal, or a cake. The interior of the place is very nice and staff was really pleasant. The meals themselves are superbs, I went for eggs Benedict and taste wise, the meal was great. Including the presentation. But I would still appreciate a slightly bigger portion. I believe that the place counts with the fact that you want to go also for a cake. In that case, the portion size was just right. I would like to see more drinks that are not sweet in the menu, such as tapped water with citruses or so. I went for cascara, but the drink was already made into a lemonade and it was too sweet for me. I strongly recommend to make a reservation here, as the place was completely full on the day that I visited it.

My favorite coffee place! Great coffe and waffles! 😋 Delicious Belgian waffles. I can also reccomend the Pulled Pork waffle. Service is better then average. What could be improved: 1. Acoustics - it can get noisy. Not suitable for work if u have to focus. 2. Service - it is already good, but I would like to see even more smiles 😁

Ideal for having a brunch or sweet waffle with coffee. The service is nice and friendly and the food selection is good with both sweet and savory waffle options. Just a note; the location the map shows is a bit off so I had trouble finding the Úvoz branch with the navigation, however; it’s right on the Uvoz street.

I had the best chai latte! Several coffee options with different flavours to try. Love the names and art on the coffee. The cafe is relaxed and calm and the service was great. Great location easily accesible with bus and tram stop.

Food was great ( as always in Kafec). I would not suggest to sit outside due to heavy car traffic and the staff has not noticed us 😅 at first. There were few baby prams/strollers therefore I assume it is baby friendly cafe ☕️ .

Beautiful cafe, everything designed for the eye and right chill atmosphere, comfortable chairs, beautifully set table, food coffee and great dishes for breakfast as well as waffles and others treats for a sweet tooth. This place is worth coming back to, even though it's situated slightly out of historical centre.

I had waffles and toast. The waffles were especially good and I would eat them again. The restaurant was clean, especially the restrooms, which were very carefully cleaned. Excellent.
