Stop wandering and take your sip and bite @KAFFEEPaulette. Good Coffee. She takes time to put craftmanship, knowledge and Love for Coffee in your cup. Grind, Dose, Weigh, Tamp, Temperture, Time, Volume, Crema, all those parameters need to be adjusted well to let drip the Marzocco a nice Doppio.

We drank really good coffee here and were happy that she served oat milk (avoine). Milk had perfect temperature and the coffee itself tasted exactly like we hoped it would.
The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic about the place. True barista.
Would recommend drinking coffee here.

Highly recommended if you value really good coffee made by a skilled barrista. Absolutely the nicest and most authentic cappucini we had had in France in the past decade and a half.
Lovely service, rather delicious cakes and really pleasant atmosphere.
PS had an email from Google to say my review had not been approved as wasn't genuine or was solicited by the establishment. Well I can assure you it wasn't. I stand by my assertion these are the best cappuccinos by a long chalk we have had in France. I spend big chunks of time in Italy and am a bit of a coffee machine buff, so from a consumer point of view I know a thing or two.

The coffee here is world class, and definitely the best I found in France. Relaxed and quirky atmosphere with super friendly baristas. As an Australian it was wonderful to be able to order a perfect Flatwhite.
