Came here for a quiet drink and treat. I was not disappointed. As I am currently breastfeeding, I went with their caffeine-free „red cappuccino“ and a pastel de nata. Loved that the pastel had a good crunch! There was enough room for my stroller. I didn’t feel like I was getting in customer‘s way. The staff and customers were all very warm and friendly towards my baby and I. This may seem like just a place to serve the office workers in the area, but I think if you like high quality coffee, this is the place to visit.

Had a chocolate croissant and a Colombian Gesha V60 – both were excellent! The coffee was brewed beautifully, full of flavor, and the croissant was fresh and tasty. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely worth a visit!

Staff was very nice and looks like they're enjoying what they do however I asked for a recognisable coffee taste without bitterness so maybe a bit sweetness and therefore I asked what they recommend they made latte macchiato but I felt like I'm drinking a tasteless milk. Thanks for the great attitude but it didn't feel like I was drinking a coffee.

Absolutely delicious coffee. Great selection of roasts from different regions. I'm so happy to have found this place while visiting Frankfurt. Best to drink any of the nice roasts black, and experience the depth of flavors.

Possibly the best coffee near Europa Allee, Skyline Plaza and the Messe. There are many generic cafes serving generic coffee, but if one is looking for a third wave coffee shop that sources good quality beans, look no further. The barista at Kaffewerk Expressionist is friendly and knows how coffee well. He spent time interacting with the customers when there were no lines. And often suggested various coffees to customers who were not sure of what to order. The seating is very comfortable too. And they have some seating outside too. A very good alternative to going to a cafe inside Skyline Plaza. There is a duplicate location on Google maps though. They need to sort that out.

A small paradise for a coffee connoisseur. Tiny coffee shop with good selection of proper coffee both espresso and filter. I had a juicy Kenya perfectly brewed by barista in V60. Chocolate cookies are pricey, but totally worth it. Located just next to the back entrance of the PwC Tower.

Google
Great place to grab a coffee to go or to stay for a bit. Warm tones and lots of natural light. The baristas are very friendly and skilled at what they do. Both the drip coffee and espresso drinks are delicious. I recommend the Kenyan roast for filter coffee if you like fruitier coffees.

Yelp
In my everlasting persuit for great coffee, I came across this gem in the middle of Frankfurt. It is everything a coffeeshop is supposed to be. Laid back, rustic and all about the coffee. A large selection of different espresso roasts and friendly and skilled baristas make this a must-go for every coffee enthusiast. Highly recommended

Yelp
I normally frequent the location a few steps away on Europa-Allee but decided to change things up and come to this one. The main reason was that the other location, which is smaller and serves exactly the same coffee, is LOUD right now due to drilling outside. I just can't be bothered with the construction outside there these days. So I went the few extra feet to this one and am very happy I did. My dog and I headed there for my afternoon flat white on our walk. After walking through the clouds of cigarette smoke from the workers next door, I finally made it to the cafe and went inside and ordered. This location is like three times the size of the other shop and that is refreshing for me as someone who is a bit claustrophobic. I went at 2pm and I was the only one there once I arrived (more people came, but not many). The staff wasn't overly friendly, but nice enough. I ordered a flat white and it was tasty. What I like about the Kaffeewerk Espressionist team (including their location Bruhmarkt) is that their flat whites are balanced the way I like them. All too often in Germany you find them to be weak or not very rounded and robust, but these cafes know how to use the right type of espresso in them (you can also request light or dark roast depending on your preferences). I'll definitely start frequenting this location instead of my old haunt until the construction is done. The terrace is large and open and I really enjoyed myself there.
