I decided that I would only buy ‘buy it for life’ clothes this year. Fast forward to February and I have replaced most of my wardrobe and discovered the most amazing independent clothing stores. Kafka Mercantile & Supply Co has been an amazing find. As other reviewers say, swift postage, the best packaging around and a lovely handwritten note in with the items. The invoice also comes in a branded envelope. It’s the attention to detail from stores like Kafka that helps them to stand out from High Street fast fashion. Will happily order from here again and look forward to visiting if I’m ever in Aberdeen. Thank you Kafka

Range of product is second to none, especially their selection of rare Japanese brands which I love. Items always arrive promptly, well packaged and with a nice hand written thank you card. Loyalty scheme is really generous and it applies to sale items also. Returning items could not be easier, you can reuse the original packaging and there is a pre printed address label included. KM is an incredible and unique store that stocks the best garb around. We need a shop like this in the south of England! I love the parcels when they arrive; they are beautifully wrapped and have the signed card enclosed. It's all about the little things.
