Response to the owner's reply: I apologize for the previous miscommunication in my feedback. I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding the quality of the espresso tonic I received. It appears that the issue may have arisen from the high temperature of the ingredients, resulting in the melting of ice and subsequent dilution. I do appreciate your choice of using Fentimans tonic, a brand I usually enjoy.
However, I must express my disappointment with the final bitter outcome of the drink due to what seemed like an overextracted espresso. My discovery of your café came through the popular European Coffee Trip application, a platform where we rarely encounter establishments that do not meet our accustomed standards of drink quality. I regret any inconvenience caused by our visit and understand that our expectations might not align with your offerings.
