We booked this hotel for a couple of hours of sleep after a glamourous night at a ball. The location is central with beautiful views, also of the Schlossberg and the Mur. We liked the modern and subtile interior, the room was clean and in perfect condition. Sound-proofing is very good, we had no complaints. Only downside is that you pay extra for breakfast (which you certainly need after a long and exhausting night), which makes the stay a bit pricey.

Nice enchanting and eco-friendly hotel and cafe with meditative music while sipping your matcha latte. It comes with little vegan chocolates. They have other vegan options for breakfast as well. The town of Graz is small but charming and Kai 36 makes you feel within the comfort of home.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a very accessible location, almost in the center of Graz. Everything is clean and modern, the ambiance is extremely comfortable, and the staff is very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended!

BISTRO is so good. Amazing breakfast. The best we had in Graz. Creative, delicious, fresh. Good coffee and super fast service. Few spots outside to sit next to green plants.

I’ve stayed in the hotel and the cafe is basically my second home at this point. Best matcha ever, best breakfast ever, cutest/sweetest staff girlies. Feels like my living room but prettier.

Visiting a former exchange student who stayed with us in Australia some 16 years ago. This hotel was located centrally so we spent 3 days in and around Graz. Hotel has been renovated to a very high standard with fantastic rooms and a great collection of art. Staff were super friendly with an on-site cafe/bar with everything reasonably priced. Our room was large, modern, and well appointed. Happy we stayed there. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for two nights while visiting Graz. Our rooms were the cutest and with an fantastic view. The hotel also has a gorgeous pool on the roof with a superb view. Lovely location, because we were able to access pretty much everything on foot. They gave us bikes for free to explore the city, and we enjoyed the entire two hours that we cycled around in the parks and the city streets. The reception staff was amazing, and just SO nice! So was the staff at their cafe. Had a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Highly recommend the place!
