Kai Fit

I have been a member since 2013. The gym is clean, the equipment reliable, the staff is awesome and it's just an all around fun place to workout. Iris and David Alessandro have worked really hard to provide an outdoor gym for us during this time of COVID. It just speaks to their dedication to their clients and our good health. Both David and Iris (the owners) have been tremendously supportive to my health, fitness and mental journey. The culture of their family owned business is nothing but love, care and integrity. It's important to them to provide a safe space for their members to grow physically and mentally. The facility is always clean and they make me feel comfortable because they follow all the safety guidelines and protocols. I feel a apart of their family. Kai Fitness has a variety of work out equipment and machines, and their staff, Vanessa and Lori is always courteous and helpful. I recommend to give them a call and ask about joining. You will not be disappointed.

Love Love Love this gym. The staff is always welcoming whether it’s your first time in or you’re a long-timer. They are also very knowledgeable so no need to be intimidated by any of the machines. Staff will gladly help. I always get a great workout as there are plenty of machines to work out every part of your body as well as free weights, kettle bells, bosu, ropes...simply lots of variety for every level.

I love this gym! I have never walked into a gym/business and seen more people happy to be where they are. This gym is clean, it has all the equipment you could want, it has an outdoor element and the staff is exceptional! If you’re in the market for a gym do yourself a solid and check out Kai fitness!

This gym isn’t the biggest or most outfitted one in the area, but they employ some absolutely wonderful folks. They are always cleaning and laughing and joking with the members and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The environment is positive and friendly and, most importantly right now, exceptionally clean.

I am very grateful that they've been able to stay open during the pandemic. The atmosphere of the gym itself is open and friendly. The staff is always ready to help and most customers are as well. We all try to share what physical fitness knowledge we have.

Honestly, it’s a great community and friendly gym. I joined last year and it’s been such a great experience and through these hard times Kai Fitness has helped me get back to my active journey. I'm starting slow, hoping to get in better shape. My Medicare supplement insurance gave me a no hassle free membership. The program is called Silver Sneakers. The staff is really nice and made my sign up easy.
