I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent visit to your restaurant on 11 Dec 2025, which unfortunately fell far short of expectations.
I had made an advance table reservation for 7:30pm to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrived early at 7:15pm, only to be told that despite having a reservation, we still needed to join a long queue. While inconvenient, we accepted this and waited approximately 20 minutes before reaching the counter to make advance payment for dinner.
After making payment, we were informed that our reserved table had already been taken by another group who had walked in. We were then asked to wait while a table was arranged for us. At this point, we waited an additional 30 minutes, standing and increasingly frustrated, only to be told that no suitable table was available.
Eventually, we were seated at the far end of the lobby area, away from the main dining space. This meant we could not enjoy the live band, ambience, or overall experience that we had specifically chosen your restaurant for. Given that this was a birthday celebration, this was extremely disappointing.
Additionally, when making the reservation, we were informed that a complimentary dessert would be provided for my husband’s birthday. This was never offered or acknowledged during our visit.
Overall, the experience reflected poor reservation management and a lack of consideration for customers who had planned ahead for a special occasion. Sadly, this has left us with a very negative impression, and I doubt we will be returning.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your reservation and seating processes to prevent other customers from experiencing the same disappointment.
