Great tour with Grant! He was an excellent driver and guide who is knowledgeable n experienced . Even though the day was foggy and rainy, Grant made up for it with his great sense of humor, jokes, and engaging stories, which kept the tour fun and enjoyable. The pace was just right, covering all the must-see highlights of the Big Island, along with a few fun pit stops, local shops, and tasty treats. We also really appreciated the volcano video and photos he shared—it added so much to the experience. Highly recommend Grant for a memorable Big Island tour!

We had the absolute best experience with Kailani Tours, and our guide Kawika made the day unforgettable. He was so knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Hawaiian history and culture. A couple of years ago, we did a tour with another company on the Big Island and loved it, but we learned so much more this time because of Kawika. Even during the longer stretches of driving, his stories and insights kept us completely absorbed, the time just flew by. Honestly, I would have paid just to learn from him, even without visiting all of the incredible stops along the way! Kawika also made everyone feel like part of the family. The tour itself was excellent, but his guidance elevated it into something truly special. If you’re lucky enough to get Kawika as your guide, you’re in for an amazing tour.

Grant did an amazing job. He definitely deserves a raise. Grant was so knowledgeable and funny. Definitely makes you feel like family and has a wealth of knowledge about the island and the tour. My 2 daughters and I had an amazing time on the Big Island Volcano Day Tour! While I had visited the other islands, this was the first time for us to visit the island of Hawaii. Grant, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable about volcanos and the history of the island and its people. This made the tour so interesting and that much more enjoyable. This full-day tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you, Grant!!

We had the best time. Grant was super knowledgeable about the island. He made us laugh and taught us a lot as well. He took wonderful care of my daughter when she fell (tree root) and made her a Jr tour guide to help cheer her up. We highly recommend this tour especially if Grant is the tour guide.

Derek was our amazing guide for our full day trip exploring all that the Big island offers. We saw turtles with a bonus rainbow. Our trip to the summit of Kilauea volcano was spectacular as the volcano erupted as we were having dinner. Derek made it possible for us to get back and see it up close. I cannot say enough about Kalani tours! This is my Second time touring with them and again they've exceeded expectations! Prompt pick up, clean and comfortable transportation, knowledgeable guide and enjoyable itinerary! GRANT ROCKS! Our guide for the day took care of each of our members needs, took time answering questions and offered a unique perspective as a geologist/volcanologist! Everything was amazing and way more then was described Our tour guide Thia was unbelievable her knowledge and her wonderful personality just made the day I have taken tours all over including Europe and this was by far the best

It was a well arranged tour. We went to a coffee farm, bakery, black sand beach, volcano and dinner at Kīlauea house. Unfortunately the weather was really bad, that at black sand beach we did not sea the turtles and the worst was it started raining and the volcano was just puffing. Paul was a great tour guide, excellent driving and professional. The phone receptionists were awful, the phone constantly cut off and we couldn't understand them. They were unfamiliar of the tour and seemed like they were just reading a script. Their accent were so heavy it was hard to understand. They did not explain our requests. Other than that I would recommend this tour.

Overall, this was a good tour if you're short on time and you really want to get everything in one day. It is a full 11 hour day. This wasn't my first pick of tours, I just wanted to go to the volcano (shorter time frame tour), but they didn't have enough participants so they grouped us into the All-Day tour that went to a coffee plantation, a bakery, a black sand beach, volcanoes national park, lunch, waterfalls and a cookie store. You're at each location for approximately 20 minutes, with the exception of lunch where you get closer to 45 minutes. Our tour guide (Dave C) was ok. He repeated stories about Hawaiian historical folklore and random information about graffiti on street signs. I don't think he ever stopped talking, but non of it was about the places we were going or the places we were going to. He also tried really hard to engage and play games with our group, but he didn't really "read the room" since no one seemed like they wanted to participate. I guess it's a crap shoot if you get a good, knowledgable tour guide vs. someone who does it part time (which he did mention). We went the day after Christmas, so I'm sure they were under staffed. There was just a lot of missed opportunities for information that I ended up just googling while we were driving. Because you're at each location for only 20 minutes, there's not really much you can soak up other than maybe a few selfies and just saying that you've been there. I've been in a lot of tours and this one was just too much of everything with not enough of anything ... if that makes any sense. Anyway, if you're short on time then do it. Maybe you'll get a more informative guide. We were extremely punctual which I appreciate and got back to our hotel within the 11 hour time frame. I'm appreciative we got to see some volcanic action and we got to drive around the island. It is beautiful and breathtaking.

What an incredible day we spent with Thia on our private volcano tour. She exceeded our expectations as she was able to personalize our tour to meet our needs. Thia is an outgoing, friendly person and we enjoyed her wealth of knowledge. Mahalo for a day we will always remember!

We hired Kailani tours for the convenience, experiences, and unbeatable prices. Our guide, Chris, made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions for recommendations. Don't hesitate to purchase the private tour as it was more catered and flexible to what we wanted to do. We traveled as a family of 6 and a baby and even the baby was comfortable. We stayed in Waimea and the convenience for them to pick us up directly from our AirBnB and did the tour of the whole island, from volcanos, coffee shops, and more. Don't hesitate! Thank you Uncle Jim!!! On Friday, October 6th we took the "Circle" tour of the entire island. The experience was remarkable and enhanced our entire vacation. We were only on the island for 3 days so this was the ideal way to see the most locations and learn the most about the history and culture for us. Our guide picked us up at our hotel along with other passengers in the area and we headed to all of the locations promised in the itinerary as well as some hand-picked spots along the way. Jim has an incredible personality - warm and inviting, and engaged the entire group. His knowledge of the island and its history was invaluable and fascinating. More than a tour guide pointing out locations, he taught us the origins of the native Hawaiians to the journey prior to becoming a state to present - he educated us on the culture and made us fall in love with this wonderful island and its native people as well as those who have chosen to make Hawaii their home. I particularly appreciated his preparation - able to shift the conversation and tour based on the group's questions and interest. This is truly a remarkable skill and we were in the best hands. A focus on small, locally-owned businesses was a treat - I purchased most of my souvenirs home from these vendors rather than from the plentiful ABC stores. Thank you for this opportunity. It's difficult to choose a highlight - nearly 2 weeks later I am still dreaming of being escorted around this beautiful island and learning about the history and the most current events of the active volcanoes. The main draw for me to visit Hawai'i was the Volcanoes National Park - which was absolutely a highlight to my entire trip; and Jim was extremely knowledgeable about the geology and really made this a great experience. I cannot recommend this tour more highly. Our tour educated us to appreciate the remainder of our visit, specifically the luau we had scheduled for our next island. Thanks to our history lesson, we understood the story more fully so it was even more entertaining. This was a phenomenal experience!

My sister and I celebrated our 30th birthday at the Big Island and we were contemplating to rent a car to go to Hilo or do a tour. We decided to do the Kailani day Tour and it was such a phenomenal experience!!! I love how our tour guide named Kawika (David) was such an awesome tour guide and provided us with drinks and snacks during our tour! He is very friendly and smart and he knows his stuff around the island and the Hawaiian culture!!! My favorite points of interest was the Big Island Candies shop, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Black Sands Beach, Downtown Hilo Farmers Market, and Rainbow Falls. I also loved how Kawika gave us malasadas and that the tour included our lunch! There was opportunities to buy souvenirs and take photos and use the restrooms! It was such a fun and long day that is worth it!!! It is worth the price! Thank you Kawika for making our experience superb!! I totally recommend!

What an awesome way to get all the island highlights in! Kawika was our tour guide and had so many stories, facts, and information you can't get from anyone other than a local. While this was a long day it wasn't overwhelming, plus I didn't have to drive all over the island looking for each point of interest.

We did this our first day on the island and it was great! We enjoyed the pampered treatment Hawaiian style (not fancy but oh so attentive and simple) and it gave us a great idea of things we wanted to see the rest of the week. It was a long day but well worth it! Our guide was knowledgeable (Thia is awesome) and we had a number of stops - Bakery, Volcano, Candy, coffee, lava tube, Rainbow Falls, and lunch at the crater rim. Just a great day!

I took the "Big Island Highlights Day" tour and had a good time. Our guide did good job of providing information for the duration of the trip. The van was comfortable and but completely full with a group of 8. Even though it made for a long day it was enjoyable and I'd recommend taking it at the beginning of your trip here to get an idea of places to visit during your stay as I had visited some of the same places already in the beginning of our trip. The food provided for lunch was not great. I got the fish (very bland) and my husband got the pork (way too salty) so I wouldn't get your hopes up on the food for the tour.

Tour guide/driver Manny was at our scheduled pick-up spot right on time (a bit early actually). We were the last 2 of what became a group of 7, so everyone got to know each other pretty quickly. Manny was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable and took very good care of us on the 12-hour adventure. The first stop was at the Greenwell Farms Coffee Farm, then off to the Punalu'u Bakery. I highly recommend the cream-filled chocolate-covered Malasadas; you'll want to buy extra for later. We stopped by the black sand beach down the road to enjoy a nice lunch and take some pictures of the sea turtles sunning themselves on the lava rocks. We then made our way to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and looked down into the Kilauea volcano crater. Even though we only saw a steady plume of smoke it was a welcome chance to stretch our legs and have a fun photo op. Dinner at the Kilauea Lodge Restaurant was great. We had the generously sized chicken linguini; the leftovers were just as good the next night at our Kona Coast Resort condo. After dinner, we got to walk through a lava tube at night. That was really fun and nowhere near as creepy as I expected it would be. We capped off the night by going to the Volcano House restaurant. It sits on the rim of the Kilauea caldera opposite the active lava bit. I was very happy to be there watching the bubbling lava from afar while sipping a nice glass of wine; another bucket list item checked off. Thanks for the great memories!

We have done this tour before a few years ago and it was amazing experience with our guide Jim . Definitively a 5 star experience. However our recent tour felt very rushed with not a whole lot of narratives on the island history . The stop to the volcano house was only 10 minutes and and should have been 30 minutes for pictures on the balcony, shopping and restroom . didnt make sense to anyone as we were rushed to a candy store and nobody wanted to go there . everyone wanted more time at the volcano house . also , the vehicle music was not Hawaiian music as it was in the past ,killed the vibe for sure .

Our guide, Derek, was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was fantastic! It was nice that we could sit back, relax and take in all of the sites and scenery without worrying about driving, navigating, and parking.

The guide Kawika ( most likely spelled wrong) was phenomenal he was a walking encyclopedia about Hawaii. His story telling kept you entertained all day. You can clearly see the passion he has for his home island. It was a tour that educated us on history, science and all things about the big island. They thought of everything snacks, drinks, cold and warm towels flashlight for the lava tubes. I give this tour an A+++. The only negative thing I could possibly say is the lava was not flowing during our tour. Which is no fault of the tour company

We had a wonderful day with Thia, our guide. She was so competent, knowledgeable and interesting. She had a great understanding of the history of the island and it was a great way to start our vacation and orient us for what comes next. Such a full day! You will get insight in to so many things with very comfortable accommodations. The only disappointment was lunch. The location was magnificent but the food was mediocre at best. I would do the tour again regardless of that one minor blip.

We did the Big Island Highlights Day Tour which was an 11 hour tour that went all around the island, starting in Kona, going through the southern part of the island to Hilo and then back to the west side of the island. Our stops included: - Kona Coffee Farm (where we had breakfast - yogurt parfait, mango bread and fruit salad) - Punalu'u Bake Shop (for malasadas) - Punalu'u Black Sand Beach - Volcano Winery and Tea Farm (where we had boxed lunch - orzo salad, grilled chicken breast and roll) - Hawaii Volcanoes National Park - Kilauea Caldera Overlook - Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Visitor's Center - steam vents - Thurston Lava Tube - Rainbow Falls Our tour guide was Thia. Thia was an awesome tour guide and answered all of our questions patiently from a group of people ranging in age from 6-77. Thia was also a great driver, minimizing the twists and turns as much as she could to minimize motion sickness. The tour is a bit long, particularly for young kids, but the constant food and snacks help quite a bit. You definitely won't be hungry on this tour. Not only are they feeding you at almost every stop, but they also have snacks, water and drinks on the bus. My favorite stops were: - Punalu'u Black Sand Beach: Really cool black sand beach where we saw multiple turtles - Kilauea Caldera Overlook: We're lucky in that we were able to see lava bubbling up at the caldera which was cool. The tour company provided binoculars which were really helpful. - Rainbow Falls: We didn't have a chance to see a rainbow at Rainbow Falls because we were there too late in the day, but it's a cool spot and there are also some beautiful banyan trees off to the side that make for great climbing.

AMAZING TOUR! The tour guide was on-time at our pick-up location. She greeted with us with a huge welcome and smile and captured info regarding our names and where we're from, and made mention of it throughout the day. She provided an agenda and gathered everyone's input to ensure it would meet and exceed our expectations. She was a very skilled driver and knowledgeable about all surroundings as she shared historical information, landmarks, and key things to do as we made our journey to sights built into the tour. We covered over 250 miles across the day and had ample time to see everything listed on this tour. It was very well done and orchestrated. We'd do it again. We can't say enough great things about our day and Debra, our tour guide. This excursion is highly recommended.

We took your Volcano National Park and Black Sand Beach Excursion offered thru our cruise line on August 13, 2025 We had taken an excursion everyday we were on the cruise ship and also a couple the few days we were on Oahu. This is not a tour with a tour guide it is a bus stop to several different sites. Don't get me wrong the sites were beautiful but the tour guide stayed on the bus and just let us out so we had no idea what we were looking at unless we caught another tour guide that actually got out of the bus and was talking to their tour. This is a good 2 hrs+ back to the ship so we were extremely disappointed when our tour guide told us to talk amongst ourselves or take a nap!! A little history or talk about Kona would have been nice. Instead our tour guide(Dee) was texting and driving us back in silence. Extremely dangerous and not professional. Please consider renting a car and saving hundreds or a different tour company!

Mic drop. This 11-hour tour extravaganza hit every part of the Big Island--including four distinctly different weather climates. (I kid you not.) While driving 300 miles around the island on your own might be ideal for some people, I'd rather sit back and enjoy the ride--while being informed and catered to along the way. From hitting up a pristine coffee plantation to seeing multiple waterfalls, our quippy, clever guide John Gary really went above and beyond all day for his riders. Breakfast and lunch were both included, as was a wine tasting. Highlights included seeing Volcanoes National Park and traipsing through a hauntingly alluring 5,000-year-old lava tube. There was also a stop at Punaluu Bakeshop, the southernmost bakery in the USA where you're encouraged to carbo-load on their famous malasades. Also, you name it, John had it handy--lavender hot towels, lavender cold towels, umbrellas, flashlights, rain slickers, sunscreen, bug spray, and plenty of snacks. If six stars were an option, I would gladly give that. I cannot say enough good things about the personalized service and attention-to-detail from pick-up to drop-off. Gold star, John!

Just went on the all day tour with Grant yesterday. He was phenomenal!!! This tour guide knows it all! He was a geology major at the University of Hawaii and knows the Big Island like the back of his hand having lived there all his life. Grant took us everywhere! He got us to the perfect place to see the exploding volcano . He had everything we could possibly need on this tour. We will definitely go on another tour with Grant! Grant knew every fact about the island as well as every legend . It was amazing!

Super experience! Our guide, Paul, did a great job from beginning to end. We were picked up on time and set off on a 10+ hour tour of the Big Island. We had a comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle and made appropriate-length stops at a Kona coffee farm and shop, the southern-most bakery in the US, a black sand beach with sea turtles, various stops in Volcano National Park with great views of the Halema'uma'u and Kilauea Iki steaming craters, a lava tube, water falls and a refreshing stop for ice cream and chocolates at a confectionery in Hilo. Along the way, Paul gave us an entertaining history of the island and sites. A great experience and would recommend to others.

Great tour led by an amazing guide - Kawika is a treasure trove of knowledge and clearly takes great pride in his role. We enjoyed the day long Big Island Highlights Volcano Day Tour and found it to be quite educational and enjoyable. The refreshments and snacks along the way were also a very nice touch. The driver was AMAZING with all of his local knowledge and story telling. I've been on many of these types of tours and BY FAR this driver was the best. We apologize but we cannot remember his Hawaiian name (Kamika??) :-) Also, all the places we visited on the tour were great and gave us a wonderful experience of the island. We HIGHLY recommend this tour.

The absolutely the ultimate worse vacation I have ever been on...even for Hawaii! We got rooms that we could not see the beach which we requested, we asked for kingsize beds and double beds, NO communications from the the Hawaii Tours, we were in 6 airports in 10 days. Was not relaxing at all!! I DONOT Recommend. Everything was out dated... The last Hotel was Marriott King they build in 1980. They have a good presentation but zero applications when its time Again donot recommend!!! Gregory an Remona Chapman!

I took the Big Island highlights and volcano tour. The trip was informative, excellent and spectacular except with one suggestion. Instead of spending time on wine tasting, I prefer to visit the City of Hilo instead or other scenic spots. There's wine tasting everywhere but only one Hilo.

What an incredible day touring the island with Grant! From local history along the way, to jokes, thoughtfully planned stops, great food, and even a cool group of passengers - this day was phenomenal! Highly recommended the 11 hour volcano tour! If you are considering the volcano express, spend the extra time with Grant and go for the full day! This guy is so passionate about helping you understand and respect the volcano, lava flow, and Pele. You won't be disappointed!!! We are already planning for our next trip to meet up again for the island tour and another day with our favorite tour guide. Thanks again for the best tour! After reading some of the other reviews where there is disappointment for not seeing seeing lava flow.... Pele the Hawaiian Volcano deity is in complete control of the lava flow, not Kailani Tours. If it exists on the day of your tour, I guarantee you will see it. If it isn't running Kailani can't "make it happen" when it's not there! BEFORE the tour ever starts, ya'll Crystal who we booked with is absolutely incredible!!! She gave us so many great suggestions of things to do on the island from places to eat, beaches that are a must see, and places to go! She was an absolute pleasure to work with! My only disappointment is that she was NOT able to be on the tour with us.... I would have loved to of spent the day with her too. Based on our experience with her before we ever made it to the island - I KNEW this was going to be a day to remember! She was even open to a follow up call after our long first conversation. I feel that leaving this tour both Grant and Crystal are friends of ours, not just part of a tour company.

We did the Big Island Highlight Tour and while it was a really long day, the tour was great. Even the teenagers enjoyed themselves. Ridge is a local and shared lots of good info on the areas, stories and made the trip more enjoyable. We recommend it as it is a great way to see all the sites without having to coordinate any of it. Just sit back and relax.

Big Island Tour- Surpassed my expectations! Worth it. What made it excellent: 1. Jim, our guide, was so knowledgeable. I learned so much about the island, its history, geology, and biodiversity. We had a running joke that "Jim keeps bursting our bubble" because we learned things like: coconuts not being native to Hawai'i. Bits of information you can take home to share, and more importantly, that enrich your stay at the Big Island 2. Extremely professional, timely, and well organized tour. Before taking the tour the company will give you a call to confirm. This shows how professional and caring they are. During the tour the stops are well timed, there's a lot to see and you have limited time at each spot. However, they time it so you get to take photos and eat on stops where they have the breakfast and lunch. It's enjoyable knowing you're cared for during a tour and that your time is well spent. 3. The food! Everything was delicious: The breakfast was light and included fresh fruit. The famous masaladas from the southernmost bakery, enjoyed at the black sand beach. The lunch was the star. While we were doing the wine tasting, Jim had carefully setup the tables where we would eat with utensils, napkins and lunch boxes. Seeing this small detail of how he setup the food made it special, plus it was delicious. We also had a snack basket available for the rest of the trip. 4. The sites we got to visit. The volcanoes National park, black sand beach, Greenwell Kona Coffee Farm, Hilo Farmer's Markert, Volcano Winery, and Rainbow Falls were all interesting. I'm glad we got to see them all in one day. By the way, we had binoculars to better see the lava at the volcano. This was a fantastic tour and the people really made it special. I'm glad I booked this!

What an absolutely awesome tour experience!! We had the opportunity to be led by Grant, who was not only knowledgeable about the volcanos and island, but also helpful in offering tips and suggestions to make our stay in Kona more enjoyable and special!! I know the next time I'm here I'm getting a tour with Kailani!!

We took the Big Island Circle Tour and had a great time. Our guide was Kona Chris and he did an excellent job of providing information and some of the worst (okay, actually pretty funny ) dad jokes for the duration of the trip. The van was comfortable and not completely full with a group of 10 (there's room for 13 passengers if fully booked). Even though it made for a long day it was very enjoyable and I'd recommend taking it at the beginning of your trip here to get an idea of places to visit during your stay.

Cancellation policy is poorly thought out. My wife woke up with bronchitis the morning of our 6:25 AM trip. We called and texted but no one responded. Since we were unable to reach them, the hotel concierge took over but they denied her request for a refund for us, even though we had a doctor's note. Apparently they would rather have customers go out with communicable diseases rather than provide a reasonable refund or credit policy.

I can only reemphasize what has already been said. We took the Deluxe Volcano Tour and Grant was an absolute star. It is not the cheapest tour but it's a good value if you want to get to the best sites of Volcanoes National Park without a ton of research. It is a very long day but it was worth it. The highlights were seeing the eruption at night and stars through the telescope. Read the tour description. If that's what you want, it delivers.

We took a Circle Island Tour with our Kailani Tour Guide Grant on the Big Island. Grant was knowledgeable and fun (and at times funny in a Dad-joke way - hi, Grant!), and kept us very entertained during what is a long day. The time flew by due to his interest and enthusiasm for the island, and because of all of the amazing stops along the way. Turtles on the Black Sand Beach, malasadas from the Punalu'u Bakery, craters and lava tubes at Volcanoes National Park, and Grant even delivered the promised rainbows even though they didn't show up at Rainbow Falls! We are so glad that we took the time out of vacation for this awesome tour!

Absolutely amazing tour. Our guide Grant went above and beyond to give us the best time! Highly recommended!

Our tour was absolutely amazing! Theia really knew so much about the island-I loved her commentary throughout the day! Bennett was driving and in training and also provided some good commentary around Hilo. My daughter and hubby both got car sick throughout the trip and Theia was so thoughtful, always checking on them and asking if they needed anything. The stops were amazing! We had delicious coffee, yummy wine, got to see lava and waterfalls! It's the perfect way to see and learn about the Big Island. The van is comfortable and the snacks, food, and drinks are great. Highly recommended this company if you're visiting the Big Island!!!

Best tour (and tour guide) ever! Our family is here on the Big Island for a long awaited destination wedding (put off twice over the last 2 years due to Covid). I came across the Deluxe Volcano Experience tour while researching ideas for a group event. Some of our group were hesitant about an all-day (11 hours) tour, but the minute Bryce, our tour guide, came to pick us up, we knew it was going to be good. In fact, the tour -- the entire day -- was outstanding! Bryce's knowledge of the island, its industry, volcanoes and science, plus fun little anecdotes and puns, kept us entertained and educated during the entire ride. We were never bored. (We started calling him the walking encyclopedia.) Since it was all family on our tour (13 of us), Bryce was super accommodating and flexible with the itinerary, not to mention just a super nice guy! And we lucked out. When we got to the black sands beach there were five sea turtles snoozing on the sand. A low lava rock wall ensured that beachgoers and onlookers kept a respectful 20 feet away. Our tour of Volcanoes National Park was quick (by our choice) so we could get to dinner and to the finale (next paragraph). One note: dinner was nice, and the service was super (very nice folks at the Kilauea Lodge), but don't expect top-notch seafood or other fare like you'll get in Kona. But you're not going on this tour for the food -- so just setting that expectation. :) When we got to the highlight of the tour (viewing the active lava after dark) Bryce dropped us off at the trailhead, provided warm jackets, rain covers, umbrellas and binoculars then went to park the van. He double-timed it to catch up with the group, carrying heavy high-powered binocs and tripod (hubby carried it back out and told me it was super heavy) and helped us take some really awesome pictures and videos with our phones. Evidently our timing was perfect since the lava isn't always as active as it was that evening. Madam Pele put on a show for us! From less than a mile away we could see the orange-glowing lava spewing up as high as 30 feet (we estimated). Viewing from the super-binocs made it even more awesome. I could go on and on... Our entire party raved about the tour, the superb service (including all the extra touches) - and we all have the highest praise for Bryce. Long day -- but absolutely well worth it!

We are so happy we booked this tour on our honeymoon! The day trip was not only planned with amazing sights, but our tour guides Jim and Milton were very welcoming and so knowledgeable about the island. We learned so much about the islands' history and fun facts. The van was very spacious and we could leave personal belongings inside at each stop. On our next trip to Hawai'i, I would 100% book another tour with this group. It was beautiful and worth every penny. Thank you Kailani Tours!!!

Whatever you do...DO NOT try to reschedule! You will LOOSE EVERY LAST PENNY that you paid! Our Uber driver canceled at the last minute...we sent them SEVERAL authentic verifications. I had been on this tour before and brought a friend along to share...paid over $900! We were told 'too bad..no rescheduling...no refund'. TERRIBLE customer service. BEWARE!
