First visit - spa is just lovely with A wide range of great skin products on offer. I booked a 60min massage and wish I’d booked 90 min. Megan - my incredible therapist soaked my feet then gave me a sample of the two fragrances available for the massage. I chose the peace named oil( bergamot is my best!). The second was love btw. My massage was exceptional - I struggle to find a good deep tissue and pleasant masseuse. I loved every minute. Second time to spa - had a face consultation and facial/treatment. Enter Numi! Was a special lady she is. We spoke about my skin, my lifestyle and laughed about a lot. Very experienced and knowledgeable on skin health and support, she helped make my product selection easier. I highly rate the spa and suggest that you book to see both Megan and Numi as soon as you can.

Today I had a $500 spa treatment done & unfortunately was really disappointed. I didn’t have the heart to complain to the therapist but came on Google reviews to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing and I have read a few! So I wanted to give my feedback in hopes that you can improve your service and treatments especially with the ridiculous price point! To begin with my therapist was very sweet & had a good hand for massage which I do appreciate but the whole treatment lacked badly and I don’t know if it’s due to the therapist doing a half hearted job or the actual training she’s been given. The treatment was supposed to include a full body massage including a full feet massage- she didn’t touch my arms, back, calves or feet even after telling her I get calve cramps often. I was also supposed to receive a full body scrub and mask and she only did my arms and legs! At this point I wanted to laugh at how ripped off I felt half my body was still dry she didn’t touch my entire back or stomach but I let it go and just told myself to enjoy the moment. And lastly the deluxe signature facial, as a qualified beauty therapist I’m actually shocked that she did not apply any of the facial treatments to my décolletage at all. To me this is literally a crime and was the cherry on top. I would highly suggest training your staff with Endota Spa they know what they’re doing or at least make sure your therapists are following the same protocol and procedures so they’re actually doing everything the treatment should include. My kids used their money they saved up to afford this treatment for me and there’s nothing worse than paying an arm and leg for a once in a blue moon opportunity and feeling so let down.

Today I had the Kailo Hero 14 Peptide Facial with Annette which was 90minutes of pure bliss. Such a beautiful wind down leading into Mother's Day. Would highly recommend this treatment and Kailo to anyone looking for a little something special. Thank you Annette.

The place is absolutely beautiful and the facial therapist who ended up taking me in was lovely. However, the experience was far from relaxing. They tried to cancel my appointment three minutes before it started just as I was about to walk in. I’d explained I travelled from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and organised childcare and couldn’t move it. After back-and-forth, they could suddenly take me in straight away — which they could have done from the start. The facial felt rushed and shorter than booked, with no gesture for the inconvenience. I just couldn’t enjoy it after such a stressful start. So disappointing as it was my first facial as a new mum and was really looking forward to some short “me” time. Edit - The team reached out to make it right and have shown they really care for their guests and this was clearly a one off. Shout out to Carol for her kindness.

I first discovered Kailo Medispa after being gifted a spa experience by a close friend. And I'm soooo grateful I now know about this spa because it truly is exquisite. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with such beautiful ambience, and gorgeous Grace at the front desk. When you check in, Grace ensures you feel at ease and are ready for your treatment. You're then welcomed by your therapist, and the whole magic begins. I was fortunate enough to be paired with the highly trained and knowledgeable Annette for a clear silk laser and hydrafacial treatment. OMG the entire experience was blissful. She first explained what the treatment was about and then allowed me space and quiet to fully receive the treatment once it was in progress. She always made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease. I'm a big believer in being able to enjoy and fully relax into an experience without a lot of talking especially during a facial. Annette gifted me that and it was amazing. Plus the results afterwards from the treatment were stunning. And there was no pressure afterwards to purchase any of their in house products , which I really liked too. My face was absolutely glowing and I even saw more results weeks after the facial. And I've been back for more. Annette is incredible, her transports you to a different place where you experience deep rest and rejuvenatiom. She makes sure you feel relaxed and at ease from start to finish. After this absolutely amazing facial, I decided to try another treatment at the Kailo Medispa- Crème body wrap with organic honey. This treatment was absolutely heavenly. My therapist Isa was amazing. I felt so deeply relaxed and peaceful afterwards. The body scrub, organic honey wrap and moisturiser after was beautiful, it left my skin feeling soooo soft and smooth. I tried another Divine treatment at this spa. The sleep well Petite ritual. If you're looking to deepen your sleep, then this ritual is for you. I had this Divine treatment with Dana, and it was absolutely amazing. Dana treats you with such a luxurious treatment from start to finish. Her massage pressure was perfect, and the body scrub plus the body mask was just so heavenly. And I went home and had the most wonderful night's sleep. Dana is truly amazing! If you have the opportunity to come and try the treatments at Kailomedispa, you won't regret it. It truly is heavenly. You'll leave that place feeling soooo deeply energised, rejuvenated, relaxed, peaceful and restored all in one experience. I highly recommend Kailo MediSpa. Xx

Had a terrible experience at Kailo this afternoon with the lady at the front desk working there at approximately 3pm today. Despite being told three times prior to our booking that I would be able to claim a rebate on my massage I had on Saturday, including on the day, the lady at reception today informed us that the person who undertook my massage wasn’t qualified as a therapist we can claim a rebate on the massage for. Despite telling her that we were previously advised that we could claim on it, the lady basically said to us, sorry there’s nothing she could do and laughed in our face as we walked out saying “have the best day” in a very sarcastic manner. It was a real shame because the massage itself was great and our time at the Calile Hotel was amazing too however this left a very poor taste in our mouths as we finished our stay there. Will definitely not be recommending anyone staying at the Calile to go to the Kailo massage based on our poor experience there today. The amount of the rebate wasn’t the issue at hand, it was the helpless nature of the lady at the front desk which was annoying and rude. Also the principle that we confirmed three times beforehand that we could claim the rebate, with a specific therapist meant to have been allocated to my booking to do so. Update 5/8/25 - Thanks very much Carol for your prompt response, understanding the issue at hand and for escalating this matter further. We look forward to coming back one day to Kailo and enjoying the facilities there again with much better service than what we experienced yesterday afternoon.

I had the most incredible experience with Smita. she is truly one of a kind. Not only is she exceptionally skilled at what she does, but her warmth and kindness made me feel instantly at ease. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and genuine care shine through in every step of the treatment. I left feeling both lifted and deeply relaxed. If you're looking for someone who is both talented and truly caring, Smita is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommend!
