This might be our favorite restaurant in Oahu. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the food is delicious and comforting, and feels like home. The menu is very well suited for dietary restrictions and has so many vegetarian options. And the staff are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. What’s not to love?

Google
Got the burger plate lunch with sides and a croquette… burger was decent, sauce on burger and lotus was quite sweet and sugary. Croquette bland. Smoothie was good but not fully blended. Few hours later ended up getting an upset stomach and food poisoning symptoms :(

Google
Went here on a whim for dinner and was pleasantly surprised how great this place was. Atmosphere, service, and food exceeded all expectations. Brian, the owner, was super helpful and delightful. Now here’s what I really loved about this place… I always opt for healthy/organic/local sourced food, but many of those kine places end up being all vegan and hippie. That was not the case here. It was more healthy asian food vibe in a cozy relaxed cafe. They still have vegan options but I was glad I could get some meat (which was cooked great by the way) and not end up in another vegan hippie cafe while still getting farm to table 🤙 My fiancee & I split a plate dinner with a smoothie. Food was amazing, felt great after, and will be coming back soon!

Google
Travelers with Celiac - this is a phenomenal spot! Excellent food, knowledgeable staff, and so many gluten-free options. The owner/chef came out and chatted for a while. He has a lot of direct knowledge of food allergies and is super thoughtful about what he creates as a result. We had one of each of the sides and the salmon main dish - loved every bite! Also recommend the yuzu tea.

Google
You can feel the love in the food. Great ambiance, artistically prepared dishes with good nutritional value. Awesome stuff, the owner is super sweet, he cares and you can tell. Highly recommend the Mochiko chicken, soba noodles are great too

Google
Exceptional dish served by Kaimana Farm, ordered the Vegan Hamburg with 5 side dishe.. Sweet Potato, Brussell Sprout, Japanese Potato Salad, Soba Salad, n Lotus Rooots. All is very-very delicious. Opted for the Half Rice, Half Salad. Glad I didn't asked full rice because the salad come with Ginger Dressing and it's so refreshing n delicious. Makes me wants to eat vege more for sure. The owner, Chef Brian Ito was so kind to come out of his small but busy kitchen to have a chat with us. A lovely brunch for us. With be backed for sure. Must try for all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google
Cute little cafe that is probably family run. There are only 2 or 3 tables in here so this is definitely more of a takeout restaurant. They have a lot of options on their menu, but when I went on a normal weekend, they were out of some sides that I wanted. The food is good but that's about it and the serving sizes weren't as large as I wanted given the pricing. Overall it was a satisfactory experience but I wouldn't necessarily return. Enjoy!

Google
Very good food but what I ate wasn’t filling and not worth ordering more because of how expensive it was. It comes with a side but a very small side. Vegan options as requested!!

Yelp
The power bento is a meal for when you are going out and doing something adventurous and need to fuel up. You make your choices from their daily selections and have an awesome meal. This is also a good location for a relaxing brunch also. Good coffee Street parking. Casual. Indoor and outdoor seating. Casual. Service is good. Please come and create your own adventure.

Yelp
Wow. What a gem. I am so happy I decided to find the parking lot and pop into this quiet shop early Saturday evening after an afternoon at the beach. I wasn't starving so I was a bit wishy washy in my motivation to find a place to eat in town but boy am I glad I did. This cute shop has more seating than I thought and since I caught it when there was only 2 other people, it was more than comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly, displaying all his obvious love for what he is doing and the food he is making. He is originally from Japan and brought his Japanese taste buds with him. His love for what he does is communicated clearly through his food. I ordered the vegan hamburg (Japanese style hamburger steak) and holy smokes if it was not the best vegan burger I ever tasted. So flavorful and savory....chef kiss! I'm dreaming of the day I go back and please let him not run out on that day because I literally got the last order the day I went and had to watch someone after get denied. I will cry. And the veggie choices you get with your main choice were all so fabulous. Perhaps it is reminiscent of my Japanese mom's style of serving as there were many different dishes and styles of prep. I loved everyone I got. I should have took a picture. I will on my update. I'm so excited to take my family to eat here in the near future as I believe all of the main dish choices will be Japan-level delicious!

Yelp
Breakfast in Kapahulu, Honolulu, Hawaii... Many people drive past Kaimana Farm Cafe, but have they ever dined there? Maybe the parking is an obstacle... Just go down the street and find the free parking lot by Waiola Shave Ice on Mokihana Street! This farm-to-table restaurant has a comfortable, casual, country feel with an Asian flair. Service was very pleasant and polite. We had a wonderful experience! I got the Hamburg plate which comes with 5 sides. I picked yuzu carrots, beets + orange, kale salad, rainbow hajiji, and Molokai sweet potato. Everything was tasty and creative! We also got an iced matcha Latte... it was refreshing and not too bitter! It felt healthy and looked picture-worthy! I'd go back again! Note: restroom is outside... ask for the key!

Quinn V.

Yelp
Friendly service. I love that you can choose the sides for your bento. Vegan-friendly cafe. Parking lot is behind Waiola. Dog-friendly

Irene M.

Yelp
Good morning... Kaimana Farm Cafe is found right on busy Kapahulu across Safeway though they do share a decent parking lot with Waiola Shave Ice, Island Style Cuts and Kama'aina Acupuncture. Though they do have such tempting "Power Bento" and Plate lunch offerings breakfast is something that I rarely get to enjoy and took the opportunity to give them a try. This super cute and cozy shop has such super fun decor from the chandelier hanging above the community style table to the huge chalkboard covering majority of the back wall filled with various of information is cool but you start by ordering at the counter and will bring it to you if you choose to dine in and is served in takeout containers with reusable utensils is quite different. Incredible selection of Benedicts are found here...well three to be exact lol! Their French Toast looked like the one for me and with two choices (Strawberry, Caramelized Banana Chocolate) the Strawberry was calling me for sure and what presentation it was a simple not dipped toast is toasted stuffed with sweet cream and topped with fresh strawberries served with berry sauce on the side. Loved that it wasn't too sweet and was just the right amount of everything it really didn't need much of the sauce but did bring it to another level. Breakfast does include a choice of one side and with over a dozen to choose from it can be painful to decide but tried their Brussels sprouts which came lightly dressed did still have a bit of bite to it but was done just right for me. The staff here is just a delight as we learned she was recently transplanted from the states which is bold yet courageous move that I envy and hope that she enjoys Hawaii as a cool place like this makes it an enjoyable place to start your day. Thank you!

Chris L.

Yelp
I've come here over the years and I always appreciate their fresh food and variety of healthy side dishes. I follow a seafood/meat plus gluten free, dairy free, nightshade free diet and this place always fits the bill for delicious options! Plus, I forgot my wallet at home, but thankfully they take Apple Pay. Thank you Kaimana Farm Cafe.

Jessica C.

Yelp
Pros: Food was decent Cons: Waited an hour to receive food after ordering. Also ordered the Dejon Chicken Box which comes with 5 sides, you have the pick off a list HOWEVER they don't tell you there are extra charges! Nor is this ANYWHERE on the menu. When this was brought up that it is not listed and we didn't agree to this they refused to refund. This business would rather have a crappy review than refund the extra $1.25 that they were over charging without advertising. Would not be back simply because it is not right to do a bait and switch on customers.

Summer W.

Yelp
Wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! As a health conscious person with many dietary restrictions, this is one of the only places on the island that offers foods I can eat that actually taste SO GOOD. The flavors are delicious and the variety in every power bento is phenomenal. My dream scenario! We met Brian the owner and I felt so happy eating every bite because I know he hand made our meals with care. He told us about how his son has allergies and how he tailors every meal custom to each persons preference and restrictions. I came back the day after for lunch because it was sooo yummy! Garlic shrimp was amazing and then I got the Dijon chicken the next day and it was mouthwateringly perfect. Even the brown rice is amazing! Grateful to have found a nourishing place on the island with such sweet ownership. Highly recommend!!!

Natsumi E.

Yelp
Definitely very fresh. For the big plate you get to choose one main, 5 sides and a choice of rice, brown rice, salad or half rice half salad. I decided to choose the 6pc garlic shrimp with yuzu carrots, Brussels, kale salad, lotus root and Molokai sweet potato. I also chose half rice half salad. My favorites were the kale salad, lotus root, and Brussels. The yuzu carrots were a bit too sweet although very different and pretty good. The Molokai sweet potato isn't as sweet as Okinawan sweet potato. The half salad had an odd dressing. The garlic shrimp was a bit disappointing. They used heaps of jarred minced garlic which I personally do not like at all. All the plates range from $20-$23 I believe. The garlic shrimp plate was not worth it since fresh garlic wasn't used. You would think a farm to table cafe would use fresh garlic. The hamburger steak was pretty good they added shredded carrots and was definitely different than most places. Another side that was really good was the curry potato salad. The service was nice and friendly. The cafe was nice and had a "farm cafe" vibe. It did take quite awhile as a group of tourists ordered while we were still deciding. Was only one Japanese guy cooking in the back and a girl working the register and helping when she could. They have 12 sides and of all the sides I tried I would recommend the Brussels, curry potato salad, lotus root and kale salad.

Yelp
Kaimana Farm Café was exactly, precisely what I needed after a week of rushing around and eating conference-adjacent food. I had been eating more meat than I wanted to and needed a vegan reset - enter a Power Bowl with a vegan burger, yuzu carrots, soba salad, lotus root, and rainbow hijiki all over salad. Here, you customize your bowl completely by choosing from an endless array of (all delicious-looking) options, and what you're left with is exactly what you were in the mood for. There were meat options, but I didn't get any. It's hard for me to identify a favorite component, because they were all outstanding. The yuzu carrots were perhaps the most surprising, because I don't think anyone expects aggressive citrus in a carrot salad, but I was also pretty intrigued by the vegan burger, which was the opposite of a lazy slapping-together of baked beans or seitan. I couldn't tell you what was in it, but it tasted as freshly vegetably as the actual fresh vegetables.

Christian J.

Yelp
Food was fresh and ambiance is great for small groups! We had the açaí bowl and a breakfast sandwich. Simple and fresh ingredients really made the meal pop.

Jeremiah U.

Yelp
Kaimana Farm Cafe uses local ingredients, creating the freshest and tastiest food from their menu. It's a small restaurant that seats less than 20 people. The interior has an amazing design that showcases farm-to-table artwork with also a clean and well-organized dining area. I recommend ordering the mochiko chicken. Great tasting and fulfilling! Crispy and light, it's an amazing meal to start your day. Parking in the back on Mokihana St., on the gravel lot. Payment Cash or credit

David S.

Yelp
Love this place. Honestly the Mochiko chicken was really, really good. And the spicy tofu was legit some of the best tofu I've ever had. The owner puts a lot of care and love into the food, and is amazingly friendly. It is not meant as a fast food restaurant, but rather a place where you feel at home, relax, and be happy.

Constance L.

Yelp
The mocha tasted alright; not bad and not exceptional. I'd go here for the smoothies instead because they're much more of a stand out. Docking a star because I ordered my drink to go and it came in a cup with a lid without a straw hole or sippy hole, so I had to remove the lid completely every time I wanted to take a sip -- a bit inconvenient and ended up being quite messy.

Lili W.

Yelp
super cute ambiance. very friendly staff with fast service. the sides are really good: kale salad, lotus root, tofu poke were my favorites. the garlic shrimp is really good too.

Thu N.

Yelp
Truly one of my favorite meals during my time on Oahu! We enjoyed this so much we came back for a meal right before our departing flight. While slightly pricy, the power bento was super filling and left me feeling fresh and healthy. :- ) And as someone who is indecisive and wants to try a little bit of everything, being able to choose five (5) sides is the cherry on top! - Garlic Shrimp: omg wow. Shrimp was bouncy and covered in finely minced garlic. Paired deliciously with the salad. The potato salad was absolutely delicious -- would totally get this again if I came back. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and well-decorated. Food might take a minute or two to come out, but it's well worth the wait.

Rona A.

Yelp
Coming back here after a long gap was very refreshing! Last weekend came here with some awesome young adults for some R&R. This place quite chill and located across from Safeway on Kapahulu. There's parking in the back. The cafe is intimate and serves many healthy sides and dishes although I do miss their soufflé omelets. For service, you will need to order your meals at the register but it will be served to your table. You will need to clean up your dishes however by throwing away your napkins and placing your dirty dishes at the assigned area near the entrance. We ordered a medley of various dishes and sampled each others. The staff was friendly and explained each dish and drink we ordered. Love the vibe and plan on coming back !

Megan L.

Yelp
Good food but overpriced, and they didn't give me the correct sides I ordered. Make sure to check your container before you leave so you actually get what you ordered. Ok the owner replied saying I ordered curry potato salad. Maybe the lady at the cash register who took my order entered it incorrectly but I definitely ordered tofu bc I wanted protein. But based on the incredibly rude owner response I will certainly not be returning.

Joy Y.

Yelp
Molokai sweet Potato Salad is literally cooked potato. That's it. No seasonings, not your typical potato salad. No additional effort put into it. Just dry cooked sweet potato for $10. Should be called Steamed or Roasted Sweet potato not Potato Salad. Alacart 8 oz Hamburger Steak for $14. Looks like alot of fillers. Lox bagel had one slice of salmon. There was more tomato than Salmon. The worst lox bagel I've ever ordered anywhere. I usually don't leave reviews but it's pretty upsetting that a restaurant can rip off customers like this. Definitely not worth what you pay for. I get that costs are going up but atleast put out a good product and charge what is necessary. Don't know how a restaurant can sell this to guests.

Precious J.

Yelp
Do NOT come here. This is the worst place ever. Quality and service is inexistent. The owner is a Japanese guy who served the Japanese tourists faster and better than us. We came here on a Wednesday morning and it wasn't that busy. It was literally just us and another couple. We waited 2 hours for our 4 plates. They forgot my mom's salad and my boyfriend's smoothie. We waited so patiently but nothing! Didn't even get our food in a timely manner. When my mom's dejon chicken salad came, it was raw! The owner even took it away from me and said stop! I demanded a refund and didn't let me take a picture of the raw chicken as proof. Seriously, do NOT eat here if you want to get sick. 本当にむかつく!!

Wakaba S.

Yelp
This place reminded me of a Japanese café and a lot of customers seemed to be Japanese. The interior was antique and had warm feelings. The service was wonderful and everyone was so nice. I only had a cup of coffee but with a complimentary banana nut bread, and my friend had an açaí bowl & latte. I enjoyed my cup and my friend seemed to enjoy the açaí bowl. The banana nut bread was delicious. I got to browse through the menu and would definitely want to come back for lunch. The place was very small and had a sign asking customers try not to stay over one hour. I could see why they had the sign because it was so comfy there.

Phil H.

Yelp
I got a power bento with the grilled chicken and pork. I loved all the side dishes but both proteins were dry and overcooked. Really wanted to like the place but dry meat doesn't work for me, especially chicken thigh, which is really difficult to dry out.

Jasmine J.

Yelp
Not super happy about my last visit to Kaimana's. I think the quality of food is definitely going downhill. We ordered two power bentos and the super green acai bowl. All the deli sides, whichever we choose, are unusually sweet. There's sugar or some sort of sweetener that seasons every deli dish and it's rather unpalatable. The hamburger steak honestly could be eaten in one large bite or two (if I was hangry and didn't mind my manners lol) and a little flavorless. The supergreen acai bowl wasn't exciting either. I couldn't really tell if it was the spirulina that muddied the taste or all the extra unnecessary toppings but I couldn't finish it. For what I pay, the portion sizes are tiny and the food quality is definitely lacking. Won't ve coming back. Also note - no more free water. Bring your own or buy your fluids!

Jessica M.

Yelp
Love coming here! The food is so delicious. A pretty simple menu with lots of healthy choices. Everything I've ever ordered here tastes so good! Cute little brunch/lunch spot. There is a small lot to park down the road or you can park across the way at Safeway. Definitely get a French toast to share- easily the BEST French toast on the island. Always has us coming back.

Trude H.

Yelp
Great spot for indulging in super healthy drinks and mains. Hearty helpings! The ginger based energy drink was tasty and refreshing after a hot walk from Waikiki. Slow service, bear in mind this is a small place, food is prepared with love and is very much worth waiting for. Like that yuzu is featured in many menu items, bold citrus with depth. Tasty, healthy and such good vibes here! Located directly across from Safeway. Easy to travel on The Bus.

Wil H.

Yelp
If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would! Although food is a bit pricy it was super delicious and had a bunch of food. Owner was so nice and food came out quick. There was also very nice ambiance and it really felt like a home cooked meal. They also have many options for different allergies/conditions.

Me M.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Such fresh and healthy food! Service was great! Sooo ono!! It's slow food! Like someone picked it from the garden and lovingly made you a meal. Absolutely delicious!

Erin G.

Yelp
This food is so healthy and so fresh! Chef hand makes all the sides everyday. So worth finding parking and open FOR DINNER. The best thing to order is the bento boxes, you can pick 5 sides with a main entree

Marie G.

Yelp
We ordered 3 plates of French toast. It took almost 30 minutes for them to make it. Which would be understandable if it was busy with people. But no one was in there besides one other person who got their food ahead of us. Maybe it would have been worth the wait if the French toast was good. But sadly it was just a hunk of banquette bread toasted. Not even dipped in egg and milk and cooked!!! They tried to make up for it with pouring chocolate on it and some bananas. My 12 year old daughter and her two cousins who loves anything with sugar on top said it was such a let down. Literally just plain toasted bread. Not sure if they do this normally or what. But definitely don't order the French toast.

Zach A.

Yelp
Good vegetarian options and a nice place for brunch. Locally sourced and friendly staff. I will go back but Hawaii has a lot of options for this brunch market

Nalani K.

Yelp
Food is great! Love all the liitle sides. However this is the place to go to if youʻre not in a rush! Food takes forever...and ever. Waited half an hour for my food. The lady at the counter said they only have cook. But like i said great food!!!! You go try!

Thanh N.

Yelp
The service & food were horrible. I don't understand why our food took so long to come out when all the sides are already premade. The soba salad, rainbow hijiki, curry potato, Brussels sprouts, & spicy tofu poke are premade dishes. Anyways, we waited quite awhile for our two dishes to come out and when they did come out, both orders came out wrong. We ordered the Garlic Shrimp Bento with white rice and it came out with brown rice and the spicy tofu poke for it wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait. We also ordered the Pork Kakuni Benedict. I was cutting into it when I noticed that there was no Pork Kakuni in it!! It was just eggs on bread! Not sure what was going on back there in the kitchen that day, but it was a really off day for them. After we told them about the mistake, they just plopped a piece of meat in the middle of the plate! The garlic shrimp was too lemony/sour for my taste. The spicy tofu poke that did end coming for the bento tasted like it was hastily made.

Gina E.

Yelp
What a great find after a HiKai paddling sesh! Many vegetarian and vegan options. Love it! Farm to table goodness! I absolutely loved the deli sides. Especially the brussel sprouts. Yum! Restaurant- cute and cozy Parking- around the back Prices- average Food- YUMMY Service- Peyton provided service with a smile Will we return? For sure.

Darcie I.

Yelp
I've been coming to Kaimana Cafe for years... This place had it all. Fresh and tasty food, nice casual ambiance, and reasonable costs. Last year, the original owners told us they were selling the place to our dismay. They assured us that the new owners had all the recipes, and spent a lot of time with them to learn the ropes. Fast forward a few months and Terry and I decided to give them a try. We went in and ordered our usual power bento. Wow, prices went up $3! Ok, cost of new owners, trying to find their groove... fine. Noticed that portions were smaller, and... it took 25 minutes to get our food. The Dijon chicken was literally Dijon mustard spread on the chicken. Booooo... Told Terry let's wait a while before we go again. We just went for breakfast yesterday and I'm so disappointed. The sides are no longer in the showcase for you to see. Food took 25 minutes again, we got ONE piece of chicken and it tasted super bland. And the price went up another $3!!!!! So not worth it anymore... I'm so sad that the new owners are not continuing with Junko and Genta's vision of Kaimana Cafe.

Wayne C.

Yelp
Kaimana Farm Cafe is such a cute gem. Brian the owner was so nice and kind. We came just before 8pm and he stayed open just for us. He took his time to chat with us and we got to know each other a bit. The Power Bento is the way to go! There are several protein options with includes 5 side dishes. I got the hamburger steak which was great! Brian's culinary vision perfectly combines: American + Japanese + Hawaiian influences into a super Ono / Oiishi (delicious) cuisine. The curry potato side dish and blueberry smoothie (not overly seeet) are a must also! Much Mahalo'z Brian San

Frank B.

Yelp
We had a superb dinner tonight at Kaimana Farm Cafe. Chef Brian walked us through the menu and explained everything. There are so many options! Based on our meals I'm sure everything is delicious but can especially recommend the Mochiko Chicken. It's Gluten Free and there are a lot of GF options. The extensive list of side dishes is impressive and please get the salad with their ginger dressing. Can't give enough praise for the quality of our meals. RUN to try this place.

Christina L.

Yelp
Delicious farm to table offerings are easily accessible via plate lunch! I love their mochiko chicken and creative sides made daily from whatever is fresh. They have excellent specials as well! I really enjoyed their skillets and the ever constant egg soufflé is always a good go to. With coffee and fresh smoothies as well, they have a little bit of everything for everyone! My friend ordered their plate lunch to be delivered for my baby shower and it was the most perfect and delicious gift that really made my day!

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Such a gem. The bento was amazing and filling. Loved the salad dressing. The owners are very pleasant and everything is made to order. Fresh and yummy!

Patrick H.

Yelp
Swoon...and be still my healthy plate lunch craving heart. KFC...as in Kaimana Farm Cafe, is serving up farm to table eats with provenance. Check out the chalkboard to uncover where your produce was grown to know you are supporting local farmers and sustainable food sourcing at its most effectiveness. And....the food is fricking delicious! We each got the Kaimana Power Bento which consists of one protein. 5 side dishes and rice or salad! Grilled Dejon Chicken (Dijon mustard) for one and Kakuni Pork for the other. Both were outstanding...but the side dishes...STEAL THE SHOW! The plates are beautiful, bursting with color and flavor. Stand out sides included: Moloka'i Sweet Potato, Curry Potato Salad, Yuzu Carrots, Spicy Tofu Poke and Brussels Sprouts...but seriously...it's ALL good. I can't wait to go back and try the croquettes. You order at the counter but Service could not be friendlier with the team offering suggestions and being just awesome in general. Charming interior with comfortable seating and an ambiance that is stylish and casual at the same time.

Austin D.

Yelp
The Benedict here (any option) is amazing! They are prompt in their service and the eggs are very consistent. They're really great at making the eggs. The most recent visit I dined inside but on my previous visit they had a small table outside. What a great spot!

Thanh T.

Yelp
Small little shop right across Safeway Kapahulu. Not sure if they have their own lot but I just parked in the Safeway lot and walked over. Inside is very cute and has a nice farmhouse decor. The staff was really nice checked out our vaccinations and handed us menus to look at before we ordered from the register. I went with my niece and got her the caramelized chocolate banana french toast. While I got their grilled chicken. Each meal came with a side of salad that you can pick. Everything was very good and what's better is that it was all organic! The grilled chicken sandwich was super flavorful and quite big. The French toast was wayyyy bigger than I thought..very good for sharing though. Interestingly I think instead of using regular toast it's more like a French baguette! On the pricey side but everything is organic so you really get what you pay for.

Chantelle A.

Yelp
They were super sweet when it came to my allergies. There are so many options to choose from and they'll adjust anything if you're allergic to something! The food was delicious and the vibes were great. I'll definitely be coming back!

Laura C.

Yelp
Delicious healthy fresh fruit and the owners were super nice and accommodating. We ordered some special items and they were delicious! I will absolutely be back. Best food I've had in a long time and made with love!

Corina Q.

Yelp
Haven't been back here in years and I'm so happy to have found a new favorite spot near my work! The menu has changed rather significantly from the last time I was there. You order at the front and are given a number, where the worker will bring your food to you. My friend and I both got the Kaimana Power Bento, which includes your choice of entree with five different sides and your choice of brown or white rice. I got the pumpkin croquette ($14.90) with the Okinawa sweet potato mash, spicy tofu, cranberry brussel sprouts, kale salad, and curry potatoes with brown rice. I also got the kinako banana smoothie ($7.50) since I've never seen kinako in a smoothie here before! The smoothie came out first, and I enjoyed it a lot! It's not very sweet but you can definitely taste the kinako and banana with a strong soy milk flavor. I couldn't really taste the almond butter, but the smoothie is rather thick so I know it's there haha The Kaimana Power Bento will definitely fill you up. I ate about 2/3 of my plate and took the rest home since it was so much food. Although there's only a small portion of each, when it's all added up together the volume is quite large. I enjoyed all of the sides that it came with and the potato croquette was fried perfectly, with a fluffy inside and a crispy outside that wasn't oily. The ambiance is very cozy and the workers are all very polite and helpful.

Michele T.

Yelp
Daughter and I out for a walk when we came upon Kaimana Farm Cafe. Kiddo is a vegetarian and, with so many options for her, we decided to give it a try. Glad we did! Staff were very friendly. Few tables available indoors. Cute little setup. Kiddo decided on the sweet potato bento with the 5 sides and rice. The croquette was very crispy and quite flavorful. Only wish the order came with 2 croquettes rather than one. Her fave side were the carrots. I thought the hijiki was good. I ordered the Dijon Chicken salad. What a colorful bowl! It may not look like enough, but it turned out to be just the right amount of food for me. The greens had enough dressing and the chicken was served warm and also had good flavor. Enjoyed our meals and will return to try their other dishes.

Harry H.

Yelp
Love this place. Today I got the Dijon Chicken power bento and added a hamburger steak for my god and I to share. Food is always so good and fresh here. Highly recommended

Connie B.

Yelp
This is a very cute cafe with some great offerings. Bento options Bagels Scones Smoothies Tea Coffee Açaí bowls Breakfast plates That being said, I ordered an iced coffee with soy milk (they don't have oat milk). The roast was a bit bitter for my taste. But some people like that flavor profile. It wasn't smooth at all. My wife didn't get a coffee drink because they also didn't have decaf (yes, I know that's blasphemous. Lol!). The smoothie was refreshing and tasty. The staff was friendly. I can imagine they get very busy being not too far from Leonard's on Kapahulu Ave. This is definitely a good spot for a yummy, healthy breakfast. Check 'em out.

Yelp
This local spot was farm fresh and delicious. The sides were even organic sides without the typical fried potatoes/hash browns. Their coffee is great as well. Didn't expect it to be as good as it was. We even got an addition banana bread to try from the place and thought the service was impressive. The overall experience was relaxing.

Yelp
Healthy and delicious! Drop by early to get a good seat. All the sides are amazing. The perfect little update to the traditional Japanese + American breakfast. We tried the Hamburg bento with all the different sides.
