On the Grid : Inglewood Civic Center

"The Civic Center's two most distinctive buildings are its 8-story City Hall and 4-story Public Library. Completed in 1973 in the brutalist architecture style, the design set out to create an innovative, unified urban experience with vast green spaces. The elevated pedestrian walks that give access to every building also attempt to unite the civic responsibilities visually and physically. As if the stunning architecture wasn't enough, there's also plenty of great art to check out inside each building and throughout the whole center. A favorite piece of ours is the concrete mural titled "The Written Word", which is located on one of Library's walls." - Aero Collective

Made the appointment via the call center. Instructed to go to the third floor for my appointment. Waited for about 45 minutes. No nurses were available to speak, calling patients to the back and disappearing. I assumed once the next group of patients to come in they’d open up the window. Turns out we were supposed to check in in another area. I wasn’t able to “check in” until an hour after my appointment so I was obviously turned away for a vaccine I needed to survive. Absolutely THE WORST experience I ever had .

Google
Had an excellent visit, Doctor Nacorda was very attentive and caring. Professional and explained everything clearly. He was patient and kind and had a good bedside manner. He prepared me well for future successful care of my health and my medication needs.

I was greeted from the moment I walked in to this facility, as I usually am. The pharmacy tech (Yolanda) is always a delight with her bling jewelry and bling personality. The supervisor Shameka and Shavon were greeting everyone with a smile and John is always so pleasant and serves us with a smile. I don’t think I ever have a bad experience at this facility, I’m even greeted by security. It matters when we are trusting everyone with our health.

Google
I've recently been accompanying my parents to their appointments, and every time we check in, John P. has provided exceptional service. From the moment we arrive, we’re always greeted with a warm smile and feel genuinely welcomed. John P. is not only efficient but also incredibly professional, taking the time to address all of my questions and concerns with great patience. The level of service is truly outstanding! Thank you for your help and support—we truly appreciate all that you do!

I had therapy with Dr. Mazmanyan for several months after a double hip replacement. He was absolutely excellent and well experienced. I never missed an appointment. He was so caring and gave me the drive to complete each task offered. I will continue with the exercises given to me at home.

Google
Great experience. Attentive, and caring. Greatly appreciated the service and attention. Dr. Kesena Eroraha has great people skills, and made an effort to make my visit pleasant, and educational. I appreciated the explanation of my condition.

Stephanie Escobar

Google
Had the pleasure of attending Kaiser physical therapy with Kesena Eroraha, therapist that has interest in the progress of the injury , motivates you to do your best guides you in different perspectives on how to succeed in your therapy goals . Highly recommend in any type of physical therapy needed.

Yelp
I was reluctant to come to this branch following a telehealth consultation due to the ratings, but I took a chance because it was the closest option for me, and I have to say this Kaiser is probably one of the best I've been to. First of all it has a convenient parking structure like most branches. Reception was quick and efficient. I was at the front desk no more than two minutes because they ran my information and orders, and immediately directed me to the appropriate clinic. Once I checked in online, I wasn't in the waiting room for very long before I was seen by a nurse, who walked me through the testing process (I think her name was Adriana). She was very polite and engaging, and extremely patient when I struggled with the procedure. She even cracked a few jokes to make me feel comfortable. When we finished, I was given my paperwork and directed to the pharmacy. I didn't even have to check in--my prescription was ready for pick up by the time I got off the elevator. My whole visit lasted an entire thirty minutes, and the whole experience was very pleasant and efficient.

Yelp
I've have visit this location so many times but I guess I never thought to give it an updated review. I've been dealing with Kaiser for the last past five years after a small break away from them in 2010. I quit my job that offered benefits with Kaiser so I didn't start back with them until 2019. From that none year gap until now, the quality of care hasn't been the same. I've experienced being misdiagnosed by my husbands past doctor (see last review) and and OBGYN who views your complaints as jokes. I had a chance to change my medical insurance in November of 2023 but it's the doctor I have at the moment that makes me feel like there's some hope. Dr. Romias is a doctor who didn't become a doctor to get paid, to look good wearing a white coat. She's someone who I feel lives to help others. Your pain, complaints and health goals are hers. Honestly, she is the very reason I'm still with Kaiser.

Yelp
3/15 one person taking registry . 7 people in line . At pick up understaffed your name comes on screen , waiting in a long line about 12 ppl . As much as you charge Kaiser, you can do much better . A lot of people in addition sitting waiting .

Yelp
After this being my home Kaiser location for years and never having a bad experience. I will never again step into this facility. I had a check up appointment with my OBGYN. As usual, I come around 20 minutes early to check in and wait to be seen. A man and a woman in the waiting room were sitting across from me and making odd gestures towards me. I became uncomfortable and began to make a phone call to avoid the oddness. The man came up to me sat down to my left and asked if he could ask me a question. He leaned into my personal space and began to make a slew of disgusting threatening sexual comments towards my body. I was completely in shock that I would experience sexual harassment at a place where I should feel most comfortable. I immediately notified a nurse, they promptly took me into a exam room and they contacted security. As I undressed, trying to compose myself nurses and security guards were coming in and out asking me questions regarding the encounter. I explained quickly what this man said. Apparently the man caught wind that he was in trouble and he left the building. I had to call my partner because I was terrified that this man would be waiting for me in the parking lot. As he threatened me he would. How did this man get passed a security? Why was he there if he had no appointment? The security guard told me this man has caused problems before. I honestly think this was a human trafficking strategy. The fact that this happened at the OBGYN office out of all places seems very calculated. I even alerted LAPD and made a complaint because, I firmly believe this man came into the center with the intention to cause harm to a women. Horrible experience. I am now terrified to go to the OBGYN. I will never step foot in this place again. I now only visit the playa del rey location and have no problems. My partner has to escort me whenever I have to go to the OGBYN because I get the worse anxiety flare ups because of this awful encounter. I will applaud the nurses for taking care of me and protecting me when needed. I have the most respect for them and this experience confirmed it. I tell all women this story, to be aware of the dangers and unfortunately we live and exist in a world where there is no such thing as safety, and this includes the places we should feel the most safe like at the OBGYN office. Note: this all happened in October of 2022.

Yelp
I want to demand for wrong issues in my accident, doctors never see my injuries, was practican , and they cut piece of my ankle and I can't walk normal

Yelp
I wish I could have gotten the name of the person that checked me in. She was extremely rude and confrontational for no reason whatsoever. Most of the receptionists I encounter are generally nice but this lady was on one. I wish there would be a survey where we could rate our interaction when we complete our copay.

Keith A.

Yelp
One of if not the best experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. It was clean, efficient and the people could not have been nicer. Professional, thorough and highly capable. Check in was seamless and before I could sit down I was called back for my appointment. I'm not sure what the low ratings are about, that was not my experience at al. Oh and FREE PARKING!
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
I come here often to pick up prescriptions with that I have no issues. However, the couple of times that I have come here for appointments via vaccines, Checkups, dr consultations the wait is so frustrating. I wish they could improve on that.
google avatar

Gloria P.

Yelp
I decided to come to this location after having a terrible experience in the Gardena office. As a fellow service provider, I find it priority to listen and ask questions when working with individuals who need help. I came here for an appointment today and I felt so supported by every single staff I had an interaction with. LVN Ms.Brenda and Dr.H Kim from the family practice gold 1 department are just stellar. They are compassionate, responsive to my questions, and I feel that they align with the company's core values that I saw posted on a wall. I look forward to making this my medical home office.

Yelp
First time at this kaiser, recently moved to Inglewood, so an appt within my service area was available. No signs when you walk-in stating you check in on the first floor for all appts. Security is too busy on their phone not even acknowledging who walks in the door or to greet you to see if you need help. Went up to the second floor pediatrics waited until a nurse noticed me standing there and asked if I checked in on the first floor. I was late to my daughters appt thankfully doctor agreed to see us. Definitely not returning to this location even if i have to wait for an appt in our service area in Downey.

Oh G.

Yelp
I have been going to this place for my doctors appointments and for my blood work. It's very convenient, free parking and clean. They also have a pharmacy. Thanks.

Michelle H.

Yelp
Tried this one for the first time since I moved in the area. However, unlike other Kaisers I've been to, the workers are extremely rude- especially the people who work check in. Why is it that locations where people of color most frequent have the worse and angriest employees??? .

Camia M.

Yelp
Every time I come to this location I am faced with an issue. The staff here have the WORST attitudes. My last encounter was with the pharmacy, now they have RUDE lab technicians turning people away without even trying. They lost an order that was just confirmed by the GSR and doctor upstairs, attempting to send me away yet again. I was told to go through with the test and HOPE they can find the order if not it'll be thrown away... SMH. They sit in the back talking while there's a waiting room full of people with better things to do than have their time wasted by sitting in a waiting room. Patients in the waiting room began to ask if they were even taking patients back with this delay. I didn't even want to come back here but it is closest to my home and I continued to give them chances but as a Kaiser patient for over 20 years I am disappointed.

Yelp
Kaiser is by far the best health care organization in all of the US (maybe the world) and this Inglewood office lives up to that standard. I've been with Kaiser for the past 8 years and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Pathare is my Dr. and she's the best. For the most part my appointments have always been on time with very short waits. But more importantly Kaiser doesn't scrimp on diagnosing and treating us. On the contraire they are very thorough and proactive. I recently transitioned to Medicare and I could go anywhere for healthcare. But as far as I'm concerned Kaiser is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
google avatar

Kim J.

Yelp
Only go to this Kaiser if you're completely desperate. It is horrible, dirty and my appointment experience was disastrous. Maybe 20 years ago, it was better, no complaints but now ~ Go at your own risk. It's heartbreaking as it's in Inglewood and I truly believe it could be more decent.
google avatar

Heidi E.

Yelp
Kaiser how you disappoint me each time. Weather it's from your 45 minute waits even when having an appt or your rude staff you surprise me each time , and not in a good way. I've filed so many complains with you guys and nothing ever changes. One of my main problems with you guys is that you make appointments for a certain time and have the audacity to ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments just to have them wait 45 minutes (sometimes even more) on top of the 15 minutes early you asked them to be there. It's ridiculous. This isn't the only Kaiser location I have been to, I usually go to the West LA office and sometimes get my labs done at the sunset office or the south la location and I feel like I'm always having a bad experience. Even to get an appointment with your PCP you have to wait months, or to see my therapist I have to book 2 months in advance. Dafuq? Do you guys understand how stressful that is to a patient??? Seems like Kaiser doesn't know how to handle their high volume of patients. Have considered switching before and already looking into the process as for me it will be process as I have medical issues and according to my specialists I can't miss a day without the meds they prescribe me. Many people have complained to me about Kaiser but I would defend them because I thought well hey they seem to be helping me , but so far it has been nothing but complaints. Sorry Kaiser you guys need to start learning how to treat your patients better.

Yelp
I am new to Kaiser Permanente, having just switched over from Blue Shield, and so far I am VERY impressed. Yesterday, I signed up for my KP.org account and chose a primary care physician near my house at the Inglewood Medical Center. I got an appointment to see her this morning, the NEXT DAY - unheard of. A nurse also called yesterday afternoon to go through my medical history so that I wouldn't have to waste time filling out a form when I arrived for my appointment. Today, I went in for my appointment, and while most of the bad reviews here stress awful wait times, that was not my experience at all. Perhaps it was because I had a 9am appointment, before the office had a chance to get backed up, but the nurse called back from the waiting room 5 minutes EARLY, checked my vitals, and gave me a flu shot. Then, the doctor showed up 5 minutes later, talked through my issues (she was very friendly and personable - excellent bedside manner), made her diagnosis, and sent met down to the lab for some blood tests. I waited 5-10 minutes in the lab waiting room, but the actual blood draw only took another 5 minutes. Finally, I went to the pharmacy (still in the same building) to pick up the medication my PCP had ordered. I waited maybe another 5 minutes and my name was called. ALL OF THIS took...a little over an hour? Unheard of! And to top it all off, the parking is free. Free parking in Los Angeles. I'm used to going to UCLA where they charge a fortune for parking and it takes 20 minutes just to walk from your car to your clinic's reception desk where you wait another 20 minutes at least. I actually had someone at UCLA forget I was in a visitation room and they left me there for 45 minutes! This experience could not have been more different. So far, I am absolutely thrilled with Kaiser and the facility and staff at the Inglewood Medical Center!
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
I love my doc here and don't want to go anywhere else, but the pharmacy is truly slow (three windows open and 12 people in line at 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon) and the blood draw is totally disorganized, unlike Kaiser WLA (which uses numbers and you can be called before you even sit down early in the morning), but it's too far to go just for blood work. Wish they would do something (i.e., fix it) other than share my concern with administrative staff....

Oscar H.

Yelp
The nurses here are wack . Take So long to check u In and To check u out . From 2:30 to 330 unbelievable. Even tho we are going through a lot right now . Holy fuck it's crazy and scary how our health system works . SMH SMH .
google avatar

Sonya S.

Yelp
Very fast and efficient service. From check in to seeing the doctor. I actually booked a same day appointment and was seen by Dr. Aurobino and he was very nice, thorough and got to the source of the problem. I wish he was a regular family doctor.
google avatar

Yelp
Pros Free parking Friendly staff Staff directs you Quick check in on the kiosk I overheard the staff calling patients by name
google avatar

Sally M.

Yelp
Worst Kaiser or medical center I've ever been to. No parking I had to walk two blocks and the receptionist told me I'm two minutes late for walking and they can't except me I told her please to try and that's all you really need the test done today and I walk two blocks and I was trying to find parking and I'm coming from far away. They didn't show any sings of understanding. Sent me away anyway.
google avatar

Jeanine M.

Yelp
Requested a prescription 3 days prior. I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pick up. I come to pick it up the next day and apparently it's not in the system. Said it would be ready in 7-10 minutes. Had to wait 40 minutes. What's the point of having an online system when either way I had to wait.
google avatar

Luka E.

Yelp
Pharmacy is SO SLOW! Every single time I come to pick up a prescription that I have already called in, there are at least 12-15 people in line! The clerks always say they are short on staff. But they are chit chatting and joking with each other behind the counter, and not working efficiently. This is the closest pharmacy to my house, and I wish I could have a better experience, but it's always the same, every time. I hope to see an improvement and that Member Services takes these numerous complaints about this location seriously, as this has been my experience for several years. This current visit: 35 mins standing in pharmacy line. :-( Only plus side: free parking.
google avatar

Carolina S.

Yelp
Worst pharmacy to deal with..unprofessional staff..got a notification confirming medication was ready for pick up and AS ALWAYS one of the two medications was out of stock..always have the same problem with the same incompetent workers that act worse then the workers from the LA county social services..
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
This hospital is small. The service is average. Pros: When I went, parking was free. The hospital was not too crowded. Easy to find Cons: Urgent Care is by appointment only. Service is slow, despite it not being too crowded
google avatar

Helena H.

Yelp
Normally go to Santa Monica. The Inglewood location is just bad. Friendly staff, but waiting a bonus hour or two is no bueno! I was more than on time, why can't you be kaiser :( Sincerely, Now super late for work
google avatar

Maya D.

Yelp
I was born at Kaiser Cadillac and have always had the best care and service at Kaiser. I remember when I was an adolescent wait times were extensive. Going to an appt or urgent care was an all day thing. Now wait times are very low and the intake process is super efficient along with the pharmacy. The Kaiser Inglewood pharmacy has a variety of over the counter meds and products for your skin, ear, nose and throat and more. I've been without quality healthcare in my life before and I know the feeling of receiving second class care. I truly appreciate the care I receive at Kaiser Inglewood. My primary care doc Dr. Romias is the best and has a pleasant and engaging bedside manner. I leave our checkups feeling empowered and healthier. I would highly recommend this healthcare facility to my family and friends. No lie!!!! Thank you Kaiser Permanente for the upgrades and excellent care!!!!

JANET E.

Yelp
This is my regular drs office. Usually no problems. But today I made a same day appointment...it was terrible visit...with a different dr. My appointment time was 2:50pm but I wasn't even seen until 4:15, no one came out to notify me or anything. I asked the nurse she just said I'll clean the room and come get you. Waited another 15 minutes. Ended up leaving after getting my prescription it was 4:41pm. (2hours) Plain and simple bad customer service. Really disappointing

Yelp
I would like to start by saying that I have been a Kaiser member since I was a child and I'm going on 25 now. I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and today was my first official prenatal appointment. I was beyond excited upon arrival, but that all changed once I got there. I went to the Inglewood location and it was honestly the most unprofessional visit I have ever experienced as a Kaiser member. The first incident that disgruntled me was being told that my fiancé couldn't come into my appointment with me to see the ultrasound and hear the heartbeat due to a change in operations as a result of co-vid 19. However, I was sent an email that said me and ONE other person were allowed to be in the room and was never notified of any changes. I tried explaining that to the receptionists but instead of them listening, they tried to argue with me. We were both hurt and annoyed but I let it go and went to my appointment on the third floor. Once I got there, I was not greeted at all for at least 10 mins and I just stood right at the front desk. When I was finally acknowledged, one of the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I told her I did and then she went on to ask why they didn't give me a mask downstairs. I went on to tell her that I had asked for a mask upon entry and they told me they didn't have one. That is when I heard an LVN by the name of "Shontae Michelle Reaves" at the Inglewood location say "she's lying" referring to me lying about asking for a mask downstairs. I honestly don't think she heard me, but that was very unprofessional of her and should have never been said. When the receptionist and LVN Reaves finally called downstairs, they were told that they didn't have mask as I had said. I'm not sure why they think I'd lie about something like that considering the severity of this pandemic, but the LVN Shontae had a terrible attitude the entire time I interacted with her and that was not ok. I started to say something about the comment she had made, but I figured I'd handle it the right way and file a complaint both verbally and on here because I'm deeply offended. She was not welcoming. She did not speak much or ask how I was doing. She was very rude and callous toward me and I hope to never see her again in any upcoming appointments of mine. I feel as though not everyone has the heart or compassion to be a nurse and she is one of them. I will be calling tomorrow on her because I am really beyond disgusted with her services. A patient should never come into hostility and feel as though they are a burden to a person who has chosen a profession where compassion is necessary. The LVN Shontae Reaves and nurses with her attitude are one of the many reasons why I avoid coming to the inglewood location and I will keep it that way. As for my actual Dr. Veronica Jazmin Grijalva, I appreciate her kindness. She was very informative on ways to stay healthy for both me and my baby and just overall friendly. I can't wait for my next appointment with her.

Yelp
Great customer services from the moment you check in everyone was helpful. Kudos to Dr. Gray and nursing team for excellent bedside manner and providing extended clarification to improve health and wellness.

Yelp
Worst place ever! Slow and rude!!! The only reason I come is because I LOVE and adore Dr Shah. The lines on the first floor are ALWAYS long! The kiosk is ALWAYS down.

Cass E.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! It was terrible! From the check in process to the rooming and even the provider! I work in the healthcare industry so I pay attention to these kind of things! Check in ladies were not friendly at all, one lady kept putting her hand on one of the patients face while he was trying to talk (He didn't speak English very well) and that made me very upset!!! The other lady who checked us in looked mad to be at work, didn't even greet us NOTHING! The LVN that roomed us was the same, she looked miserable to be working. My child was sick and she didn't ask any questions like they Usually do, seemed like she was bothered that we were in the office. The provider kept talking to us like we didn't understand a word that was coming out of her mouth! She kept repeating herself over and over and then later asked again if we understood because "she didn't want to get a call from us later in the day with questions" whaaaaaat??? Who says that?? Terrible! Terrible customer care. Never again going to this Kaiser location!!!!!

Yelp
There are many convenient features about this Kaiser. Very close to my home and free parking! However, the wait times are horrible. I've accompanied my wife to each one of her 5 (or 6, I'm unsure at the moment). Each time we have had to wait significantly longer than our schedule appointment time. Today in particular has been the longest. As I write this (at 12:30p), I am still sitting in the office although our appointment time was 10:30a. In addition, during each appointment we have been instructed to wait inside the office in and a nurse would come and schedule the next appointment. Each time, the nurse has never returned to the room. We usually leave on our own and call later to schedule. That being said, there are some staff who seem genuinely kind and that is very appreciated.

Victoria N.

Yelp
Refilled my prescription online (Monday) got a notification that I can pick up my prescription anytime after Wednesday after 3pm. I read the reviews and was hesitant but thought "it can't be that bad!" I double checked today (Thursday) and it said my prescription was ready. I gave the pharmacy tech my information and he was taking a while. He finally tells me "I see that your prescription was filled but I can't find it and it wasn't logged in correctly as to where it was stored" wait what!!!!! He refilled my new prescription and it took another 5 minutes. I used to go to the kaiser in Long Beach and Norwalk and this has never happened before. the pharmacy tech was nice but this is not okay. Clearly there is a disparity with how patients/PEOPLE are treated in this area and more attention and care should be taken when handling patients medication. I don't plan on coming back any time soon

Michelle A.

Yelp
Been sitting in the doctor's room waiting for my doctor for 50 minutes and counting even though I had a 1:50p appt. It's now 2:40p. All these poor reviews say the exact same thing. Respect patients time or we find another provider.
google avatar

Lakeyshia G.

Yelp
All I needed to do was leave a sample at the lab. I waited 30 minutes just to leave a sample at the lab!!! Unacceptable!

Taylor S.

Yelp
The nurse took my ear temperature and forgot to switch the clear plastic that should be switched after every person. She switched it out once she realized her mistake! Asked if I had a cough and I said yes, however, didn't give me a mask in case I cough. Worst kaiser I've been too, and I was only there to get my prescription! They don't follow 6ft apart when you go into the building!
google avatar

Liz N.

Yelp
Can never get in to see actual Dr maybe out of the whole 2 years I had Kaiser seen the Dr 3 times really disappointed. Every single time I called they want to schedule me or my kids a month ahead NO WE ARE SICK NOW total fail. Wish it can change all I get is calls from Dr which are no help at all they say is go to ER really what exactly I'm I paying for makes me wonder ridiculous!!! Top it off if by any change get medication called in pharmacy doesn't bother to place a courtesy call and say medication won't be in 3 days from now. If I could give zero stars I would. Even free clinics have better communication!!
google avatar

Michelle J.

Yelp
I was on time for my 2:10 appointment. It is 3:20 and I still haven't seen the doctor. If I hadn't already paid the $65 copay I would leave. It's nice of them to provide free WiFi but at this rate I'm going to be needing a battery charger!
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
This is the worst kaiser I have ever visited. The staff there have no empathy for their patients. I took my mom for her appointment and when she was signing in my mom told the receptionist "I am here for my appointment" and the receptionist told her "obviously" what kind of response is that? Who says that to someone? They are so unprofessional, impatient, and heartless.

Yelp
I came for a check up on 12/2015; had to use the insurance before my employer cut it off due to lay off. I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment within the week vs my current insurance my appointment is 2 months out. Literally walked in; paid my copay; I was on my way up to the 3rd floor to see the doctor. As I was walking in Yesenia the nurse called me; literally when I was walking into the waiting room. She took her time with me asked me some questions; took my blood pressure; offered me to get some shots at no extra cost. She was very sweet and patient with me with made me feel at ease. Within minutes the doctor walked and went to the regular procedure. After he went over about my symptoms he did suggested me to get a tetanus shot that I was over due but it was optional. Finally I did decided to get it in which Yesenia did a great job on giving me the tetanus shot. After seen the doctor I was instructed to get some lab work done due to the program guidelines. The gentleman who took my blood was patient and helped me relax. During the process he even decided to strike up a conversation with me made the process painless and fast. The most wonderful part was that my lab results were sent to my app within 3 days.

Yelp
Omg this is the worst Kaiser I've been to ever. I checked in at 10:15 with a 10:30 appointment. It's now 11:16 and I just got called in the room. Keep in mind that no one is in the waiting room except us! Omg never again. Place is clean but the waiting time is unacceptable!

Yelp
Where do I start...I want to begin by saying that I've been a Kaiser member for 3+ years. Initially when I first started with Kaiser I was disappointment with the level of customer service. Having been to different Kaiser facilities, I have noticed a pattern. The staff at this particular facility are not the most friendliest, at least that has been my experience so far. As a former medi-cal recipient, I can say that county medical hospitals and clinics have better customer service. People always assume that county facilities aren't good, but I've received better service from them than Kaiser. Most recently, I've requested multiple appointments with my primary doctor at Inglewood, and I have yet to be seen by her. Mind you its been over a year! I repeatedly reached out to her office to request help and her staff have been unhelpful and told me to call customer service because they have no appointments available. So when I finally call customer service, the rep on the phone could careless about my situation and hmmm and sighed the whole time. Worst part is that they couldn't even find me a doctor to do a tele-appointment?! Not only that, the rep the on the phone said they sent a message to my doctors office and assured me that someone from the office would give me call back and guess what? They have yet to call or email or write a letter. I keep thinking that I am being pranked, but sadly that is not the case. So I guess I'm just never gonna get seen by a doctor unless I go to urgent care or the emergency room. On the bright side, my gyno is great and she's professional and kind and responsive! I know this is a corporation, but don't make your customers feel like a number and a burden.

Yelp
Parking wasn't to bad. Check in at reception wasn't either. However, when we arrived at pediatrics to sit there was literally no one in site. Our appt was a 10:15 and was not called in till 10:40 am. Between then I called for a nurse, who at the time was pleasantly nice. But when she seen what I'm assuming the time our appointments were at, she then gave attitude and said "Oh, your doctor is Dr.Chapin and all her rooms are full" I said oh ok. Shortly after that we were then called at 10:40 am. Keep in mind we had 2 appt one at 10:15 and one at 10:30 am. It is now 11:09 am and we still have not been seen. I stepped out to locate the nurse and again there was no one to be found. Finally while roaming around in search for people I finally came across her nurse. I asked does she know how much longer it will be since our appointments started at 10:15 am. She said sorry I don't. I said do you think I can get a round about so I know how to go about making my other appointments. She said no the wait is up to you. I said is there another doctor we can see and she said no. At this point I'm like we left one facility due to the doctor always running late and now we have to deal with this.

Yelp
Terrible service in pharmacy as well as the lab. There are long lines. Verna in the lab is horrible. She needs customer service training. Bathrooms in the lab don't flush and when it was brought to the attention of the lab clerk no response
