Kakum National Park

Breathtaking views from the canopy walk. The famous canopy walk was finally conquered with only one hand while the other hand took pictures and videos of the beautiful surroundings. I had so much fun with other tourists as well. Great memories.🥰

There’s a gate fee and also fee for the activities you want to do. The canopy walk was exhilarating and scary at the same time. I won’t advise if you’re acrophobic. (Scared of heights).

It was fun. It was an unplanned trip, with heavy clouds that could pour any moment, but I still made it. I remember the tour guide telling me a lot of people stopped at the 2nd level. I made it to the 7th level. The adrenaline rush after the canopy walk is enough motivation to take on any difficult moments life's throws at me. I'd do it again, but this time, I will spend the night in the tree house. Reception was excellent.

Experience of a lifetime, it's good to explore and overcome some of your fears. I highly recommend you to try, rich vegetation with a dense rainforest

If you love nature, then it’s the place to be. The hike, canopy, nature walk are some of the great adventures to experience. If you go there during the rainy season, be careful during the hike as the ground will be slippery. Also I hope they stop taking that entrance fees and just charge the activity fee. It’s annoying.

This nature reserve houses multiple birds. Reptiles, and mammals, The leopards, mountain elephants, and many othets. The animals do not come into the area of the parks where people are during the day. The main draw here is the canyon bridges with 6 bridges for the fearless and 2 bridges for the less brave The excellent knowledgabke guide pointed out many tree and flora species of the forest The park offers a basic restaurant with covered outdoor seating, clean toilets, walking paths, and gift shops . The venue is not wheelchair accessible chair accessible due to The climbing nature

The canopy-walk is a great experience. There is an entrance fee: Ghana citizens pay Gh15 and Foreign nationals pay Gh20. There is also a fee to on the canopy-walk: Ghanaians pay Gh40 and other nationals pay Gh130. They have a restaurant at the park making some good meals.

Such a fun experience! Loved seeing the forest from above and crossing the bridges was exciting. Out tour guide Richard did a great job of teaching us about the plants and helping the more nervous ones across the bridge.
