Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Wisconsin Dells

Fantastic resort! Very clean! There is tons to do for all ages. We had a bit of an issue with our room but they immediately fixed it and made things right. The staff here is great! I arrived in the evening and parking was scarce but I suppose that is to be expected on the weekends. The water park has many lifeguards who keep a close eye on everything. They also have an EMT on staff. Very safe feel. Lots and lots food options! You can literally escape the cold WI weather while here. Everything is connected so you never have to go outside. It's Jan and I'm wearing shorts🥳.

Did not stay here due to our timeshare but had a great day visiting. Got to go bowling, are throwing, go carts and of course hit the water park! Great swim up bar by the adult hot tub too. Also at dinner at the Double cut steak restaurant and it was fabulous!

Amazing place! Maintenance is excellent. Only the indoor water park could use a few more rides, and the breakfast hours are too strict. Breakfast buffet is only on the weekends, bummer. The arcades are not open 24 hours like the wolf lodge.

We recently visited Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, and it was an incredible experience! The indoor water park was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and filled with exciting slides and attractions. Everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated the excellent service from the staff. Beyond the water park, the indoor amusement park was a huge bonus! The kids had an absolute blast, and there was plenty to do for all ages. From start to finish, our trip was filled with fun and great memories. We highly recommend Kalahari for anyone looking for a fun, clean, and family-friendly getaway!

Kalahari resorts and facilities are stunning! We were part of an event at their convention center and their staff and associates were helpful, informative, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The indoor waterpark was phenomenal! The food was fairly expensive, but everything tasted good and seemed to be higher quality. I wish we would have planned for a little longer of a stay!

First the Good:|The water slides are very fun; at least as good as Wilderness. The facility is very well maintained, comfortable interesting and humungous. The room was comfortable and spotless. Every person we dealt with was polite and friendly. The lifeguards were competent and alert and I saw them diplomatically dealing with some difficult patrons. The EV charger works. The technology (check in/out & wristbands) is smooth and impressive.||The Bad:|Hotel rooms are in one of 3 connected buildings. Close, medium and far. I booked in 'medium'. We were changed to the far away building without my knowledge or consent. The online booking does not show what we originally booked, but luckily I had printout. The front desk told us that it was an 'upgrade' to stay in the further away room because that it was nicer and had had a fold out bed/couch. The room I booked was plenty nice, and I had no need for a third bed. The 'upgrade' was not a more expensive room. The moral of the story is print out your reservation and watch out for fake upgrades that require you to walk much further. Removing a star for this.||Strike 2.|At 12:45 the room's heat turned on and it was loud enough to wake the neighboring rooms. We called and a nice man showed up and turned it off. They offered to bring us a space heater, or move us to another room. As it was the middle of the night, we chose the space heater. It took an hour and a second phone call to get the space heater. But we could not get it to do anything other then beep and flash lights. When we woke up next morning to a cold room we were able to figure out the space heaters broken button and make it work. Removing another star.||Strike 3.|The Front Desk promised us free tickets to their 'Tom Foolelry' attraction and a free upgrade to the close building on our next stay. They took our mailing address and told us that they would send something. 20 days have passed now and nothing arrived. Removing another star for making promises and not keeping them. ||Overall the stay was still fun, The problems I had are probably uncommon, but they were handled poorly. I'd stay here again, but I'll make sure I bring a printout of my booking to ward off bait-&-switches, and I'll make sure the room heater works before I put the kids to bed.

Our family recently stayed at the Kalahari Resort & Water Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was perfect. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the incredible water park! With thrilling slides, a lazy river, and a fantastic splash zone for kids, there was something for everyone. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and supervised by attentive lifeguards, which gave us peace of mind. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a great view of the water park. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious meals to suit all tastes. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—from the complimentary towels at the water park to the small touches like poolside service and evening entertainment. It’s clear this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an amazing time. I can’t recommend Kalahari Resort enough for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

i came here for my birthday and i absolutely loved it! we stayed in black bear condo.. very nice and perfect. i got an 80 min massage at the spa and it was amazing! the service when we got there 10/10! everything was amazing about this place!!! we cant wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor part. also, good pool drinks… awesome water slides and loved the hot tub!!! cant wait to come back!
