We stayed here recently. The place is comfy and the rooms are quite spacious. That said, there was quite a bit of sand inside the house and heaps of mozzies around. We stayed in Unit 8 and one of the mosquito nets in the bedroom has a tear at the bottom, so they get in easily. The lighting inside is a bit dark – definitely could do with an upgrade. A bigger TV would also be great – even a decent second-hand 40" wouldn’t cost much these days. The kitchen was good overall, but the utensils could be a bit better. Towels could smell a bit fresher too. The barbecue area was a real highlight though – proper good quality one! Not sure I’d stay again... It’s alright if you’re after something cheap, but personally, I’d look elsewhere next time.

Stayed in villa 3. lovely clean and homely, close to everything. didn't need to bring anything but clothes and food had plenty of space and the little touches with games etc was wonderful, great BBQ area at one end of the complex and pool at the other, beautiful Bali style hut to sit under. Only thing l would say was missing was a list of places to eat and small map of Kalbarri and what to do.

The buildings are not new but well maintained , clean, well equipped kitchen, modern appliances and air conditioning, very comfortable beds, lounge and dining furniture. The surrounding gardens are lush and full of birds. It was so lovely sitting on the shaded balcony every morning to have my breakfast and listen to the birdsong.I loved every minute of my week long holiday and Honor was so very accommodating and professional. I will definitely return. The Villas are situated minutes from the beach and shops. Truly great value.

Last week June 21-24 , 2023 we reserved this property. Don’t be fooled by the images. This is an unsecured unsafe, rooms electricals are hazardous this could be detrimental. Toilets leaking, no exhaust fans in the wash room. Extremely old stuff, electrical switches, wall plug points are not to modern standards. Fairly smelly place. You can’t walk in the room even do “anything” extremely noisy. Door lock not safe. Cooking facilities fairly good. Utensils good. Kitchen window curtains none. No proper power extensions. Air conditioner’s dust, if used the dusts could clog your lungs.I will not recommend this place to anyone unless it is certified.

I would say overall one of the best places to stay in kalbari. Has parking at the front and back of the property. Harry was very effective when it comes to communication. The house was recently renovated and very clean and tidy. Bathroom toilets are very clean and modern. Has a massive 75" Smart TV with free WiFi connection. Fantastic garden view balcony individual Aircon for each room. Can 6 people accommodate comfortably. The kitchen has an induction cooker/oven/microwave/ coffee machine. Walking distance to IGA and Beach . Perfect place to stay. Would recommend to everyone w

Great location. Extremely basic. Veggie remains in the kitchen. Food packets in the 2nd bedroom. Not all the lights worked. No blind on the kitchen window, this window has the main walkway to all apartments and pool. It is also your walkway from the bathroom to upstairs! Family's with children there is rat bait under the kitchen sink with no safety lock on the door or message to warn you they are using it.

The buildings though not new Are well maintained and extremely comfortable. Lovely garden surrounding with lots of birds. Cool seabreeze and handy minutes walk to beach and shops. Access to pool a bonus. The Villas have a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and the large tv is fabulous. I had the most relaxing week and most thankful to Honor for her kindness, patience and professionalism. Value for money

Sad to see the same complaints from two years ago still haven't been addressed. Half the lights in our villa don't work, or work intermittently, or are hanging out of the wall. The old evaporative air conditioners are barely hanging in the wall, one of them was literally held together with silver duct tape. There is a new r/c air con in the master room but we didn't need it because the place is so draughty with the un-sealable louvre windows, which also meant we could hear the conversations of our neighbours three houses up the road at 1am. There's holes in the paper thin walls from door handles, and the upstairs floor is so noisy you can hear people in the neighbouring villa's just walking around. The garden was in such a state that the man staying in the villa next to us decided to do the weeding and run the retic. He then had to call the real estate and complain just to get someone to take the rubbish away because the waste area out the back was overflowing. Parking is at the rear but our unit key only opened the front door, a total pain when you need to unload small children and gear and have to hike it all around to the front. The beds were clean but the dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans were dirty. We had to wash everything before we could use it. There is no soap provided, even just for washing hands. And there was a distinct aroma of cat urine by the window in the second bedroom. ||Free laundry was a huge bonus. Safety gate for the stairs was good for our small children. Linen was clean. Bathroom clean but dated. Didn't use the pool. Nicole the now ex-manager was lovely and helped where she could, but as each unit is now individually managed by either a real estate agent or the Visitor's center there is a lot of confusion and difficulty in getting maintenance issues sorted. It was cheap, and reasonably clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.
