Fantastic neighbourhood Korean food, served family style. Make sure to get the sticky chicken, the pancake, the beef noods!

Tassie is a delight

Not as authentic as Korea but I guess it's good enough if you miss Korean food. No banchan like any real Korean restaurant. Fried chicken was good. Seafood pancake was starchy.

My favorite korean food in town, they always hit, never miss! The restaurant’s vibe makes you feel like you’re really in Korea; all fun and comfy. Service is amazing, so attentive, friendly and on point. The food quality is 💯 for both taste and appearance. They do weekly specials now, which is something I always look forward to try! 😂🥳🎉 P.S : I recommend getting either Cass or Soju to have with your meal. You’re welcome. 😂🍻

We ordered the kimchi fried rice, japchae and spicy pork hot plate. As Sydneysiders, really impressed at the quality of Korean food here. Great service and a good vibe!

We both had chicken bibimbap and Korean beer and shared the pa jeon (Korean pancake) - all really tasty, pancake could've been thinner/crispier but bibimbap was perfect (added the sauce after the photo). Service was good. I'll definitely be back

First of all, I did not expect it to be this busy! Me and my partner did a walk-in and were asked to wait half an hour. It was very busy and there were 2 workers serving, so it was understandable why we were told to wait outside in the cold for a bit before they came to tell us how long we needed to wait. The food, on the other hand, was perfect for a cold winter night. We ordered the stew with rice, seafood pancake, chicken & the special chicken katsu(?). The chicken katsu (?) was a very thin piece of chicken covered with a lot of bread to make it crispy. Barely tasted like chicken, which was not that good. The stew was great, very flavourful, and suited the rice great. There were plenty of clams, tofu, and meat in the stew. It was very filling. The pancakes were crispy and very delicious, too, while the chicken were half good and half mediocre. The original chicken was very good while the very spicy just tasted like red pepper paste. Overall, it was delicious food, but some were not up to par. Would definitely go again to enjoy the stew on a cold night and would definitely book beforehand.

They’re so incredibly lovely here!!! The food seems a bit overpriced a first glance but the serving sizes are often enough for two!! They’re also incredibly quick with food- I’ve come in multiple times like 20 minutes before a movie showing and left with ten minutes to spare My recommendation is the kimchi fried rice, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Possibly my favourite food of all time?

Excellent Korean place on Elizabeth Street, consistently serving up great food. My first stop whenever I’m in Hobart. Not a huge place, so it’s often best to make a reservation.

Yelp
This is my second time ordering takeaway through Iner Eats from Kalbi. They are fast and efficient. The food is well packaged and delicious. I highly recommend the boneless fired chicken. I've had the honey soy, but the sweet and spicy is my favorite.
