Honestly, my fav coffee shop in Ireland. And I’ve been to many ☕️ Staff is the sweetest, the coffee shop is cozy and you’ll find delish baked goods. And most important: coffee is to die for!

Flat white and latte were both delicious, but the real highlight of Kali is the congenial atmosphere that arises between the staff and patrons. Recommendations for other establishments (including other cafés) were shared by guests and the baristas themselves, with a healthy dose of banter included. I felt compelled to purchase a T-shirt, after which I was jokingly invited to hop over the counter and start pulling espresso shots.

I admittedly don't leave many reviews but there are certain experiences that warrant a bit of extra expression in writing. Being greeted with warm, genuine smiles can mean a lot to somebody. Especially on an otherwise tough day when you don't realise that it was all you needed. I sank into the world's comfiest beanbag in the idyllic surroundings of a beautiful garden and the cappuccino was so delicious that another one was soon calling. The "little" details don't go unnoticed either - the complimentary sunscreen, the glass of water on the side and the bowl of water for our 4-legged friends are just some of the gestures that give Kali that extra touch of care. Having an average rating of 5.0 after 4 years and hundreds of reviews is something that I've never seen before, but somehow it's still not even surprising. I left Kali with renewed hope for the future of Galway, and with a good feeling that this is a business that's built to last. Cheers to you both, and best wishes going forward!

My fiancée and I travel a lot, and with that comes the opportunity to try a lot of amazing coffee shops. I am not joking when I say that the coffee here is easily one of the best I’ve had in the world. The owners are also super friendly and knowledgeable. Absolute 10/10.

Stopped by Caffee Bali while in Galway and it did not disappoint. The coffee was absolutely spot on—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it even better. Definitely one of the best coffee spots in town

the best coffee shop in galway, the courtyard is so cute and perfect for some book reading… close to the beach as well

Cutest café in Galway, always have the best oat flat white. Super friendly staff and can always rely on them for the freshest beans for at home brewing!

As Scandinavians, we love our cinnamon rolls. And we get frequently disappointed when we encounter buns that are too big / sweet / small / sticky / dry / fancy. Give us a cinnamon roll that is soft and fragrant with hints of cardamom, delicately glazed and still warm from the oven. Which is exactly what we got at Kali. We passed by the coffee shop in the morning and were drawn in by the box of fresh buns waiting behind the counter. The front and interior is really inviting too. And the staff were so kind and friendly, it really gave us a great start to the day. Coffee is, of course, fantastic. We'll be back next time we visit Galway.
