Great hotel, terrible neighbors. Right across the street you’ll find a bar who likes to organize outdoor karaoke-events. They’re allowed to keep on till 02:00. Would not recommend staying here if you value a good nights sleep. Unfortunate, because the hotel itself is great.

Good location within walking distance to a lot of places. Rooms are functional. Staff was very helpful. However the aircon was not very effective, and neither was the ventilation in the bathroom, so the room gets bit stuffy.

I don't know how this hotel has a 3* rating. It's more like a hostel. The location, near the ferry port and train station, walking distance to the old town, etc, is its redeeming feature.|In mid August, our room's air-conditioning didn't work, the ceiling fan was incredibly noisy, and the shower created a flood however careful we were. We asked to change room, which took some persuasion to make that happen. The next morning I heard another guest complain about flooding, we weren't alone. The rooms, fairly clean and spartan, have little storage space. There are kettles but no fridges. They held some perishables in the kitchen fridge for us. |The breakfast is pretty basic, medium to low quality ingredients. On our last morning, we had to leave early and were told by reception we wouldn't be able to have the breakfast for which we'd prepaid. As it was, the nightporter opened up at 6am, and we were able to grab a coffee and a yoghurt on the fly, not before checking we were on the list! |The lack of lounge or sitting area makes it feel like a dormitory rather than a hotel. Avoid unless you have an early departure from the ferry port.

Well situated. The room is nice and quiet. The parking is a little bit expensive at 20 euro.

The only reason I didn't give five stars was the breakfast. It was just ok. However the reception staff were brilliant and could not have been more helpful. The room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and comfortable and location was great. All the staff I interacted with, from the reception team to the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and reception was very poor in my room (I was on the first floor). But overall if I came back to Ajaccio I most likely would stay here again.

Everything was excellent. A beautiful and historic building made on 1864 with stone arches inside the building. Rooms have every facility that you need. Good breakfast service and very helpful and sympathetic staff. Very good location with lots of local restaurants and bars. If you come with a car don't forget to make reservation because they have place for 5 cars.
