We had an absolutely sensational holiday at Kalypso Hotel. I would like to thank George and his family for making our stay so amazing. We were a big group celebrating my 60th birthday. All the staff went out of their way to make the night an absolute dream. Nothing was too much for them and to top off the celebrations they put on a fireworks display on the beach. It was so beautiful. In fact the staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout our entire stay. The hotel is in such a great location, next to the beach. It was so lovely having breakfast or an evening drink under the olive trees next to the water. We had a room with a balcony facing the beach with a gorgeous view. Only a ten minute stroll and you are in the heart of Naoussa with all the bars, beautiful shops and restaurants .

Great place to stay. The views are incredible, staff is very friendly and flexible with holding your bags, and with whatever else they can be. Georgios was very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast is included and it’s very tasty. Room I stayed had stunning views and a jacuzzi in the balcony.

We had an exceptional 10 night stay at Kalypso Hotel! The location is perfect just a 5minute walk from the center, yet peaceful and right by the sea. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and our room had a breathtaking view. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. A special thank you to George, the perfect host, and to the entire team at the reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Villa Angelika with our family of 6, and it was a great experience. The rooms were comfortable with A/C and fans, the kitchen provided all we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. It was walkable to Naoussa, the beach at the hotel was nice. We had a washing machine in our villa, which was helpful and a great surprise, as it wasn't in the room description.

I stayed 4 days in the mid May and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are poorly decorated, the menus don't have much variety for vegans, the doors are old and the keys are sometimes not working properly, the hotel itself is very loud, the toilet of the room was very dirty especially the glass of the shower and worse of all you are drinking your cocktail and the host is yelling at the employees infront of customers. Poor management over all. Only the view and customer service was good

Wonderful hotel run by the same owner for 35 years. Very clean. Lovely location (8-10min walk to centre, better to go through the small streets towards the water than main road though) I enjoyed lying on the loungers by the sea the most.

Not a Hotel – Unsafe, Misleading, and Unprofessional||This place is more like a basic bed and breakfast — definitely not a proper hotel — and the customer service was awful. We had no electricity or air conditioning the entire first night, and no staff were available between 11 PM and 8 AM to assist us. We had to sleep with all the windows open in the heat, and woke up covered in mosquito bites.||||The next morning, when I spoke with the manager, he was aggressive and refused to take any responsibility. He offered no compensation and made me feel completely unsafe, so I left at my own expense just to protect myself.||||Worse, after returning home, I had to check into the ER and was told I’d been bitten by a venomous insect — likely a spider or bee. My arm was swollen and infected, and I’m still recovering.||||This place is nothing like what they advertise online.

All in all good experience. Nice rooms and staff. Mainly the negative is breakfast, and that’s for two reasons: 1) general quality of breakfast food is quite poor and not too many things to choose from. E.g. the yoghurt and honey + additions were not of high quality. 2) during our 4 day visit, they started to remove the breakfast at ~10.50 instead of the announced 11.00. Also the breakfast supply was quite limited from after 10.30 (e.g missing basic stuff such as tomatoes and cucumber) Otherwise really nice staff and excellent location
