Kamakiri Coffee Takasago

Cute and unique coffee shop located right off of the Main Street. Everything inside is so clean and well designed that it a must visit for those that want a nice coffee experience. Plus, the scones are super delicious and pairs well with any drink on the menu.

A quiet place in the center of Yakuin. From outside it doesnt stand out so much but when inside. The view is awesome. You can feel that the outside is busy and inside you have this slow cozy feel. The coffee is good. You can choose from a variety of coffee beans. You could ask for a recommendation if you have trouble choosing one. The tuna melt is good but with that price I expect at least 3 slices of toast. Unfortunately there is no wifi. Lots of power outlets(コンセント) though. When I go to Yakuin and want to relax, Maybe I will come here again.

Favorited the moment I tasted the coffee. Excellent coffee, amazingly relaxing seating area and welcoming staff. Finally a place where one can buy a good cup of coffee and relax in a comfortable sofa or maybe even bring a laptop and get some serious work done. Highly recommended. Edit: The coffee is consistently delicious so I've bumped the rating up to 5 stars. This place is undoubtedly one of my top 3 Cafe's in Fukuoka city.

Sparkling clean, friendly, knowledgeable service and tasty coffee! Though Kamakiri Coffee is self-contained and compact it takes advantage of its space, nested adjacent to the open, comfortable lobby of the Toeie hotel whose comfortable sofas and connected workspace are made available to Kamakiri customers. After returning to Fukuoka since writing my first review I can attest to the am insistent quality and careful attention of the staff. Ms. Suzuka, in particular, has always stood out for the quality of her recommendations and her friendliness. And today I was delighted to reacquaint myself with Rei-chan, whose warmth and enthusiasm always cheers me up when I visit. Both of these young ladies are the kind of staff that any business serving the public should be seeking to attract. If I were running a business in Fukuoka I’d hire either one of them immediately.

A very good coffee shop with lots of choices of different coffee beans from different countries ! Reasonably priced for a good cup of coffee ! Worth for a try .

The coffee was very rich and you don’t really taste the acidity and bitterness in the coffee which was very nice! The customer service was spot on, and the interior very classy! The apple pie with ice cream topping was one of the best I ever had! Love the e-commerce coffee pack which you can buy easily from the website! Thanks you!
