Kamala Resotel

Great hotel, bed was comfortable and comes with well spaced balcony or porch. The place was nicely designed for romantic getaway for couples. The pool jacuzzi on rooftop was nice and atmosphere and view was great and there was a place to take pictures. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices from eggs, protein bacon and sausage, waffles and pancakes and fruit and noodles - one of the best ever. The beach is within 400m walk away and the Smile Bar has a fire show during weekends. The price here was not ripping you off and hospitality was superb. A+++

We had a wonderful stay at Kamala Resotel! The rooms were stunning and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool with mountain views is absolutely to die for. The staff were incredibly kind, especially when my partner was unwell — a special shoutout to Lee at the front desk, who was simply brilliant. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is good, the area is so chill and familiar, only few minutes by walk to the beach (which is really nice) with a lot of restaurants, bares, shops around. Pool on the 5th floor is nice, same as pictures and good ambience. Breakfast is also located on the 5th floor, where the pool area is. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very basic, and some items didn’t seem fresh. The yogurt was not cold and didn’t taste good — it should be kept chilled during breakfast hours. The milk was also left out of the cold. When I asked the staff if it was possible to have fresh (cold) yogurt, the lady simply said no. The room was cozy and clean, however, we didn’t like the bathroom setup — it’s too close to the bed and doesn’t feel private or well-separated from the rest of the room. Also, there was a problem with the electricity during our stay, and no one informed us about what was happening or how long it would take to fix it. A simple update would have made us feel more informed and cared Thank you & enjoy Kalama!!

This hotel is great! The breakfast is good, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the location is great - very near to lots and the beach is beautiful, just a 5 minute walk away. The rooftop pool is also beautiful and was not very crowded while I was there. The only thing I did not love is that the toilet is basically in the shower - they share a space. This is a little weird, but otherwise the room is very clean and comfortable.

A great hotel. The room was good, nice view, daily cleaning and towel change. Super friendly staff, the best hotel breakfast I had while in Thailand (stayed at 4 different places). I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and eating take away on the roof during sundown. The location is perfect, close to everything. They even have a lounge with AC that you can stay in after check out. Would absolutely stay again!

Overall plesant stay. My room was rather noisy since its right next to the road, luckily I bought ear plugs. The room is clean and spacious, location is great with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simple.

Just completed a 7 night stay at the Kamala Beach Resotel in Phuket and cannot recommend it highly enough. Located 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants this cosy hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool is great and the buffet breakfast more than adequate to set you up for the day. The large, open and spacious rooms are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished, although the lack of wardrobe space could be an irritation. You also need to be a contortionist to access the safe, but I suppose nowhere is perfect! However this is more than compensated for by one of the most comfortable bed I've slept in on my travels. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the friendly staff are extremely helpful. Kamala beach is one of the quieter resorts on the island but not far from the craziness of Patong and a 600 baht taxi ride from the old town of Phuket. Excellent value for money.

Wow, I was really surprised, very nice hotel, clean room, have enough space, interesting design and really comfortable and good quality furniture ☺️ Balcony with nice view and cute table with chairs ✨ And amazing swimming pool on the rooftop, I love it!🤩 location is also good, not far from the beach and on the main road 😌 Will be happy to stay there again
