"Some of the best and most accessible beaches on Maui are found at Kama’ole Beach Park. There are three stretches of sand — Kama’ole I, II, and III. Head to Kama’ole I, which has an accessible water fountain, shower, and beach chairs, and Kama’ole II, which has a ramp to the sand and ADA parking and pathways." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Loved this beach, easily found parking and very accessible. In the morning, the sand and water were perfect for us and our 3 year old. Wind picks up making the water rougher in the afternoon. There is a shower and washroom by the parking lot.

This beach was GREAT!!!! not too busy, easy to get too, soft sand and clear water. No chairs or umbrella so bring your own but they do have a life guard. There is a store you can pick up some food from RIGHT across the street and shaved ice. You can also get floating toys$5-10 and snorkeling gear for $15 at the store. There are bathrooms (no soap) and a outdoor shower to clean up on.

Easy access for that morning walk with coffee on one hand and POG bread on another. Snorkeling and swimming is good in the mornings before it gets too windy in the afternoons, and make sure to come back for that epic sunset in the evening.

Great beach close to shops and easy access. There's a washed up sailboat right now which gives a nice separation to two sides of the beach. Very sandy and great for kids, depending on the day can be hit and miss for snorkeling though because of silt.

Feel like many people don’t travel enough to give this a 5.0. Parking is ok not great. Price is awesome. There’s lifeguards. Waves are relentless a ton of quick choppy waves ala jersey shore style. Not very relaxing. Water isn’t that clear due to the sand being kicked up at the waves that are coming every 3 seconds. There’s better beaches in other parts of Maui and especially on other islands in Hawaii.

Great spot to grab some Grindz from Hawaiian Moons and enjoy at a picnic table or bench overlooking the surf and sand. Two oaks perfect for hammock! Soft Sandy beach down below, soft grassy area above. Lots of sups and kayakers in the water offshore.

a very quiet beach with extremely soft sand, beautiful sunrises, and warm water in the mornings. this was our favourite beach of all the ones we went to in maui.

Pleasant beach, good to swim and spend time on the beach. Kamaole I extends to Charles Young Beach, good for walk as well.
