Came here with my friends and could not fault it at all. |We had a lovely sea view room. Really comfortable beds, very clean. Bathroom was a little small but let’s be honest you only shower in there. |The pool area was lovely and down a couple of steps was the cleanest and gorgeous beach .|Staff were lovely and very accommodating .||15 mins by taxi to Fira and 25 mins by taxi to Oia. ||Centrally located to loads of restaurants and bars

Had a fabulous holiday here. Staff amazing and helpful. Clean. Pool beds comfy and beach beds belong to hotel so free with service from staff. Location excellent lots of bars and restaurants close by. End of season so local bus stops not in use. Bus station about a mile away. Lots of steps at hotel and no lifts. Consider this if you have mobility issues.

As with most of our hotels in Greece, the staff is not the friendliest. It could be the time of year, they are tired from their busy season, but the client should not have to suffer for it. The location of this resort is gorgeous. Swimming in the water overlooking the black (pebble) beach is just breathtaking. The rooms are clean, and have plenty of space. We were on the bottom floor, so unfortunately we had the noise with people sitting at the table in front of our patio door at night.

Went with my husband for a week in September. I could not fault the staff, food or accommodation. It lives up to it's 3 stars and more. Yes, I agree with other reviews that the shower cubicle was on the small size but it was warm and powerful enough (not exactly a large percentage of your holiday spent in a shower). The size was adequate enough and I am not sylph-like by any stretch of the imagination. I found the whole vibe friendly, relaxed and accommodating. Definitely going back.

Hotel is mostly beautiful, prob 3 star, pool area 4 star, our room 2 stars. It’s a mixed bag here , not sure if end of the season is making a difference. Front of the building when u r dropped off looks weird, clearly something else , a bit deserted and not looked after is an odd introduction to this hotel. Then u get into the main part and it’s quite nice , but quirky with old style communications equipment , still not sure what that’s about, but the outside pool area is the saviour of the entire site. Right on the beach. Great bar!! Huge pool!! Yay!!|Our room up a ton of stairs with heavy bags that some young man sorted for us thank god. Only by chance. Reception staff full of passive / aggressive attitude to burn. Hated having to communicate with them. Woman bad enough but the guy not much better. We had to wait ages for checkin as room not ready. She said she would ring me if earlier … she never intended to do this at all I knew it. Then tv not worked for 2 days and the bed setup not as requested … omg it was a pain in the butt. The room is big n weird but the bathroom is tiny and pretty weird too. Happy to checkout n move on really. Brekkie buffet ok not fantastic but big thanks to cleaners, food staff and the bar staff round the pool. They work so hard so of course tipped them.

Just returned from a week at Kamari Beach Hotel. ||Here’s the good bits:|Great pool, albeit chilly. Plenty of sun beds (but we went out-of-season). |Great location, couldn’t fault that, great view from sun terrace. Just cross the pathway to private beach with sun beds and parasols. |Great view from room balcony (we booked a sea view room on a high floor).|Clean room. |Lovely, friendly staff from cleaners to waiting staff in the restaurant to pool bar staff. ||Bad bits |Small room, very basic, absolutely no storage space, lack of sockets. Ridiculous bedside tables (if you could call them that!)|Bathroom very old and needs updating. Dreaded shower curtain in small shower. |Noisy, every slight noise can be heard either side of room as it’s all concrete. |Timing for breakfast needs to be right, as it’s a scrum and things have run out by 9/9:30. Otherwise food was good for breakfast. |Didn’t like the evening buffet and it was expensive for what we had. |Vent in bathroom shared with next room, so you hear EVERYTHING going on in the bathroom!!! |No entertainment, nothing for children. ||We went out of season and sadly a lot of the restaurants, shops and hotels were closing down or already closed. ||Weather was beautiful during the day, but it was very chilly at night. ||Would we got back? Yes, for a cheap week in the sun. Hotel needs to refurbish its rooms, update the furniture, sort out the bathrooms. With such a great location, they are letting themselves down.

Went here end of august for 10 days, when arrived room not ready but when i saw the room I was a bit shocked as to how small it was and very tired and dated. I paid extra for a sea view and couldnt see it because of the trees, bathroom was tiny and was a permanent bad smell in there. No kettle supplied just a rickety little fridge. Air con didnt work properly but when i could get it to work it wasnt up to it as unit was very old. Was bed and breakfast only, there are not enough tables and some days all the food had gone before we got there at 8.40 so we had breakfast out a couple of times which was much better as food was poor. No chance of a sunbed there isnt enough of them.|Plenty of bars and restaurants out side hotel but as you walk along the promenade every one of them will hound and pester you going and coming back also all of the restaurants, bars and shops are vastly overpiced, felt a bit ripped off at times I was really looking forward to going here so feel very disappointed..

I will say the outside of the hotel, location and proximity to the beach are great. Now the rooms need some major upgrades, starting with the bathroom. I took a picture of the bathtub with my size 11 should to give you an idea how small it is, Left a video of the fan so you can hear it. The hotel has great potential if they upgrad the rooms.
