I honestly cannot believe how terrible the staff behavior was during my stay at this resort. I’ve traveled to many places, but I have never experienced such disrespect, carelessness, and outright hostility from people who are supposed to be in the hospitality industry From the moment I arrived, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by looking in my direction. No greeting. No smile. Nothing. When I approached the front desk, the receptionist barely lifted their eyes, spoke with an attitude, and treated my questions like they were an inconvenience Every interaction felt like a confrontation Staff members rolled their eyes, sighed loudly, ignored guests, and spoke in a tone that made it painfully clear they didn’t want to help. At one point, I asked a simple question about the facilities, and the response was delivered with such sarcasm and irritation that I was honestly stunned It wasn’t just one person—it was almost everyone I encountered. The housekeeping staff brushed past guests without a word. Restaurant staff acted annoyed when taking orders. Front desk staff were dismissive and impatient even with the smallest requests. There was absolutely zero warmth, zero professionalism, and zero effort What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I tried to politely express concerns, I was met with defensiveness and even more attitude. Not once did anyone apologize or attempt to make things right It felt like the entire resort had forgotten the meaning of hospitality.
Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like a burden. Instead of relaxation, I felt tension every time I needed assistance. It was genuinely disheartening and ruined the entire experience If you value respect, kindness, or even basic courtesy, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away ,This resort’s staff behavior is absolutely unacceptable
