Kamezí Boutique Villas

We loved our week here. Everything was wonderful from the warm welcome upon arrival. It was our first time in Lanzarote, we didn’t see much of the island because we were so happy at Kamezi Villas. The restaurant merits its Michelin star, the brasserie and cocktail bar were welcoming and good. The spa and treatments were stunning. Housekeeping efficient and good. The villa comfortable and the swimming pool and garden small but perfect. We would happily return. Of particular interest is the wonderful architecture of the complex. So impressive !

Recently returned from another wonderful fortnights stay at our beloved Kamezi Villas.||So relieved that in this ever changing world Kamezi still welcomes you with open arms and does everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect.||After all these years of visiting and thinking maybe we should visit somewhere else for a change we return and are immediately reminded of why we keep coming back.||For us, as mentioned previously, the location, garden, pool and those magnificent views are what draws us back time and time again coupled with, of course, the staff and their exceptional and friendly service.||Food as always was delicious.||The first night we arrived we enjoyed the room service menu. The beef burger was really lovely and superbly cooked as was the pasta, (noodles) and veg. Really ticked all the boxes for our needs.||We again enjoyed the tasting menu which started off in the wonderful pods with a glass of bubbly before heading into the restaurant. The food and service were absolutely superb with each dish beautifully explained and presented.||So glad we went early and took our time to enjoy the many courses. We really appreciated being told that the table was ours and as such there was no rush to leave for a later seating. ||We never got round to going to the cocktail bar for drinks or a meal which is an absolute must next time.||The villa itself was beautiful and cleaned daily together with replenishment of plenty of coffees, etc.||There are a lot of restaurants at Faro Park and further along the promenade which were fabulous.||We particularly enjoyed Chiringuita Tropical, Gusto and Casual Seafood. ||A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff particularly the lovely Glenda and also Leo who gave us such a lovely welcome and a much needed beer, as well as Marta, Linzi, |Jillian and Alejandra, to name but a few.||Really can't wait to return again. Absolutely lovely stay. Great villas. Really well kept and designed. Comfortable and clean. It was December and a bit windy and chilly on the evenings but the pool was warm and sheltered and the villa was warm with some electric heatings. Really lovely staff and great facilities, spa and cocktail bar with amazing views. All the luxury of a hotel but the space of a villa.

I’ve just returned from my second stay at Villas Kamezí, and it was every bit as magical as the first. I was so impressed the first time that I simply had to share the experience with my husband — and it exceeded all expectations once again. From the wonderfully personal and attentive booking process to the clear communication beforehand, the warm welcome on arrival, and all the thoughtful little gestures throughout our stay, we felt truly cared for. It felt less like checking into a resort and more like visiting good friends who were genuinely excited to have us back. Our villa was beautiful, the private pool a dream, and the daily breakfast, on-site bakery, supermarket, and cocktail bar made everything incredibly convenient — but what truly sets Villas Kamezí apart is the people. Every single team member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We felt at home from the very first moment, and we’ll definitely be back. We stayed from 11 November till 18 November at Kamezi and we really enjoyed our stay.||We were placed in a deluxe villa with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa had all the required amenities e.g., dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. ||Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to the villa. Although after a while the continental breakfast can get a little boring. In that case you can order some a la cart choices for breakfast for an additional cost. ||On the premises there is also a market, where you can get basics e.g., drinks, bread etc. Though the bread which the sell on the market is made by themselves and really delicious.||The pool is great. We spend most of the days in the pool and although it is heated. It can feel a bit cold at first. ||What we have noticed, is that if you have any query the people are always friendly and trying to help as much as possible. Jill even brought us chips on our last day :) which we really appreciated.||There is a michelin restaurant also on the premises, but we haven’t tried that. We opted a couple of days for the in-room dining. Though the food delivered with in-room dining is good. There can be improvements in the delivery time and communication as it takes too long to deliver the food.||We also tried the cocktails at the cocktail bar and they were pretty tasty. I tried an espresso martini and a amaretto sour and both tasted well. You can take the cocktails to your villa, but i would advice to enjoy the view from the bar, with the cocktail as this is really nice.||Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Kamezi and will certainly return in the future.

This was my third consecutive year staying at Kamezí Boutique Villas in late January, and it remains an unparalleled experience. Beyond the stunning location, the staff’s warmth, professionalism, and constant availability truly set this place apart. Check-in and Villa Experience The check-in process is seamless and welcoming. You are escorted directly to your villa, which includes convenient private parking. From that moment, your vacation truly begins. The villas are bright, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped (including a washing machine and dishwasher). Housekeeping is impeccable, with daily service and deep cleaning. On one occasion, they even washed a couple of dishes I had left in the sink—a gesture so kind it almost made me feel guilty! Amenities and Relaxation • Private Pool: Heated and maintained every two days by a very professional team. • Rooftop Terrace: This is my favorite spot. It offers total silence, privacy, and a beautiful view—perfect for an outdoor dinner or a sunset aperitif. • Spa & Tapas: The Spa is incredibly relaxing. I also highly enjoyed the tapas, now served on the upper floor near the gym, which is a great setting. • Michelin-Starred Restaurant: The dining experience was superb. It has been a year since they earned their Michelin star, and it is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining. Constructive Feedback While the price point is high, the overall quality makes it worth every penny. As a chef myself, I’d like to offer two small suggestions: 1. Breakfast: I love the concept of breakfast delivered to the door. It’s generous and convenient, but it can become repetitive after a few days. A bit more variety in the daily selection would be a great addition. 2. Masterclasses & Tastings: I would love to see the return of the wine and cheese tastings and the bread-making workshops. These activities were fascinating and really showcased the high-quality local products available in their boutique market. I will undoubtedly be back next year, as I have for the past three. Second time staying here and just as good as before. Lovely villas, clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything in them that you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy shop and bakery on the grounds. Cocktail bar with amazing views of the sea and the sunset. Would 100% stay here again.

We visited the Kamezi Boutique Villas for a second stay in November. A second stay can go one of two ways, regret, or satisfaction. I am pleased to say that it was broadly the latter.||A great location, with a good range of amenities, friendly staff and well appointed villas that range in size. This time we stayed in one of the 3 bedroomed villas, which comes with a fully fitted, and well equipped kitchen, as well as a generous outdoor space with pool.||The complex has a Michelin starred restaurant, spa, cocktail bar and market. The complex is well maintained and there are nearby restaurants and bars, catering for most tastes.||The reception staff are excellent, the cocktail bar also has a good quality tapas menu, and the market is well stocked with essentials and more.||One criticism that was a recurring theme from our previous stay in February was the lack of consistency with housekeeping and pool cleaning. If that can sharpend up without having to be prompted, Kamezi would be a highly recommend, and would nudge my review to 5 stars.
