We choose this hotel due to near to subway, Kuromon Market and walk distance to Nanba. We booked twin room and surprisingly room was big and clean but sadly we don't get any water bottle on the amenities so be prepared to buy them when you stay there. Breakfast was tasty but not so much choices especially who like breads and other western breakfast as they just served Japanese full course in like Bento setting up but for menu they will give you 2 or 3 varieties of menus to choose.

Stayed several nights here whilst I was in Osaka, and thought it was a great spot. The location is fantastic, it’s very central and there’s plenty to walk and see, as well as eateries close by. The staff here are also great, they’re kind and friendly and speak both Japanese and English. The rooms are a little on the dirtier side, with there being scuffing and black marks on nearly all the walls in the room, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. There was black mould spots in the bathroom which I assume is why it smelt a musky. Worth it for the price for sure, would’ve liked the bathroom to be a little cleaner.

This location is amazing and the group room/bunk beds are very good! The mattress is just a little thin but other than that very spacious room for 4 people. Many restaurants around the place

Really great hotel. Staff are all very friendly, helpful, and skillful. They helped us with storing luggage, sending luggage to our next hotel, any other concerns we had. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Will come again!

I’ll be very honest - this is the worst hotel room I have ever been in. The condition of the walls and ceiling is disgusting. The walls look like you are in a madhouse, scratched, painted, scary! And the ceiling is full of mold. The bathroom was clean and I think the cleaning ladies are doing a good job, but the rooms are in very poor condition. Don’t trust the pictures you see online.

This was by far the worst room that we had in our Japan trip.. Please, do not stay in this hotel if you value hygiene. The rooms were dirty, walls were all scratched and scuffed up, and to top it off - the ceiling had mold all over! We asked to switch rooms, so the girl at the front desk (who was kind and understanding) asked the manager who allowed us to switch. But when we went to see the new room - it was even worse - the walls, the ceiling, everything! The guys at reception are kind even if a bit confused, but the worst part is the hotel manager who keeps hiding behind his little curtain behind the reception instead of facing his guests, who come with actual troubles regarding their stay.. You, sir, are a shame to the hospitality sector. Sorry for the rant - in short, please save your cash and serenity and stay somewhere else in Osaka 🙏

Cosy hotel near the heart of Osaka. A tiny room for the four of us, but it's great for the price and the location, and the staff are as good as it gets. Five stars in aggregate!

Great locations to where attractions are within proximity and walking distance. Close to train and bus station. Dotonburi, Kuramon Market and other markets is within walking distance.
