Overall we enjoyed our experience very much at this accommodation! Thank you for everything. We enjoyed the pool and the bar and our room. Everything is balanced and a with big guest room downstairs to relax. Getting to know Mint, at that moment their barkeeper, was beautiful and sharing that moment was delightful - but also super good services, from all of the team members. Overall a fantastic stay, located right in the centre of the old town in a quiet location. The room was a bit old but apart from that everything good, staff good, cleaners everyday and staff always available to do deal with any issues. There's also a great laundry service next door who will deliver your clothes to the hotel once done.

This was an excellent hotel, location perfect 5 mins walks from the night bazaar market and 10/15 mins walk in to Chiang Mai old square. The room was very clean had a good shower and a very good aircon system. Also had a lovely pool area. Would highly recommend

Bad breakfast ,food almost finish even I am come in time (before 10.00) and when more guests come ,they still not add more food. I booked big room which on 2nd floor infront of hotel, very noisy of road ,motorcycle run all night and another guest talking downstairs with bad smell of smoking.I cannot sleep well all night.I paid 40$ but need to pay more 2$ for toothbrush.Worst thing is air-conditioner has some sound (very noisy) I call the reception ,they just said sorry ,because air -conditioning is old . I recommend you guys choose another hotel which cheaper price and have better facilities, 40$ you can get many better hotels in Chiangmai.

We stayed here for 6 nights with no problems the room was great. We moved to another accommodation for 2 nights then stayed here again for our final night in Chiang Mai. 5 minutes walk from the night bazaar and 10/15 minutes walk in to the old city. There was a laundry and a pharmacy a few minutes walk along the road and 7-eleven shop a 5 minute walk around the corner

Nice location near Marriot but comfortable and inexpensive. Breakfast is nice as is the pool. Many many bars, Restaurants, cafes and Thai massage places nearby on busier street. But hotel on quieter street and rooms good and quiet.

A bit disappointed for the price. No pressure and no hot water in the shower. The cleanliness is sometimes not very good (ants in the bathroom and bed). Altough the room service and maintenance is efficient and quick. Too expensive for the service.

I loved my stay here. Super nice staff. Charm off the charts. If I go back to Chiang mai again, I will definitely look at staying here again.
