The place itself is very good and clearly a huge investment, but unfortunately the tram service and staff attitude were extremely disappointing especially the tram driver using handphone while driving and the kios staff (male) at the return tram station
The return tram was very slow, causing many visitors to wait for a long time at the return station without any clear information. I politely approached the staff at the kiosk only to ask for information regarding the return tram and whether assistance could be coordinated, as staff are equipped with walkie-talkies.
Instead of providing information, the staff shouted and responded rudely. After that, the staff member closed the counter window loudly and forcefully, showing an extremely disrespectful attitude.
For clarity, my question was simple and reasonable: is the walking distance back suitable for pregnant women? If something were to happen, would staff simply observe and consider it “not their business”? This reflects a serious lack of hospitality, care, and responsibility toward visitors, especially families and vulnerable guests.
This is not a free-entry venue. Every family member pays for admission, and visitors should expect basic service, clear guidance, and respectful treatment. Regardless of how good the facilities are, staff attitude directly impacts the reputation of the place. Hospitality standards clearly need improvement.
