Kampung Sumber Alam Garut

Stayed at Kampung Sumber Alam and had a really refreshing experience. The place has a calm, traditional atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are unique, especially with the water features around the villas, giving the whole stay a peaceful and serene vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food was also enjoyable, with local flavors that matched the overall ambiance of the resort. One suggestion: some facilities could benefit from a little refresh or maintenance to make the experience even better. But overall, it’s a charming place with a lot of character. A great spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a more traditional, nature-focused retreat.

It was a pleasant business retreat, the services were great, & breakfast service was great (thank you Fenny). Sibentang villa was pure bliss. But the cleanliness in bungalow 26-29 section was barely minimum, theres dirty plates that were there for three days. But overall, it was a pleasant experience

The front desk didn’t inform us that the Arileu room type had no air conditioning. However, they took responsibility and upgraded our stay to Suite Arileu 1, which had AC. The swimming pool facilities were great, and the room was clean with a cool AC, but the lighting was too dim and the bed sheets were not perfectly white — slightly faded.||As for the food, the beef roll wasn’t tasty, the lontong sayur had almost no ingredients and lacked flavor, and the pasta was dry. We hope the taste and quality of the food can be improved in the future.||Despite these issues, the service was excellent. The waitress named Feni was very attentive, friendly, and quick. The front desk staff were also friendly and responsive to all our concerns. The bellman and housekeeping staff who helped with our luggage and room cleaning were polite and efficient.

Had a pleasant stay at Sumber Alam, especially their 2 bedroom private villa. Loved the pool and the whole resort feel. Would definitely go back. ||10/10 for their service.

Good location with with natural hotspring , but interior needs upgrade with modern touch , the toilet flush is broken, add menu for breakfast and please indoor restaurant sterill from smoke

The highlight is the natural hot spring tub, offering a truly relaxing experience. However, the considerable walking distance from the lobby and occasional noise from the nearby village can detract from the peace. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness falls short, and the lack of power plugs limits convenience. The public pools, while inviting, tend to be crowded with children and outside guests, which may affect those seeking a quieter retreat.
