Kampung Sumber Alam Garut

I want to checked in at 2 pm but they said the room wasn’t ready yet, after 20 minutes waiting, founded the room was dirty and messy with cigarette ash. I was upset because the room rate was’t cheap. And I have to called few times receptionist to provide extra bed even I said already when I was checked in. Its wasn’t something that I expected with the service and hospitality. The breakfast was standard just view was great because facing the pool. Overall, I quite disappointed and I prefer going somewhere else which offer better value.

In my opinion, for elderly people 🧓 needs bed not only mattress on the floor. Please provide rooms with bed. There are many insect 🐜 in the rooms. Is there any solution for controlling insect and other pest? Breakfast time can be prolong up to 10 o clock. The staffs are very kind and helpful. 🫰. The signage and room signage are unclear. Need more signage to help us find the way to our room. Room name/signage very small or nothing at all. I was very confused when I was looking for my friends room/suite.

During my stay there, it was comfortable, quiet and safe. I would suggest that the food be more varied.......|The atmosphere is fresh and the pool water is also warm, as usual it is a fun holiday there....|all the staff are friendly , I will go there again next vacation

So comfy and clean. This place has 3 type of pool. I like the pool so much, wide, clean and enough warm for me. |I dont have that much words to describe this place, but I really had great time in kampung sumber alam. The staffs are friendly. Hope I can go to this place next time

The resort is pretty fun to hangout with family a perfect get away place for family holiday or weekend especially the natural hot spring water directly from the mountain, location is pretty remote and far

this area was so huge, it was quiet well-maintained for its size. with all of the facilities they have, unfortunately there wasn’t gym/fitness area. the staff was helpful, they brought our belongings to our room. the food was just so so and they weren’t many variations

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was also fun although we didn’t manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very helpful and help us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. This was a very nice touch to our stay. Nobody mentioned about this in the review column. I really like this hotel will definitely come back.
