Our stay here was wonderful and the location made everything within easy reach. Staff was very polite and friendly, always on hand and looking for ways to help. One day I needed to find a pharmacy, and even thought there was a language barrier, the valet walked me a block from the hotel to make sure I knew where I was going. Our room met our needs and the bathroom was spacious and clean. It sported a modern bidet and all the extras many hotels in Japan offer such as a razor, toothbrush, comb, slippers and robes (kimono style). ||It is an easy from Kenrokuen Gardens (don't miss), The Castle Park, and 21st Century Museum. The bus and taxi service was at our fingertips and there were two malls within a block of the hotel. There are plenty, I mean plenty, of restaurants within three blocks of the neighborhood from fine dining to izakayas (their version of pubs). You won't go hungry.||We booked a club level room and we found the food offerings a little spare, but of good quality. Breakfast offered pastries, yogurt, fruit, granola, juices, coffees and teas, which is fine if you are not a big eater. The evening offerings were little appetizers, nuts and fried fruits, whisky, sake, beer, wine and mixers. Again not expansive, but fine for a pre-dinner lounge. We had a delicious dinner in the French restaurant one night and the flounder was perfectly cooked. Our hotel rooms was quiet, even though the second night there was some tour folks staying there.||I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel prob was one of the best years ago, yet they kept it immaculate. We got an upgraded huge room in Japanese standards with two beds on the 13th floor, 450 sq ft?!. The room was super clean and maintained. I gave this hotel a full five stars because of the exceptional service. The front staff, concierge, and doorman were kind and helpful. Kudos for keeping up with the high Japanese standards and making my stay with my son wonderful. The lounge service I might skip next time, but it was ok. Thank you staff and the wonderful concierge lady who helped us to a trip to Shirakawa, you were fabulous and thoughtful❤️

Room was clean and orderly. A bit on the smaller size, but a nice big bed. No complaints with friendly and helpful staff.

I only stayed for one night. Had a nice room, looking towards the nearby shopping centre, which I enjoyed visiting.|The hotel restaurant was full but the hotel staff told us about a nearby vegetarian place.|Staff were very helpful, took my postcards to put in post for me.|The only small negative about this hotel was that while the bed was comfy, the pillows which were really uncomfortable, felt like they they contained lumps of straw. Some of my fellow travellers said the same. But perhaps they are like that for a reason!|Nice breakfast.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location. It's in central Kanazawa so when you walk out of the hotel you'll find yourself in the midst of all the action. It really feels like you're in Japan. On the street, the sights and sounds are amazing and there is some interesting nightlife! The hotel itself is good with average sized rooms, a good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast is the usual Japanese-Western buffet affair, so nothing special. Staff speak good English and are always helpful. Recommended.

We had amazing service during our trip from all staff, but especially from the concierge Yuki (I hope we got this right!). We needed a hotel in Narai or Magome for later in our trip, but were struggling as we couldn’t call them. The concierge team called every accommodation in both places and managed to find and reserve us an amazing option at late notice! They went above and beyond our expectations, thank you so much 🙏🏼 The hotel is also in a great location for the parks, castle, fish market, ninja/samurai districts and shopping. Short walk to all ☺️

This hotel is in the perfect location; a short bus or taxi ride from the station. The room was clean and modern and provided the biggest bed I have slept in! The staff were great and super helpful! The breakfast was good but very busy due to a public holiday. The amazing gardens are a 10 minute walk.

We enjoyed two nights at this hotel as it provided lots of pampering and comfort. The central location is excellent for dining options and access to tourist attractions. The breakfasts were bountiful and delicious and the attached boutique shopping mall had a wonderful selection of fashion items that my partner enjoyed obtaining.
