A5 and A6 exit are not linked to A1-A4. The train male staff was incredibly strict and refused to waive off the fare when we asked for help in Japanese until we asked for it in English. I wonder if it’s because i am Chinese. The look on his face was appalling.
There’s no signages near the exits to warn passengers of this too. Beware!

Several train lines and a subway connection in this building. It has several entrances, and it is located in a great neighborhood.

Nice thing about the location of this station is right when you head towards the South Exit, there are a handful of food shops to choose from.

Fare adjustment cabin staff was so rude! The man was disrespectful with both my partner and I who were just asking about a ticket, and a Japanese couple who had a doubt about Shinkansen.
He just pointed his finger out of the cabin indicating we should leave.

Ideally located station with excellent connections to Tokyo station, Shibuya and Akihabara.
The station itself can be somewhat confusing, and I often found myself at the North exit even when following signs for South and West.
JR station staff was amicable and helpful and despite limited English very eager to help and resolve any queries.

Yup going back cause the indesciveness...
Nope it's not me this time but not complaining to see Asakusa and the gorgeous Kamarimon but here at Kanda is a great station as to access the Ginza line there two escalators that can take you to the platform with using stairs for strollers or any assistance.
The hub for many other lines as well though it's not the most stunning station it's well kept and you just gotta appreciate the accessibility when your mobility is limited.
