Went there last night — the food was great, and the space was super enjoyable for playing billiards. However, when it was time to pay, the staff mistakenly gave my boyfriend’s ID and credit card to someone else. They told us the person had already left, which was obviously frustrating.
To make up for the mistake, they said they’d cover our food and the time we spent playing. The next day, they were able to contact the other person and retrieve the ID and card, so we went back to pick them up.
But when we arrived, they told us we still had to pay for the time from the night before. Instead of honoring their word, they only offered 25% off and an hour of free play for another visit. That’s not what we were told, and honestly, it felt like poor handling of a situation that was their fault to begin with.
We won’t be coming back
