Kangaroo Island Spirits

Did the gin tasting and it was really great. Perfect for a chill day. Wish we could have gotten more stories and information on the gin and the history of the distillery. The burger shop next to it was Amazing!

Spent a very enjoyable gin tasting and education session at Kangaroo Island Spirits in early Jan 2026. The hosts were very informative and good fun and made the experience pleasurable. The setting of both the tasting room and surrounding gardens make this a worthwhile experience for the novice and experienced gin connoisseur alike.

Great gin and spirits to choose from. The gin flight was super tasty. I also enjoyed the spirit flight they offered as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza was super tasty as well. The pizza is enough for one person. A couple should probably order two. Highly recommend visiting! Also they had a koala in the tree outside!

We absolutely loved it. Maddi did a brilliant job for her first tastings. The gins were amazing. I loved them that much I spent the most I’ve ever spent on gin. 😂

Beautiful place to try KI gins Great for tasting and lunch Family and kids friendly as it is an open fenced space Lots of trees, if you are lucky you get to see a few koalas Would definitely recommend to do the tasting so you get to try the best gins they offer for $25 and try their signature cocktails

What a beautiful colourful and bright venue ! Dragged my partner here . He isn’t a gin fan or liqueur fan. We had a short blast here though 😂 Wonderful service , I really enjoyed the gin. The whiskey aged barrel Gin was my favourite and as it happens my partners was the Anisette . Which unfortunately we were told is being discontinued. We grabbed two bottles of this . Definitely do yourself a favour and spend longer than we did here and have a feed also. Highly recommend

Great friendly service and nice tasting spirits. A really nice relaxing place to stop after a long day of sightseeing. Kids loved the mocktails and we enjoyed a spirit paddle and a cheeky cocktail. Add this place to you kangaroo Island to do list.

Venue, staff and service were all top notch, loved the spicy liqueur. Great garden to walk through with all the gin spices. Tasting paddle prices were reasonable and drinks prices seemed standard too. The bottle prices were very expensive for gins that tasted quite generic.

This gin is delicious and I typically hate gin! The gin at KI Spirits is like nothing I've ever tried before; the flavors and aromas are on point. The tastings are free, except for the specialty/limited batches which I think we paid 10AUD for and was well worth it. The owner was friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Not a big gin fan or don't want alcohol? Get their coffee (it's also amazing) and enjoy the views from the patio.

Super cool tasting area. Not just gin, but they also serve cocktails. Great outdoor (with shade) sitting area. Wonderful place to kick back and have a drink. They also have some toys out for the kiddos.
