Kankarwa Haveli

We stayed at this hotel in April. The location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and the staff super friendly. Our room had a window overlooking the lake, we immediately felt comfortable. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Very good cleanliness. Breakfast is served on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake. We would love to come back!

A great boutique Haveli by the waterfront in Udaipur||This is a really characterful old mansion in Lal Ghat super close to the palace and in the old town. The views from the terrace are breathtaking over the lake. The room was very characterful and the staff even produced a birthday cake when the event was mentioned

Family owned and operated - on site. Staff helpful and polite. A beautiful historic Haveli in an excellent location over looking Lake. Immediate walking to shops & restaurants in the old city, or dining upstairs on their rooftop with incredible views. I booked 6 rooms travelling as a group and the only feedback provided that was a negative is there was no room heater. Otherwise it was a very positive experience for our group of 11. I should add that we did not ask for heating as ample bedding was supplied. Rooms very clean, nicely maintained & decorated. A positive experience.

We booked a lake view room which was lovely. The hotel was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was good and was served on the roof terrace with great views over the lake. The staff were helpful but not as welcoming as other places we had stayed.

Great stay at this haveli. Rooms pretty basic and not sparkling clean but comfortable. Spectacular lake views from the terrace and from our “penthouse” room - worth staying there just for those! Breakfast is basic but the thali dinner was delicious. Not for you if you can’t climb stairs

Fantastic hotel - phenomenal views of the lake and lovely decorated rooms and great service. Excellent location in the heart of the old city. I will definitely stay again when I return to Udaipur.

Great heritage hotel with an amazing view to the lake and a nice rooftop where you can get breakfast. Our room had a great lake-side view and a private terrace, great value for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing and over-priced. We were put in a damp-smelling ground-floor room next to the lake. They did move us to a better room to their credit, but it was tiny and stuff with an AC that kept us awake because of the noise. With some improvements they could do better.
