Everything was sweeter than I expected, this authentic Thai noodle restaurant won the 500 bowls award in 2024, so the taste was guaranteed. One thing I loved about Thai cuisine was the complexity in flavors, created by various herb and spices, lemon grass, coriander, and all the elements were there.

As a huge curry fan, Thai Curry Seafood Fried Rice tasted amazing. The prawns, shrimps and eggs were nicely cooked. The delectable Thai milk tea was also fairly sweet and of high quality. In conclusion, this was probably the best Thai fried rice I’d ever had because usually there would be pineapple on the Thai fried rice from most Thai restaurants. In addition, the price was much lower compared to other Thai. The service was also great and fast. Overall it’s definitely a 10 out of 10! FYI, you’ll be needed to order and pay first outside before dining in.

Be prepared to wait in line as this place is very popular. This is one of the few Thai restaurants that don’t charge a arm and a leg in Taipei. The dishes are really tasty and you won’t be disappointed. They also have a full English menu with pictures so that helps. I got medium spicy and it was on the spicy end for a veteran like myself so be careful what you wish for. Good prices, good food A+

Super authentic and delicious! Thought I was in Bangkok🥰 If you don’t wish to queue, please come in off peak time.

Taste is great! Their boat noodles has the perfect taste for a person who eats spicy food on a regular basis. Unless you really like to eat extreme levels of spice then you can just add a bit more of the chilli oil, vinegar, chilli flakes and sugar like how the Thai people do hahaha. (I actually went overboard with mine but it was still great!). Perfect for a chilly day to warm you up from the inside. I would definitely recommend their papaya salad; I think this shop nails the taste spot on! Their prawns though - They taste great...it has sort of a Chinese dish taste haha but the portion is too small for NT$400. I've had these types of portion for around NT$200-250 which I used to think was expensive haha Their milk tea is a bit on the sweeter side compared to other shops I've had before. Overall, would surely recommend this place. Will try their tom yum dishes next time!

This Thai restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes with flavors just like those in Thailand! However, the portion sizes are somewhat smaller compared to the price. Men might need to order two bowls to feel fully satisfied. The queue outside the restaurant is constant, indicating its popularity. The owner, who is Thai, is very kind-hearted. In the picture is a bowl of Tom Yum Pork Noodles priced at $100.

The shrimp glass noodle portion does not match the price point (395 NT). For reference, the amount of glass noodle served was less than a pack of instant noodle. The shrimp was fresh though 👍 The overall taste was good, but the portions could really be improved. The pad thai was delicious 👍 The daily special item, Thai seafood pancake, was amazingly flavourful. Expect to wait at least 40min for dine in because they don’t take reservations.

Very unassumingly delicious meal. The spice and flavours really reminded me of some the best thai food I’ve ever had. From the quaint signless storefront, the friendly reception, order pay upfront mechanism are all unusual, but work very well. Everything I ordered tasted amazing, to say the least.

Yelp
My colleagues and I are regulars here, among other groups of Thai people that know about the special menu, Tom Yum Woon Sen (泰式米粉湯) Everyone may know about Thai Tomyum Goong, but not everyone know about its cousin tomyum-woonsen, it is a menu that can be found on the street in Thailand, not a restaurant dish, but an average person's everyday meal. If you like the sweet, sour, and spicy elements in Thai food, you should definitely check it out. If you work around the area, maybe you will turn into a regular like me and my colleagues. The owner 'Aunty-Tang' as we know her by, used to owned a small cart on the opposite street, with only 3 small tables for customers to sit. This new location allows more people to dine in without the chaotic cars and people in the background. (Even with the crazy commotion, people still lined up for her food, so trust me when I say it's good.)

Yelp
This is pretty authentic, may not be exactly what you expect but delicious nonetheless. Their popular dishes that are on the wall is all I've had so far but have never disappointed. The papaya salad with seafood and egg noodles is wicked spicy but delicious if you can handle heat. The workers are super nice and welcoming. They've given us desserts on the house before as well. Love this spot!
