Kao Kamasa Spa

I had the best massage ever here. 10/10 would recommend! The whole spa is beautiful. With a massage, you get a day pass to spend the day in the thermal pools and a beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean. The staff were friendly and professional. It ain't cheap, but it's so, so worth it!!!

Fabulous experience here. Update: Got couples massage the next day, includes all spa amenities: plunge pools, infinity pool, snacks. Ana and Belkis massage therapists were top notch. After an incredible day of snorkeling, got help further unwinding at Kao Kamasa. Excellent hand massages from Serina and Beverlia.

Incredibly beautiful!!! This was the most incredible spa day I have ever experienced. Maureen and her talented, kind, and professional staff added to the unbelievable combination of architecture and natural beauty. Highly recommend the couples massage complete with ocean breeze. We are coming back for the scrub!!! Enjoy the day at this oasis.

Absolute best spa ever! Mayra is the best in the business. Very luxurious service and space. This is a must do when visiting Routan. Will come back just to experience this spa and wonderful people. Nikkie was great too!

The facilities are top notch and really the star here. Awesome views, the entire area is shaded, very private and not busy. The massage room was perfect, quiet and a nice space. A huge bonus too, you know how everywhere has piped in music nowadays? It was quiet here without piped in music, how refreshing. We spent hours here at the pool and hot tubs. Ordered lunch, nice real smoothies. Wife had a little snafu and they reached out to her and went above and beyond to make it right. Very classy.
