Great hideaway from the busy City life. Beautiful simple room with neat facilities among greenery. Clean and calm atmosphere. Friendly with wheelchairs and elders.

Beautiful property. Alot of history with the tobacco houses from the old days. The coffee shop is absolutely amazing with great food and drink. It's easy to spend a day there just wandering around.

We dropped in for a coffee. Have been here before as the grounds are unique and beautiful. The range of drinks isn’t great and sadly the food is forgettable.

Although I didn’t stay here but visited the coffee shop and restaurant I do agree with all the positive reviews. And its absolutely an interesting place for people that like taking selfies

I managed to visit this wonderful place last year and want to stay for a long week end … 2 weeks ago arriving from bangkok on late flight I called the receptionist to ask if it was ok to arrive late at 8.30pm and answer was not at all and not more details … so I rent a car spend more time to arrive and finally arriving at 8.25 pm at lobby … once I found someone at lobby and asking for dinner I get the surprise that last order was at 8.30pm and restaurant will close at 9pm … I was surprised the receptionist did not tell me nothing earlier … arriving at 8.28 at restaurant they inform me last order was at 8.30pm … I negociate that I am still on time but they try to not accept my order .. since I said to them that there is no more restaurants allround this far far place from any city they accept to cook me what they want … Basicly nobody give importance nobody cares … if I was the owner I will train my staff to be more service mindset and be more welcome but this is my personal sensation… I escape everyday from the place driving 45 min to chiang mai everyday to avoid this place … so sad

We come to the coffee shop today. This place is everything I hoped it would be. I highly recommend this location for coffee and to eat. This is a nice place to spend the afternoon taking pictures. The coffee was excellent. The scones did not taste fresh.

Loved the place, the history, the architecture and the greeneries. The service was amazing. Thank you Pauline for the guided tour, all the explanations were highly appreciated. Food is great, though I would recommend to avoid seafood like many places in Chiang Mai surroundings. A big thank you to the manager Khun Nen for being so devoted to her customers. We'll comeback. Note much to see in this location. The near by night market is tiny and people selling are lovely. Enjoy the roti!
