KAPITAL SOHO ROPPONGI

Cool selection. What was not cool was the woman behind the counter. Me and a friend spend almost $2k on kapital for the personal. Put it on all that. They slipped an no resale notice which was tasteless. My friend also was told they would make him an account. We paid and went directly across the way to the other kapital jeans store in the same mall. They treated us great! And informed us that the woman never actually made my friend a customer account. Being dark skinned in Japan is no joke. Shoutout to the team across the way that treated us wonderfully and saved our experience with the brand.

Verrry rude woman working the floor. Felt very racist considering we are foreigners and treated terribly as soon as we walked in.

Considering this was the first store I visit in Tokyo following the best service ever in Sapporo I was very disappointed. The staff just didn’t care, maybe cause I’m my Japanese but the attitude of this and the opposite store sucked.

The male staff wearing glasses was very unfriendly. When asked about size, he said there's not the size I want without checking. And he said I have to wait to try out clothes when the fitting room was clearly empty. (no one was inside or waiting) If you don't want any foreign customers, just put it on a sign saying 'this is a racist store'. I believe the management department of Kapital should do something about this. *The store in Ebisu was 10000000 times more friendly, and I bought 2 pieces there. Just go there.

Had a great experience here. Kind customer service that made an English speaker feel welcomed. Visited all the Kapital stores near Tokyo and this was by far my favorite one. Now that I have my member card, I’ll be back!
