"When Frenchman Arnault Castel decided to open a mixed-retail space in 2006 he called it Kapok after a native tree known for its shady crown. You’ll find fashion labels such as ONS, Common Projects and Maison Kitsuné here, as well as accessories and homeware from Native Union and Hay."
Friendly staff, lovely selection, good sales were on when I visited. Staff were lovely and genuine, didn’t follow me around as others have suggested but provided opinions and assistance when needed. Great experience, will return

5 stars for your website, user-friendly; details clearly; listed storage of each shop.
Ladies stuck up; judge customers by their appearance; I don't appreciate the attitude.
And collection, Japans are attractive than HK

I rarely write reviews for shops, but I had such good service here. I found a last pair of Vega shoes (on-sale!) on their website, and they delivered it from another shop in the next day (Saturday). They also carry niche French brands that are not too expensive. Recommend!

Was uncomfortably stared at the whole time and rushed to make a purchase, they didn’t say that sale rack items were non-exchangeable and non-refundable until they stamped it onto the receipt.

A store full of nice things and brands, unfortunately we were followed closely around the store and to the upstairs which left me feeling like a criminal. Not a nice vibe. Maybe staff should ask if you need assistance or "how are you today" as you enter the store?
I will spend my $ elsewhere thanks.
