Impressive decor and anime oriented ambiance. Loved the decor and service was fantastic! I felt the food was disappointing from what I expected but I ordered 2 small plates of mushroom dumplings and rolls that fell short. Should have ordered the good stuff. A bit over-sauced on the small plates.

We had dinner at Kapow. The food was great, our server was very very good! We sat inside and the decorations are lively and cool. The bar was quite packed from the moment we sat until we left; made it fun! We mostly tried the Korean beef variations; with ramen, noodles and the steak. All of them tasted very good. If you’re driving, you might want to park in the parking lot behind Mizner as street parking can be tricky during dinner time.

Google
Surprisingly good multi-ambient Asian-inspired restaurant in Boca. We liked the rolls and loved the rice with duck, it was delicious and with a good balance of flavors. The service was fast and really friendly, always ready to help. The atmosphere was modern with different focus depending on the audience like lounge, karaoke, intimita restaurant, sushi bar, etc.

Google
this is one of my top 3 fave sushi places ever. hubby and i often come here for a bite and a good drink. recently we started bringing our friends also and we all agree the food is delicious! they have an amazing cauliflower, their hamachi is delicious but to me the star of the show is their crispy rice! o m g! so freaking good! and if their food is good, the service is better. servers are attentive and nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. also we had a spicy cocktail that is a musttttt

Happened upon Kapow while walking around Mizner Park. It's tucked back from the sidewalk, but I'm so glad we noticed it. The food was amazing. We went for lunch, and decided to share two small plates (general tso's cauliflower and Brussels sprouts), a crispy rice (avocado), and a bao bun each (karaage Japanese chicken). All of the food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. And it ended up being the perfect amount of food for two. The decorations and atmosphere were both also great. We loved the art on the walls, the decorated tabletops, and even the wallpaper in the bathrooms was cool. The service was also excellent. Our server checked on us several times, and all of the food and drinks came out very quickly. Would absolutely recommend this spot.

Google
Great food and great service! The decor is so cool and trendy. Tried the shrimp pad Thai, ahi tuna poke tacos w lettuce cups, Miami Heat roll, cucumber salad, and wagyu potstickers -- all were delicious. Some of these are gluten free which is great for those needing the option. There are plenty of veg and gf options labeled accordingly on the menu. Located in Mizner Park with easy parking nearby.

We had a Great variety of small plates to share for lunch along with cocktails. Service was wonderful. Marshall was a great server and informative. Tai donuts were the best!!

Google
So consistently good. My favorite place of all time. Birthdays are here. If you'd rather know where I'd be? It's here. Drinks, food, it's all amazing and top quality. The service, exceptional. Sashimi and steak under one roof and it's the best you've had. Order it all, you won't regret it. I didn't take enough pictures because we were too busy eating it all....

Yelp
Kapow Noodle Bar is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Boca, and every time I go, it reminds me why. The vibe is energetic without being overwhelming, the service is always on point, and the food... unreal. Every dish feels like it was crafted with so much flavor and intention. The bao buns are pillow-soft and packed with flavor, the KFC Korean fried chicken is perfectly crispy with the ideal kick, and the noodles are consistently fresh and full of that bold, addictive umami that keeps you thinking about them days later. Their cocktails are also next-level--creative, balanced, and honestly some of the best you'll find in Mizner Park. What I love most is that Kapow never misses. Whether it's a casual night out, a date, or a quick bite with family, the entire experience is consistently amazing. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about making your visit great.

Yelp
This was our second visit, and while the restaurant consistently delivers great food, the overall experience varies depending on how you book. Our first visit was in a private karaoke room for six (Karaoke Room 1), and although the space was definitely cramped, with the table taking up most of the room and leaving little space to move around, the actual karaoke setup was pretty nice. They had a HUGE song selection, and the audio quality was great aside from the occasional microphone feedback when the mics were too close together. The $300 minimum for two hours in Karaoke Room 1 was easy to meet between six people. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the staff. Our coordinator and server were incredibly attentive, helpful, and even joined in on karaoke, which made the night especially fun! For our second visit, we opted for a regular dining reservation for eight, and this is where the experience fell a bit short. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, service was noticeably slow. It took about 30 minutes just to receive half of the drinks we ordered, and a few were forgotten entirely. Our appetizer didn't arrive until an hour after being seated. The food itself, again, was absolutely delicious which helped make up for some of the delays. During this visit, we ordered the Char Sui Pork Bao Bun, the Wagyu Beef Potstickers, and the Wild Mushroom Chow Fun with an 8oz steak... all three dishes were amazing. Overall, this place excels in food quality and has a fun, lively atmosphere, especially for karaoke groups, but the regular dining service needs improvement. If you're going for karaoke, you'll likely have a great time.

Yelp
OK yelp, I'm back - the big winner here for us was definitely the jasmine rice and quinoa congee. The congee with the black garlic purée, pickled carrots, scallions, and poached egg were perfect. Blackened shrimp cooked just right. Nailed it! Wego beef potstickers did not disappoint, perfectly savory. I'm a GT fan, so I went with the Roku - Thai basil lifted the drink for sure. Awesome staff, live dj, and my fav patio of our trip to Boca. Keep it up Kapow!

Yelp
We have been to Kapow a few times, they have great ambience, great food, and good service. It can get a bit busy sometimes, so calling ahead is recommended. They have a nice selection of cocktails, beers, and wines. A full menu with many asian starters and dishes. Some of the dishes are on the smaller size, so ordering a few items is often required, which may result in a higher bill, but each dish is very tasty. I recommend Kapow if you are looking for some great drinks and tasty, if small, asian cuisine.

Yelp
You don't come to Kapow because you're in the mood for safe. Safe is ordering a California roll at Publix. Kapow is where you go when you want a happy hour that actually feels happy, a cocktail that isn't afraid to make eye contact, and food that punches you in the mouth--in the best possible way. The star of the night? The tuna taco. Not some limp excuse for "fusion" food. No--this thing is a handheld haiku of texture and flavor. Perfect crunch, ruby-red tuna, just enough zing to make you believe the chef has been plotting against your taste buds. I could eat them by the dozen and still consider myself underfed. Drinks? Dangerous in the way only good drinks are. The kind where you say, "Just one more," and before you know it you're half-philosopher, half-karaoke legend, and fully committed to making bad decisions. Which brings me to the back room: the karaoke den. A padded cell of joy and poor judgment. We rented it, filled it with family, and somewhere between Journey and Bad Bunny the kids even joined in. Imagine that--children, normally glued to screens, actually belting out songs with their parents. If that's not a minor miracle, I don't know what is. And the best part? Kapow doesn't try to be something it's not. It's loud, unapologetic, a little chaotic--like life should be. This isn't a place where you linger quietly over wine while whispering about the market. This is where you toast to nothing in particular, demolish a tray of tacos, and sing until your voice gives out. Five stars. Come for the tuna taco, stay for the karaoke, and leave with your dignity slightly dented but your soul properly fed.

Yelp
We had amazing service at the bar during happy hour and also at a table for dinner. We were a large group and our server was fantastic. Food is very good. There was a DJ spinning tunes at 8pm. We were so happy it wasn't super loud so we didn't have to yell to hear each other. There is free parking in the garages. The bar is inside and outside. Happy hour menu is 5-7 and offers 1/2 price wine, $5 beer and $6 cocktails and bar bites range $5-11.

Yelp
Had a nice lunch here today. We had the tuna tartare crispy rice as well as Korean chicken bao buns as appetizers. Lunch was the mushroom chow fun. All food was very good. Would definitely return. This is a nice dining spot in Mizner Park.

Yelp
On a recommendation, my wife and I tried Kapow last night. The place has a great atmosphere and vibe. We really liked the decor inside. The service was good. They were busy, but the server did take care and did a pretty good job of checking on us. He was also very friendly, which made up for the times that he was running around to other tables. We really enjoyed the appetizers and the sushi as we had the crispy rice with tuna, the short rib tacos, and the Miami Heat roll . They were all delicious and had great flavors. The only thing we were not that impressed with was the duck fried rice . The duck on top was delicious and had an amazing flavor. However, the rice was just pretty boring and didn't have much taste. Once the duck was gone, it was just kind of like eating greasy rice . We are definitely going back to this place. We just know next time not to get the duck fried rice. .

Yelp
Our favorite spot to come for appetizers!! We love Kapow!! Love the variety of small appetizers that they offer!! Service is also great!! They offer inside seatings as well as patio and bar seatings. Here are some of the dishes we always order The Hoisin Baby back ribs, the short rib taco, the Bao buns (Karaake fried chicken and the pork belly) wok seared edamame and the spicy tuna crispy rice.

Yelp
MY NEW FAVORITE SPOT....to bad I don't live in Florida...yet! Absolutely loved everything about this place. From the pop art decor to the live DJ playing pop classics mixed with house style beats to the service, food, and drinks. I got the "what's new pussycat" (Tiki Infused Toki Whiskey, Leblon Cachaca, Pineapple, Avocado Rice Orgeat, Banana Bitters) I even got to take the maneki-neko cup home. Next tried the magyu beef potstickers, lychee martini, Jasmine Rice & Quinoa Congee jasmine rice, tri-color quinoa, black garlic puree, pickled carrots, scallions, poached egg, and blackened shrimp. The congee was spectacular one of the most surprising innovated dishes I have had in a long time. After stuffing ourselves we were going to leave but then torrential down pour so we re seated ourselves at the bar to wait for the rain to pass. Bartender was well versed in the world of sake so my husband I shared a bottle of nigori and got to watch the most interesting multi media projection over a hand painted mural . Super cool!

Yelp
It's not that I don't like Kapow anymore, it's just not the same. I miss the old "smaller" location. It was more quaint and nice to sit for a drink at the bar or grab a happy meal or sit at a table and grab dinner in a place where we had great ambiance and we could chat and people watch outside. The new location is tucked away from all the sidewalk traffic so no more people watching and the layout is much larger. It's difficult to get an outside table without a reservation and if you dare eat inside then good luck having a conversation (maybe I'm getting old but it was way too loud for us). With some good news, the food is still great.

Yelp
I visited kapow's with friends and family I hadn't seen in a while. Happy hour started off great, but my second drink arrived with a lipstick stain on the glass. The bartender apologized and replaced it. When we sat for dinner, the hostess brought out glasses and a bottle of water, but the glasses were dirty and the water bottle had debris in it. It was really disappointing. The manager was very polite and apologetic, but having two cleanliness issues in one visit left a bad impression. The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness needs major improvement. Even though the manager invited me back, I don't think I'd return after this experience.

Yelp
I cannot believe that I have been eating here for years and have not posted a review. This will be short, to leave you time to go to KAPOW as soon as you can, and eat, as opposed to spending too much time reading this review! Bottom line, the VIBE is appealing, even to an old man like myself. The creativity of the art and images on the walls and everywhere you loo,k including table tops and an awesome collection in the men's bathroom. KAPOW has been in Miznerf Park for close to 10 years, and loved to this larger and much more attractive space a few years back. Large outdoor eating, both adjacent to outdoor bar, and their space next to Max's. Wait staff are usually spot on, efficient and pleasant, able to explain the menu if necessary, and follow-up as needed. All are quite young. And the bartenders are also attentive, no matter how busy it gets. And now, the food. Well, I love their special sushi plates, and they recently expanded their sushi offerings exponentially. And have several top notch sushi makers. And they also switched out their executive chef, with more creative offerings. Love their dumplings, the pad thai is good, not like you get in other Asian style places. Their salads are fab, all fresh healthy ingredients, to which you add your protein(s), Their version of Vietnamese chicken wings is unlike any other wings you've had. I could go on and on describing various offeriungs, but you should look at posted pics and check their menu. One point to be made, which while I understand, still find it bothersome. When last there, in January 2025, I noticed several changes in the menu offerings, higher prices, items missing, and smaller portions. When I brought to attention of our server, she looked at me and said "WELL, WE CHANGED OUR MENU WHEN SEASON STARTED..." And I looked at her and stated "SO, YOU'VE Dropped CERTAIN OFFERINGS, DROPPED OTHERS, AND MADE SOME PORTION SIZES SMALLER?? And see said "yes, its season". I half kidding said, "well, you should ask for driver's license and anyone with a Florinda driver's license should get the other menu...with more offerings and larger portion sizes.

Yelp
Blueberry mojito was good but they don't strain it so I was eating tons of mojito leaves. The fig drink I got was nasty. Just tasted like straight up low grade alcohol. Crispy rice was whatever. Much better places to go to.

Yelp
Fabulous! Outstanding food! High energy place. Sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed the positive vibe of all the employees. We will definitely be returning!

Yelp
The bartender was lovely and rolling with the punches but I've been eating at Kapow for many years since I lived on the Island right across from the one in West Palm. The ahi tuna tacos were 1/3 the size of what I've been getting for years, rudely small. A laughable amount of food. With tip I paid 24$ for enough food to eat in 3 minutes total. Full price, not happy hour. Also your iced green tea tasted like it came from a fountain, not a fan. I'm not going to come back to this location anymore which sucks because since I go to school down the road this was gonna be my new spot. Oh well.

Yelp
We were a group of 8 women, friends and neighbors gathering for a fun dinner. We all agreed on Kapow because of its high quality sushi and cool vibe. Also, it has a wonderful location at Mizner Park. Upon entering, we were set up at a long rectangular table accommodating all of us inside where it was cool. Elliott was our wonderful and very patient waiter who agreed to give us separate checks being we were using the InKind application to pay. A few of us had refreshing cocktails. The menu offers a long list of signature sushi rolls, salads, appetizers and entrees. I started with the General Tao's cauliflower which was beautifully presented and a generous portion for everyone to share. I then ordered a rainbow roll which was fresh and very flavorful. The others had salads or vegetables with grilled salmon and fried rice. They all loved their entrees. Unfortunately nobody ordered dessert. All were full and watching their waistlines. Also they didn't offer regular or decaf coffee otherwise I would have definitely had that. When we each got our checks- all accurate, Elliott was so helpful to assist some of the girls with using the InKind application to pay. He was very techi and beyond patient. This was a fun night, and I'm sure we'll be back to do it all over again in the future.

Yelp
Delicious food and a great happy hour! The happy hour includes drinks and apps, and my coworkers ordered a bunch! The General Tso's Cauliflower is delicious, and I also ordered the vegetable fried rice, which was just as good! Service is also super friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, good happy hour. We tend to get their ahi tuna bowl and It is always so good, fresh and a decent portion! I loved their old crab Rangoon's that use to be egg roll style but they've changed It back to smaller ones and while still good the price just doesn't seem to be as worth It. Their charred edamame is amazing. Overall great food good vibes and options. We have also utilized their karaoke rooms as a company get together which vary in price and have had an amazing time with attentive staff!

Yelp
It was all great, bao, seared edamamme, etc. We went a bit between meal times so it was easy to get a table and service was great

Yelp
Totally enjoyed!!! So I've been meaning to check out Mizner Park for a while now & finally went. There's some really cute shops & a lot of places to eat. But this place caught my attention & im so glad we went!! The atmosphere, the decor, service & of course the food all on point. The only thing when it's sunny don't sit outside for it's hot as hell!! We had a dog with us so we didn't sit inside, also Mngr of the restaurant "not a happy camper" but we didn't care! Def will be back & sit inside!

Yelp
The service was fantastic Ashley was great. The food was okay. Disappointed in the temperature of the entrees as they arrived. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and appreciated the great service

Yelp
Definitely an amazing experience overall. The food selection is impressive along with the taste. The food here is yummy. I had salmon bombs and my friend some sort noodles with chicken. It was all very tasty They have a large variety of beers and cocktails to choose from. We had the old fashion in the karaoke room - it was good The service was on point, from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The staff was very attentive to us. We'll be back!

Yelp
Family in town, so had to take them to Mizner Park in Boca Raton. Of course, we then stopped at Kapow for a bit. Cassidy was our server; so friendly and funny. The ambiance was nice; not too crowded and noisy, even though it was season. We ordered some appetizers; suishi and pot stickers. Yum. Main dish was salmon along with red wine. The food was fantastic, as usual. I can't say enough about the staff, especially our waitress, Cassidy. You were rocking that night. Will be back soon.

Yelp
I stopped in to take a load off from the work week late night on a Friday. I would say around 10:45 PM in which I had set a reservation for. Parking was fairly easy and when I got into the restaurant, it still had a good amount of people left in there. I chose this place because they were open late. After being seated service was very slow. I had time to look around the place and noticed that it was a nice looking establishment. I loved the inside decor. Me and my friend both ordered the lavender blueberry Mojito I didn't taste much alcohol in mine so I ended up ordering a passionfruit Mojito second, which seem to be a little stronger. My main reason for coming was wanting to try the lobster Rangoon, but they didn't have it. So I ended up trying the avocado crispy rice, which I enjoyed a lot.. I also ordered the cauliflower which I thought would be fried, but it seemed like it was steamed with sauce on it and I didn't like it. It was just too wet and soft. I wanted a little crunch. Lastly, I ordered the lobster lo mein. Which had great flavor the pieces of fried lobster on it were a bit chewy though. It could be the time of day that I went, so I may go back one day earlier in the day.

Yelp
Haven't been here since they moved and I must say the new location is beautiful. Kapow is a trendy restaurant inside of Mizner Park. Every time I've been there the service has been great and last night was no different. Plenty of inside seating and when the weather gets a little cooler it will be nice to sit outside. The menu has a nice assortment of Korean, Thai, Chinese and Japanese. Edamame is to die for. It's char-grilled on the outside and tossed in a soy ginger marinade . I could have eaten 2 bowls, th9ey were just that good! Nice Happy Hour. Discounted drinks and light bites from 4- 7.
google avatar

Syreta G.

Yelp
Bartender Juan and Manager Shelly were the best part of the experience! And the Wok charred edamame is to die for. Very unique look inside and outdoor seating. Drinks were very good as well. One of my new go-tos in Boca.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience at Kapow, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Gio. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly from the moment we sat down. Her energy instantly made us feel welcome, and her timing and care throughout the meal were spot on. Gio also gave a fantastic food recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite dishes of the night, (the ramen, highly recommend)! You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for her guests, and it shows. Service like hers is rare, and she made our visit that much better. Thank you, Gio! We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
I joined two friends for dinner here on a Thursday night. Was surprised to hear they have the happy hour at tables not just at the bar. I ordered the brussel sprouts and the Ahi Tuna tacos from the happy hour menu. Both were very good, I especially liked the brussel sprouts. My friend ordered the roasted cauliflower and the short rib tacos. The cauliflower had a little bit of spiciness to it, was very tasty. The service was good. I will definitely come back here to try other dishes.
google avatar

Simone S.

Yelp
This location does not miss! Went to Kapow last night with the girls and Katie the bartender was amazing! So energetic, friendly and attentive! Short rib tacos are so tasty and came out hot! The lychee martinis were great and you can't go wrong with half price off bottles of wine

Yelp
The time between the last time I went to the Boca Kapow location at Mizner and the most recent time was much longer than I realized. They switched locations at Mizner and the recent space is substantially larger than the original, more stylish with flashy colorful pan-Asian design and upper ceiling visual screens and much improved menu. Cocktails such as the Hi Hi Gin Gin, Yamazaki Swinger highball and What's New Pussycat are all fire drinks that radiate synergy. The gin and tonic with gunpowder drumshambo is girthy and gargantuan in flavor and excellence. For food, you can't go wrong with Gupta tacos with ahi tuna, grilled oysters, and shrimp pad Thai. The latter two are gluten free and full of terrific taste: savory, rich, and satisfying. If you have room for dessert, their tortured pineapple will satisfy and satiate without put you over the top. Like a pineapple brûlée and not heavy. While they were late with our reservation, because we wanted to sit inside and people were still finishing their meals, they provided us with complimentary cocktails, which we gladly accepted. If you want to know when to best show up, happy hour before 6 pm or dinner inside after 8:30 pm. Outside patio seating tends to become available during peak hours sooner. But you won't leave hungry.

Yelp
The food is amazing as always I love coming here to eat and talk with friends as the atmosphere is really cool with the art and decor making it a fun meal. The service was bumpy at the beginning but our waiter was amazing and helpful. Will recommend and be going back.

Yelp
Newly renovated and now with an omakase experience, Kapow has really upped its game. I came in with poor expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. It started with a nice phone call from Nick the chef to check in on my allergies and preferences. Very personal service. Then when my friend and I arrived, he remembered my name. We started with a nice cup of cold sake. The only sad part about the experience is that not everyone at the bar is having omakase and because the rest of the restaurant is regular dining, it is quite loud and you're not fully able to talk with the chef intimately. Nick definitely tried to explain each piece and I like to take notes so here are the 8 piece omakase nigiri pieces we got to try. Branzini with homemade 5 month aged soy sauce Shima aji (striped jack) with grated daikon & yuzu juice Hotate (scallop) with truffle kosho pepper caviar Hirame (fluke) torched sweet onion sauce Hamachi (yellowtail) belly with truffle balsamic pearls Salmon belly from Denmark torched with miso lemongrass pickled ginger Akami (lean tuna) with 24k gold & yuzu caramel black garlic balsamic vinegar Chutoro (fatty tuna) torched topped with foie gras with truffle and brown sugar **MY FAVORITE Bonus piece: Salmon belly raw with yuzu ginger vinegarette Then to end the lovely experience, we had the ube creme dessert. It was light, fluffy, semi sweet and amazing. Will definitely be back for more omakase!

Yelp
My family and I were there for a private event. I'm going to cut to the chase. My family and I decided to order food outside of what was set out for the event and ended up sitting near the event in the outside area. We were pretty much finishing our meal and the little girl with the nose piercing came by to ask if we were part of the private event and when we confirmed proceeded to tell us to stay within the confines of the private event because they had reservations for that booth. Forty five minutes later that booth was still unoccupied. After a sh*tty delivery like that, maybe her job should go "Kapow!" SMH Learn how to speak to customers. Food was pretty good. 4.5 / 5 Service even for a private event was ehh. Doubt if I'd go back. What a shame.

Yelp
I thought Kapow Noodle Bar was quite good. I like the lively, colorful atmosphere inside and they also have an outdoor seating area. Seating-wise, they have many close-together tables, booths, a cocktail bar, a sushi bar area, and outdoor seating. I took some pictures and you can see that they have a very cool moving digital mural and a cart parked outside. The food was excellent as Asian fusion goes. It reminded me of Hawker's, which IMHO is slightly better (I'm referring to one in Delray Beach). The chilled cucumber salad was excellent, probably our favorite dish of the evening. We enjoyed the blistered shishito peppers which were nicely charred and the edamame which had drizzled over it a brown sauce. The char sui pork belly was delicious, too. For entrees, we had the Vietnamese chicken wings and the spicy beef basil which I would order again (and it wasn't that spicy). They also serve sushi. Last but not least, the espresso martini was well done and the Soto sake very refreshing. Our server was quite attentive and gave us good advice - on what to order, not on life.

Yelp
Good stuff here, no jokes. Great concept, cool vibes, great service, deelish on the food, hell yeah. We had a group of 4, tried a variety of apps & mains. All yummy. We were hungry too, and the food was good. Not gonna lie. Drinks were kinda okay, feel like all mixed drinks just are like superrr weak to me for some reason. I'm like, can i get a alcohol in there, like a double is a single ya know? And i honestly rarely drink. BL/UF; this place is good. Go check it out y'all. Happy eating!!

Yelp
Checked out Kapow with a few friends last night. The ambiance is amazing. Great decor. The menu has a lot of good options. We got the bbq duck, shrimp and scallop dim sum and wagu dim sum. Everything was delicious! Shout out to Brandon aka mark for good service. If you're in the area and like Asian fusion, go check out KaPow!

Yelp
My wife and I went out for dinner on June 9th and were extremely pleased by the quality of food at Ka Pow. Every item we consumed was full of flavor and made perfectly. My favorite was chicken wings (not pictured) and the sauce. In fact it was so good that I decided to place two orders. Although I do not remember the waitresses name she deserves commendation because she presented us with phenomenal service. The location is extremely nice as well with other restaurants nearby and the ambiance was perfect. We will return soon.

Yelp
The food was very good. Super flavorful and tasty. The staff were very nice. Only issue is that we had a reservation at 7:30 but got seated at 8pm. And some of the food took a while to come out. Again other than that I highly recommend. Fun music and great atmosphere.

Yelp
I wanted to hate it. It's shiny, new and trendy. But, everything here is so good. The crab wontons, sushi rolls, wagyu gyoza, and Brussels sprouts (someone please talk to the chef about that awful yogurt though) were all amazing. The cocktails are inventive and delicious. Bartenders are attentive, server was friendly and sushi chefs are lightning fast. Overall, it's fantastic and will be back.

Yelp
I wanted to update my review as Kapow has now expanded and relocated across the street. I was surprised at how big it is inside! They even have private rooms. I made an omakase reservation and I was so impressed with everything. I came here with low expectations as I was imagining the old suite they had. I loved every bite of my food tonight. This is the true definition of good food. The staff checked with via phone ahead of time to see if I had prior allergies. I arrived and was seated at a sushi bar immediately. I was even surprised they had a sushi bar. Don't believe the old restaurant had one. My omakase experience was guided by Nick. Great guy! Explained everything. Created everything in front of us and followed up to see if we had feedback. He created MASTERPIECES. I can not rave enough about the omakase I had tonight. 8 pieces, sake and dessert for $85. Will be back ASAP.

Yelp
Chill ambiance. Decor is fun! Service was great. Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm. Food was nice & fresh. Nothing to rave about but again I didn't get something too special since I'm cutting for my wedding. Would have to go again and get more fun foods to try. Had the Roasted chicken Asian cabbage salad- dressing was so good!

Yelp
Read this review to the end! I was really disappointed with my experience here today when I came for a late lunch with my wife and three kids. I had heard so many good things about this place and was excited to try it out! I called twice to make a reservation, but the AI operator transferred me to the host both times, and no one picked up. My calls were dropped, which was frustrating. Despite that, we decided to try our luck and show up anyway. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told there were no available tables--even though the entire dining area was completely empty. Every single table was apparently reserved for dinner at 5 p.m., and we arrived at 4:40 p.m. They offered us seating outside, but since it was chilly and my kids weren't dressed for the weather, that wasn't an option for us. Eventually, we were seated in the lounge area, which has low couches and small tables--clearly meant for drinks, not meals. It was not a comfortable setup for a family with three kids. To be fair, the service was excellent, and the food was just as delicious as we'd hoped. We tipped generously (over 30%) because we didn't want to be rude. However, we stayed for about 45 minutes, and as we left, the dining area was still empty, with only one table set for guests. This experience was disappointing and uncomfortable for my family. I'm not writing this to discourage anyone from visiting, but rather to point out something the management should address. You have a beautiful space and amazing food--don't let issues like this detract from the overall experience for your customers.

Yelp
I visited on 4/14/2025. The atmosphere is excellent, the service was spot-on, and the food tasted pretty good. The portions were a bit sparse. However, the prices are outrageous. I acknowledge that it is a ritzy restaurant in Mizner Park so this is far from shocking, but you can get the same food and bigger portions at Pei Wei or another random chinese food restaurant at a fraction of the price. In sum, if you want a special night out or date night at a ritzy restaurant this is good, but to me 'the juice is NOT worth the squeeze' from a financial perspective.

Yelp
It's been some time since I have gone back to Kapow! The new location is really cool! Love the ambiance! Went for an early bday dinner, and it was happy hour! I got the blueberry lavender mojito which was actually good! A bunch of apps: Edamame(amazing), fried dumplings(just alright), tuna crispy rice(good), and chilled cucumber salad(delicious). Chicken Lo mein is a favorite for my dad and his gf. My bf got the duck fried rice and loved it. I did the regular chicken fried rice. Honestly, it was good but have had better. The service was slow, and it wasn't super busy when we went. Took forever to get refills and some soy sauce. Either way, I would definitely go back for happy hour apps!
