The 6 Best Hostels in Warsaw (Updated 2025)

"Based on the famed Japanese capsule hotels, I stayed in a small pod that’s big enough to sleep comfortably; there are shared double capsules too. Each capsule closes via remote control and includes air conditioning, electrical outlets, lighting and blinds, and the beds are surprisingly comfy. The hostel is super affordable, clean and modern, with spacious showers, free Wi‑Fi throughout, and an in-house café and lounge. It isn’t very social, which makes it a great choice if I want a quiet stay, and it’s centrally located — about a 15‑minute walk from Rynek Starego Miasta." - Matthew Kepnes

This is an amazing capsule style hostel. Very private despite being on a floor with almost 130 capsules. It’s organized well and each capsule has an air vent, two European style outlets a small corner shelf and a wall netting to put things in. The showers are one level down but they are individual stalls with lots of room. The thing that I liked the best and gave it five stars is that it has many hooks in the bathroom for you to hang things on. Your toiletry bag, pajamas, clothing, etc. There are four hooks per bathroom in addition to a shower caddy handing on the wall with two shelves. The toilets are also separate by gender. You also get one large locker to store your things in. You could also leave them o. Your capsule as each capsule also has a remote operating garage door roll up style. Very easy to open and close with the remote. I would deduct one star normally because you need to pay for body wash and a towel but because the showers have so many hooks to use I gave the full five stars. Also they will do your laundry for you overnight for a cost of 27PLN.

😊: It was an interesting experience of minimalism. Why not? Just try it ;-). 😢: For cyclists there are two points: - the lockers are too small for 4 saddle bags, so I took more stuff into the capsule as I wanted. - there is no place to dry your stuff. And take care: if they wash for you everything will be dried in a dryer, no good idea for merino and some other sportswear ;-) The rented towel was welded in a plastic bag. That's absolutely not necessary!!.

Hotel has very professional staff, spaces are clean and everything just works smoothly here. There is very chill vibe going on.||Hotel has 3 different floors,| 1. is for reception, kitchen area. |2.Has a balcony for guest to hangout. Also showers are located here. |3.Capsules, mens bathroom||There are seperated bathrooms and showers for men and women. They clean here very often and everything is just so clean.||There also seems to be billiard, didn't play it this time. Since im traveling solo, but great option indeed.||Used a laundry service, left my clothes to reception and got them back at evening. Everything was dry, clean and perfectly sheeted

My first capsule. It was surprisingly not claustrophobic (I'm used to train couchettes.) Absolutely spotless! Shoes off at reception then you get disposable slippers. The capsule room is silent, apart from the regular whirring of the shutters. And don't worry about breakdown - there's a manual release. Plenty of showers and toilets, also spotless. Reception has a few tables and chairs, and settees but the self catering facilities consist of a kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Don't expect chatty hostel vibes, just comfortable, secure sleeping. Easy walk from the central station. Quite expensive for what you get. Oh and the lockers are small. I struggled to squeeze my rucksack in.

I very appreciate the proper ac in the dormroom and that its quiet zone 24/7. You cannot get into dorm with your shoes but they provide slippers and i think its very nice. I felt safe throughout my stay (2 nights). The capsule itself is very cozy, it has lightning settings. Overall, im very pleased with my stay. You can also store your food in the fridge and microwave it.

Capsule is very fun and comfortable!! Shoes off at reception which is unusual at first but you appreciate it when you see how clean the place is! One huge dorm room which has very quiet. I’d recommend staying at the back so you don’t hear people in and out. Location is great, would stay again. The only thing I do think that could be improved is if the hostel hosted events /planned fun stuff for guests who want to be social, but I understand that’s not a necessity but a luxury!

the pods did not have airflow. It was stuffy. There is no where to put suitcases. They give you a cubby but it can only fit a backpack. Toilets, dirty. Showers have mold. Service is good but facility is not the cleanest. And you need to take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Bathrobes hanging in front of my face… and mountains of clothes piled up like in a refugee camp. I’ve watched bunks turn into hideouts worthy of Saddam Hussein, with a single fan keeping hope alive. I’ve climbed walls with only two holds, where one wrong step meant the fall… and I’ve faced descents so steep no playground would ever dare to offer them. I’ve slept in niches that would make nuclear bunkers pale, ready for war… or for claustrophobia. I’ve taken military showers where the only true enemy was finding a place to rest my clothes. All those moments… will be lost in time, like comfort… in the capsule. Time… to check out. Capsule Climber. Coming soon to theaters
