Marriott Hotel Karachi stands out as one of the premier destinations in the city, known for its state-of-the-art building and excellent ambiance. Having attended numerous corporate, educational, social and cultural events here, the hotel consistently provides a professional and well-organized environment. It is also a sought-after venue for weddings, offering a grand setting with seamless services. As a Karachi resident, I’ve utilized the hotel’s rooms for short stays, and while I haven’t stayed overnight, I can vouch for their comfort and luxury across various categories. Many international and domestic guests I’ve recommended the hotel to have shared positive feedback about their experience. The ambiance and services are consistently commendable, aligning with the expectations of a high-end establishment. However, parking availability can sometimes be a challenge during busy hours, though the hotel accommodates this with additional parking nearby. In conclusion, Marriott Hotel Karachi is a well-rounded venue for events and stays, combining luxury, convenience, and excellent service.

I was expecting to have a better treatment and to get a better room (Titanium member). Breakfast was just OK: too much indoasiatic food for me… And restaurant was crowded. I had to wait for a table. Security wise the hotel feels very safe. People at reception shouldn’t ask customers for a good review in google. They were nice guys but they need more experience. I don’t like when people try to help me by carrying my luggage: I can do it by myself. I just had one piece of luggage but he insisted (I don’t know if it’s the rule or just the tip motivation). In general, a bit expensive for the value.

Excellent experience, rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The amenities in bathroom are very properly placed. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Nadia restaurant is my favourite place fir breakfast and dinner.|Housekeeping staff is doing a great job and keeping the facility very tidy and clean.

Beautiful and clean hotel, with very professional and courteous staff. The service we received was 10/10 from everyone we interacted with. The breakfast is delicious, with many options and staff willing to provide even items that are not on the standard menu. The location of the hotel is also great.

Wazeer was exceptional at the service and hospitality he provided, highly recommended. He went out of his way to ensure all requests and beyond were fulfilled. He ensured rooms were cleaned without a spot as well as ensuring house keeping was done timely and efficiently. Arif from housekeeping was also incredible at his work. Highly recommended!

A hotel with a central location in the heart of the city. The entrance with security checks and dogs sniffing at your luggage puts u off. But its one of the things u have to tolerate every time u enter. Staff is courteous and shower you with Assalam o alaikum at every nook and corner. The lifts are tediously slow, especially if u are staying with family who have checked in on other floors and u need to visit them often. Rooms are clean and mattresses are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good with an amazing variety of food and beverages. The live cooking stations are available. Parking is free and ample.

The service provided was highly disappointing. When we reached, there was no one to assist with our luggage, and we were left to carry it ourselves. Although the security staff was present, they didn’t make any effort to ensure our luggage was handled properly. It’s frustrating to pay such hefty amounts and not even receive basic facilities like this. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

The best and most vibrant place in Karachi. From high tea to dinner and breakfast to lunch, everything is perfect. The rooms are comfy and stylish. Staff is very helpful and trained.
