The food here was absolutely outstanding — everything we tried was incredibly tasty: the fresh fish, lamb chops, salads (especially the Greenwild and Greek salad) were all excellent. The quality was so high and the prices so fair that we ended up eating here every single day during the Women’s Festival! seven days in a row! The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The owners and their daughter made us feel at home, and the staff always went the extra mile with a smile. If you are looking for delicious food, great value, and a family-run place with heart, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Well to be honest based on ambient we expexted the quality of food to be much more tasty. There should be more amount of fried squid and they were a bit more chewy than normal. We are here in lesvos for 10 days now and the sardins that I've got were not as tasty as they were somewhere else. Chicken skewer was excellent and so was pasta carbonara.

Unique fish tavern (basically). We found available two small lobsters at a great price. So, "we swam with the tide". Do not make the mistake to visit Skala Eressos with tantalise your palates to KARAVOGIANNOS traditional tavern

It's not everyday you see fresh octopus alongside your table that is the cooked to perfection! Authentic and flavourful Greek dishes, try fresh fried calamari too, local steamed greens! Grandma's Dolmades are pockets of flavour wrapped in vine leaves that pop in your mouth! If you're an ouzo fan there are lots of mezes on offer to accompany your spirit 😀 We enjoyed the vegetarian revithokeftedes (chickpea croquettes) . Would definitely dine there again!

If you are in Eressos, and there is a table, you should not miss this!! Honest, authentic tavern with fresh fish. They also support local preservation of the environment against exploitation and investment development. The grilled fish (φαγκρί) was exceptional. Try some giannatsi ouzo on the side Καλή απόλαυση

This taverna is as Greek as it gets in a tourist resort like Skala Eresou. And that is a compliment. The location is perfect, litterally on top of the beach, with swimming people just in front. We shared a dish of green beans in tomato sauce and a portion of grilled mackerel. The service was kind and both dishes came in simultaneously, as asked, and surprisingly fast. The traditional green beans was right on spot and the mackerel perfectly grilled. The price was very reasonable for a tourist resort, albeit this was compensated with smaller portions. Very recommendable.

Food is delicious and setting is right by the sea. Waiter with moustache very friendly and positive - lovely smile. The only thing that really ruined this experience was the blonde girl’s attitude and old lady owner’s attitude as we wanted to pay by card. Just accept that some customers want to pay with a card and if that means more taxes for you then c’est la vie!
