Food is not good not bad. Nice location. We enjoyed the outside seat. The vegetarian cabbage rolls with wild mushroom sauce and beets salad were good. Bigos was so so good but still I won't come back for it. The beer mug had a chip and I found the chip in the mug! There must be a better place to have a nice dinner.

Good restaurant! It was very quiet on a Sunday evening, and the staff were very friendly. The food is a little pricier than other restaurants though.

We enjoyed the food, view and service. The soup with dumping is delicious. The fried dumping here doesn't come with sour cream like in Warsaw.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Karczma Lwowska in Wroclaw with friends from the Netherlands who were eager to try authentic Polish cuisine. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was nothing short of delightful. Upon perusing the menu, we noticed a minor disappointment: there were no sampler options that allowed us to try a variety of dishes. However, this concern quickly vanished thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waiter. Understanding our desire to taste a bit of everything, he enthusiastically suggested mixed dishes, creating a bespoke culinary journey for us. This personalized approach was a highlight of our visit. The waiter's willingness to cater to our preferences and his friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. His suggestions led to a spread that was both varied and delicious, giving us a true taste of Poland. The food itself was good. Each dish was flavorful and meticulously prepared, showcasing the rich culinary traditions of Poland. From hearty pierogi to succulent meats and perfectly seasoned vegetables, every bite was a testament to the skill of the kitchen staff. We concluded our feast with a smooth and aromatic honey vodka, a perfect end to an excellent meal. Paying the bill was straightforward and transparent, with the option to add a service fee clearly presented, making the process easy and clear. Overall, Karczma Lwowska offers a fantastic introduction to Polish cuisine, especially for first-timers. The combination of delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I was there in August. Prices like usually in big polish cities. But dispite of rating 3.8 on google maps, I have to say that my dish was very delicious und beer Lwowskie brewed in Tyskie Brewery didnt disappoint me at all (I live in Bavaria:). The service man was very kind and helpfull. I can not agree with it that this restaurant would have note below 4...

We stopped for a quick bite to eat and I had some dumplings (pierogi ruskie) but the dough was way to thick and the filling was very scarce, my wife had a soup which she was happy with, but I wouldn't go back there. Sorry. Also on the menu, they dont tell you that those dumplings are fried, and I don't like them fried I rather have the boiled ones.

Soooo good! It actually tasted traditional. Granted it was the first Polish meal of our trip after we traveled for 24 hours hungry and jet lagged, but I can’t get over the flavors. On point. The zhabowy was so good. The cabbage. The Bigos. The mixes pierogi. Oh my gosh they were delightful! They were fried and topped with caramelized onions. I’m Polish and it reminded me of my mom’s Polish food (but slightly better shhhhh). I can’t wait to go back to try their soups. They also have blankets on their chairs to cover yourself if cold. Service was actually pretty quick. Italian Merlot wine was good. Cider was too sweet.

Firstly, it took so long for the waiter to take our order! Seriously, he passed so many times like we weren't even there. We ordered pierogi / dumplings with mushrooms and cabbage. I grew up on pierogi/ dumplings, so this was a big shock to me as soon as I took the first bite. These pierogi tasted of nothing but fried dough and oil. At first, when they arrived, I thought wow this is a good dish," but soon I learnt the truth. When I asked what mushrooms were in it, I was so angry because for this price, I would never expect bolste in it along with a tasteless cabbage. I was convinced that they would have the best quality porcini. The beetroot soup with butter beans was ok but not great! The restaurant had a cosy look, but the grumpy waiters weren't the best addition to this place. They have so many AWARDS hunged on the walls, but sadly, this doesn't mean anything, perhaps it did in the past. Early access for disabled. Nice shop with Polish porcelain next door.

Yelp
The customer service in this restaurant is absolutely horrifying. If you wanna spare yourself some headache and want to be treated like a business want your money, avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! Horrible horrible customer service experience. We wanted to add a chair to a table and they refused saying that they don't come to our house and rearrange our furniture!!!! If you are a person that enjoys, good food and great customer service do not go there, you will be disappointed

Yelp
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Wrocław on the Rynek. We always eat or celebrate something special here when we visit in the summer. The food is always great, service is great. We sat upstairs inside the last time and it was very cool (AC) and private. If you're looking for something away from the crowds. We've had a ton on the menu and nothing disappoints. There's a lot of places to eat in the Rynek area, this is authentic good Polish food that you need to try.

Yelp
Best Perogis in Wroclaw!! Polish sausages and cabbage parcels were outstanding! Great deck right on the square, accommodates many! We went back the next night

Yelp
The place is perfectly located, just on the market square - the most historic and representative part of Wrocław. Unfortunately, it lacks in quality of both food and service. I went there with my significant other to introduce her to some traditional Polish cuisine. The waiter looked very unhappy and so took our order sluggishly and unhappily. We requested many different dishes (at least four) but he could not understand the concept of sharing them at one table. I tried to explain to him that we are trying many different things and therefore we would like to get some extra cutlery. I do not remember receiving them. Portions are generally small for the prices. We enjoyed them to certain extent but had to eat extra lunch two hours later because we did not feel full at all. Any place next door would be a way better choice than Karczma Lwowska.

Yelp
I was at this restaurant on 24th July 2009, and the experience ruined my evening. This restaurant caters to tourists like cattle and attempts to extract as much money from every wallet, using every trick in the book. I experienced the following and witnessed an identical experience at two other tables, so did not just have bad luck: - Menu dish prices exclude any side/vegetables: you need to specify everything that comes on your plate. Prices are kept low so they compare favourably with other restaurants on the square. - Even if you specify no starter, a basket of bread and dripping will be always be served at your table (Try our local starter). If this is touched at all, ALL members of the party will be charged EUR2 per person when paying the bill. - Attempts will be made to push sour cucumber on you, if you don't want the dripping (again, charged for on the bill). - After the meal, the waiter will strongly suggest vodka (it is a Polish tradition to always drink vodka after the meal). I had to refuse several attempts to push this on me, to the disgruntlement of the waiter. - When paying the bill, you will be told service charge is not included. You must add 10%. As I suspected and confirmed later, this is not true - in Poland, service charge IS included, but tips are not. Waiters guarantee a tip by stating this. The main dishes themselves are OK, but please learn from my experience and avoid this hellhole and tourist trap.

Yelp
Lwowska is overall just a great experience and I can't recommend it enough. The interior is really traditional and you can listen to good old songs from Lwów while having amazing food at a good price.
