• Service & Management:
The most frustrating part of my 6-night stay was the management's attitude. I reported several issues (flickering lights, clogged sink) to the staff, but I was completely ignored. No repairs were ever attempted. To make matters worse, there is no free towel service—expecting guests to pay extra for clean towels during a week-long stay is frankly greedy and unacceptable.
• Noise & Sleep Quality:
Peace and quiet are non-existent here. The soundproofing is so poor you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. Additionally, there is a bar right next door that is extremely loud late into the night. Even inside the room, I couldn't find rest because the fridge was incredibly noisy and ran constantly.
• Room Condition & Maintenance:
The accommodation is poorly maintained and feels neglected. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, causing drainage issues, and the lighting flickered throughout my entire stay. The room itself was extremely small, dark, and felt claustrophobic.
• Value for Money:
Given the high price point, the quality of this stay was significantly below expectations. Between the lack of basic maintenance, the constant noise, and the hidden costs for necessities like towels, it was a very unpleasant experience.
Overall: I would not recommend this property to anyone. You can find much better value elsewhere.
